Abstract
本发明提供一种冷凝式空气预热烟气余热回收装置,包括用于收集燃烧模块产生烟气的烟道组件通过烟道组件的冷凝外壳、冷凝内壳的结构配合,使入气口、冷凝内腔、出气口及排气口形成能向燃烧模块补充空气用的空气走向通道,烟口、冷凝腔、冷凝管形成烟气与空气走向通道的空气热交换用的烟气走向通道,当燃烧模的燃料燃烧时,冷凝外壳与冷凝内壳处于负压状态,使空气能沿着空气走向通道及时补给到燃烧模块上,保证燃烧模的燃料充分燃烧。同时,在抽风机的作用下,燃气模块产后的高温排烟与水蒸汽会等压均风地沿着烟气走向通道向外流动,实现燃气模块高温排烟中的显热和水蒸汽凝结所释放的潜热均匀地对补给空气进行预热,提高燃气模块的热效率,减少能耗,又能降低烟气温度,达到理想的节能环保效果。

[0002]本发明涉及燃气锅炉领域,具体涉及一种冷凝式空气预热烟气余热回收装置。

背景技术
[0004]冷凝式燃气模块炉是一种新型的集中供暖设备,其节能环保效果显著,广泛应用于厂房、办公大楼、商住小区、医院、超市、酒店、洗浴中心、游泳池等大型场合集中供暖、供热水。
[0005]燃气模块的炉体内安装有若干个燃气模块,燃气模块通过集烟管与炉体上方的出烟口连通。由于燃气模块主要采用天然气或煤气作为燃料。根据燃料的燃烧公式(例于天然气CH4+202=C02+2H20)和空气氧气的比例得知:燃气模块工作时,需要10倍以上的空气补给才能提供燃料充分燃烧所需的氧气,空气补给来自燃烧器总成的周边和底部。
[0006]期间,燃料燃烧时,燃气模块的燃烧室里产生高温热能,该高温热能经过主换热器后还会排放160°C〜200°C的高温烟气。高温烟气通过引风机流向燃气模块的集烟室、集烟管后排放到空气中。甚至,传统锅炉的排烟温度甚至高达250°C以上,能源损耗大。
[0007]针对上述,通常用烟气余热回收装置吸收高温烟气中的部分显热,但由于受回收装置结构和材料的限制,排烟温度均降不到冷凝温度。显而易见,高温烟气中的显热并没有充分利用。更重要的是:高温烟气中的过热水蒸汽当降到冷凝温度时会凝结并析出大量的潜热则完全没有利用,因此,热效率只能达到86%〜90%,同样能源损耗大。
[0008]采用冷凝式热交换器可以吸收更多烟气显热和水蒸气凝结析出的部分潜热,但在建筑供暖的实际应用中,由于受供暖回水温度下限的制约,利用供暖回水冷凝热交换,锅炉的排烟温度很难降到60度以下,根据冷凝水析出和温度的关系曲线,60度的排烟温度还有部分冷凝水没有析出。

发明内容
[0010]本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种冷凝式空气预热烟气余热回收装置,它是利用低温空气冷凝热交换的方式,充分吸收排烟中的显热和水蒸汽凝结析出的潜热,用于预热模块锅炉所需的空气补给,进一步提高冷凝式燃气模块炉的热效率,排烟温度可以降到45度以下。
[0011]本发明的发明目的是这样实现的:一种冷凝式空气预热烟气余热回收装置,包括用于收集燃气模块产生烟气的烟道组件,其中,所述烟道组件包括具有冷凝腔的冷凝外壳及具有冷凝内腔的冷凝内壳,冷凝内壳安装于冷凝腔上,冷凝内壳的顶部设有与冷凝内腔相通的入气口,冷凝内壳的底部设有可分别与冷凝内腔、冷凝腔相通的出气口,冷凝外壳的侧壁上设有与冷凝腔相通的排气口,入气口、冷凝内腔、出气口及排气口形成能向燃气模块补充空气用的空气走向通道,所述冷凝内腔上设有若干条等长的用于烟气流通的冷凝管,冷凝管的底端与冷凝腔相通,冷凝外壳上的侧壁上设有与冷凝腔相通的入烟口,所述入烟口、冷凝腔、冷凝管形成烟气与空气走向通道的空气热交换用的烟气走向通道。
[0012]根据上述进行优化,所述冷凝外壳的左右侧壁上分别设有两个以上的上下分布的入烟口,且由上至下分布的入烟口的口径逐渐递减。
[0013]根据上述进行优化,所述冷凝管分别纵向地等间距地安装于冷凝内腔上。
[0014]根据上述进行优化,所述冷凝内壳的顶部设有与冷凝管顶端连通的集烟罩,集烟罩与抽风机相通。

[0017]根据上述进行优化,所述出气口设置于冷凝内壳的前后侧壁的底部,排气口设置于出气口对应的冷凝外壳的前后侧壁的底部。

[0021 ]本发明的优点在于:通过采用本结构的冷凝式空气预热烟气余热回收装置,在燃气模块的燃料燃烧时,冷凝外壳与冷凝内壳处于负压状态,使空气能沿着空气走向通道及时补给到燃气模块上,保证燃气模块的燃料充分燃烧。同时,在抽风机的作用下,高温排烟与水蒸汽会等压均风地沿着烟气走向通道向外流动,采用低温空气冷凝热交换的方式,充分吸收高温排烟中的显热和水蒸汽凝结所析出的潜热,用于均匀地预热空气补给,进一步提高冷凝式燃气模块炉的热效率,排烟温度可以降到45度以下。

[0035]根据附图1至附图8所示,本发明的冷凝式空气预热烟气余热回收装置,其包括用于收集燃气模块产生烟气的烟道组件。所述烟道组件包括冷凝外壳I及冷凝内壳2,冷凝外壳I具有冷凝腔11,冷凝内壳2具有冷凝内腔21,冷凝内壳2安装于冷凝腔11上。所述冷凝内壳2的顶部设有与冷凝内腔21相通的入气口 3,冷凝内壳2的底部设有可分别与冷凝内腔21、冷凝腔11相通的出气口 4,冷凝外壳I的侧壁上设有与冷凝腔11相通的排气口 5。入气口 3、冷凝内腔21、出气口4及排气口 5形成能向燃气模块补充空气用的空气走向通道6。即,燃气模块的燃料燃烧时,冷凝外壳I与冷凝内壳2处于负压状态,空气能沿着空气走向通道6及时补给到燃气模块上,保证燃气模块的燃料充分燃烧。
[0036]其中,所述冷凝内腔21上设有若干条等长的用于烟气流通的冷凝管7。冷凝管7的底端与冷凝腔11相通,冷凝外壳I上的侧壁上设有与冷凝腔11相通的入烟口 8。所述入烟口
8、冷凝腔11、冷凝管7形成烟气与空气走向通道6的空气热交换用的烟气走向通道9。即,燃气模的燃料燃烧时,抽风机运行,燃气模块产后的高温排烟与水蒸汽会沿着烟气走向通道9向外流动,实现燃气模块高温排烟中的显热和水蒸汽凝结所析出的潜热对补给空气进行预热。提高燃气模块的热效率,减少能耗,同时能降低烟气温度,达到理想的节能环保效果。
[0037]参照图3至图8所示,进一步细化,所述冷凝内壳2的顶部设有与冷凝管7顶端连通的集烟罩10,集烟罩10与抽风机相通。而且,所述冷凝外壳I的左右侧壁上分别设有两个以上的上下分布的入烟口 8,该两个由上至下分布的入烟口 8的口径逐渐递减。在燃气模块运行时,有效控制各个燃气模块的烟气流动时受到的阻力,从而达到烟气在烟气走向通道9上等压均流,实现燃气模块高温排烟中的显热和水蒸汽凝结所析出的潜热均匀地对补给空气进行预热。
[0038]其中,所述冷凝管7分别纵向地等间距地安装于冷凝内腔21上。该冷凝管7可选用为冷凝波纹圆管,如图3至图8所示;或冷凝管7选用为冷凝扁管,如图9至图10所示。有效加大烟气走向通道9与空气走向通道6接触的热交换面积。
[0039]另外,参照图1至图9所示,所述出气口 4设置于冷凝内壳2的前后侧壁的底部,排气口 5设置于出气口 4对应的冷凝外壳I的前后侧壁的底部。有效延长烟气对补给空气热预热的时间,充分利用燃气模块高温排烟中的显热和水蒸汽凝结所析出的潜热,提高燃气模块的热效率。
[0040]此外,参照图2与图8所示,所述冷凝外壳I的底面设有冷凝排水口 12,而冷凝外壳I的底面设为倾斜导向面13,倾斜导向面13由上向下逐渐往冷凝排水口 12方向倾斜,有效将冷凝外壳1、冷凝内壳2所产生的冷凝水及污水分别沿着倾斜导向面13集中流向冷凝排水口12,进而集中收集,避免冷凝水腐蚀引风机、主换热器和燃烧器总成,延长燃气模块炉的使用寿命,有效保护环境。

Claims (10)
1.一种冷凝式空气预热烟气余热回收装置,包括用于收集燃烧模块产生烟气的烟道组件,其特征在于:所述烟道组件包括具有冷凝腔(11)的冷凝外壳(I)及具有冷凝内腔(21)的冷凝内壳(2),冷凝内壳(2)安装于冷凝腔(11)上,冷凝内壳(2)的顶部设有与冷凝内腔(21)相通的入气口(3),冷凝内壳(2)的底部设有可分别与冷凝内腔(21)、冷凝腔(11)相通的出气口(4),冷凝外壳(I)的侧壁上设有与冷凝腔(11)相通的排气口( 5 ),入气口( 3 )、冷凝内腔(21)、出气口(4)及排气口(5)形成能向燃烧模块补充空气用的空气走向通道(6),所述冷凝内腔(21)上设有若干条等长的用于烟气流通的冷凝管(7),冷凝管(7)的底端与冷凝腔(11)相通,冷凝外壳(I)上的侧壁上设有与冷凝腔(11)相通的入烟口(8),所述入烟口(8)、冷凝腔(11)、冷凝管(7)形成烟气与空气走向通道(6)的空气热交换用的烟气走向通道(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述冷凝式空气预热烟气余热回收装置,其特征在于:所述冷凝外壳(1)的左右侧壁上分别设有两个以上的上下分布的入烟口(8),且由上至下分布的入烟口(8)的口径逐渐递减。
3.根据权利要求1所述冷凝式空气预热烟气余热回收装置,其特征在于:所述冷凝管(7)分别纵向地等间距地安装于冷凝内腔(21)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述冷凝式空气预热烟气余热回收装置,其特征在于:所述冷凝内壳(2)的顶部设有与冷凝管(7)顶端连通的集烟罩(10),集烟罩(10)与抽风机相通。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述冷凝式空气预热烟气余热回收装置,其特征在于:所述冷凝管(7)为冷凝波纹圆管。
6.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述冷凝式空气预热烟气余热回收装置,其特征在于:所述冷凝管(7)为冷凝扁管。
7.根据权利要求1所述冷凝式空气预热烟气余热回收装置,其特征在于:所述出气口(4)设置于冷凝内壳(2)的前后侧壁的底部,排气口( 5)设置于出气口(4)对应的冷凝外壳(I)的前后侧壁的底部。
8.根据权利要求1所述冷凝式空气预热烟气余热回收装置,其特征在于:所述冷凝外壳(I)的底面设有冷凝排水口( 12 )。
9.根据权利要求8所述冷凝式空气预热烟气余热回收装置,其特征在于:所述冷凝外壳(I)的底面设为集中收集冷凝水用的倾斜导向面(13)。
10.根据权利要求9所述冷凝式空气预热烟气余热回收装置,其特征在于:所述倾斜导向面(13 )由上向下逐渐往冷凝排水口( 12 )方向倾斜。
