[0001] 本发明属于节能减排领域,涉及一种大型循环流化床锅炉电站有效提高锅炉效率、减少机组煤耗和污染物排放的系统及方法。
背景技术
[0002] 近年来,在国家节能减排方针的指导下,循环流化床电站锅炉得到了越来越多的应用。近两年,循环流化床新建机组基本为超临界参数,600MW等级国产超临界循环流化床锅炉也已投运。但是,由于循环流化床锅炉的废渣物理热损失高于煤粉炉,所以循环流化床锅炉效率低于煤粉炉。
[0003] 我国大中型循环流化床锅炉机组大多采用滚筒冷渣器将排渣温度从床温(850-900°C)降至150°C以下,以方便底渣的输送处理。早期,电厂多使用闭式水作为滚筒冷渣器的冷却介质,排渣热量全部损失。目前,多数电厂使用热力系统中的凝结水作为滚筒冷渣器的冷却介质,对底渣进行冷却。这种方法可将底渣的余热传递给凝结水,凝结水吸收排渣余热后,排挤了原本用来加热凝结水的部分抽汽,这部分蒸汽在汽轮机内继续做功,从而回收了部分排渣余热。但排挤的这部分蒸汽其大部分热量都排入凝汽器,增加了冷源损失,所以余热回收效率较低,一般不高于20%。
[0004] 如何有效利用底渣排放带出的大量热量,是目前应用循环流化床锅炉亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明的所解决的技术问题即在提供一种更加有效的利用排渣余热,提高循环流化床锅炉机组效率、降低煤耗、减少污染物排放的循环流化床锅炉排渣余热利用系统。
[0006] 本发明所采用的技术手段如下所述。
[0007] —种循环流化床锅炉排渣余热利用系统,包含有锅炉,锅炉具有排渣端和排烟端,该排烟端连接排烟系统,排烟系统内包含与锅炉相连的空气预热器,还包含冷渣器和暖风器,所述锅炉的排渣端连接冷渣器,所述空气预热器连接暖风器,还包含通过冷渣器和暖风器形成的热媒水回路,冷渣器和暖风器通过热媒水回路进行热量交换。
[0008] 所述热媒水回路上设置水栗、补水口和溢流水口。
[0009] 所述热媒水回路连接有水箱。
[0010] 所述排烟系统包含依次相连的除尘器、引风机、脱硫吸收塔和烟囱,除尘器连接所述空气预热器。
[0011 ] 还包含烟气-凝结水换热系统,该烟气-凝结水换热系统设置至少I个烟冷器,其设于所述排烟系统内。当采用I个烟冷器时,该烟冷器可置于除尘器之前,或置于脱硫吸收塔之前。当采用2个烟冷器时,其分别设于除尘器之前和脱硫吸收塔之前。所述的2个烟冷器可共同形成一个凝结水回路,或分别形成各自的凝结水回路。

[0013] ( I)锅炉底渣进入冷渣器,与热媒水回路换热,热量从底渣转移至热媒水,被冷却的底渣从冷渣器中排出。
[0014] (2)将冷渣器中吸收热量后的热媒水送至暖风机,热量从热媒水转移至从进风口进入的冷风,被冷却的热媒水回到冷渣机冷渣器再次循环使用。
[0015] (3)在暖风机内吸收热量而形成的热风进入空气预热器,被锅炉排出的烟气加热后进入锅炉炉膛,完成底渣热量的循环利用。
[0016] (4)从锅炉排出的烟气经空气预热器中转移热量至热风后,通过排烟系统排出。
[0017] 还包含设有至少I个烟冷器的烟气-凝结水换热系统,烟冷器设于所述步骤(4)的排烟系统中,凝结水通过凝结水栗出口送至烟冷器,凝结水在烟冷器中吸收烟气的余热后回流至凝结水系统,形成烟气余热的循环利用。

[0019] 1、本发明通过排渣余热循环式利用的设计,废渣余热最终随热风回到锅炉炉膛,被锅炉全部利用,热量的利用率得到有效的提高,锅炉的废渣物理热损失大大降低。
[0020] 2、本发明中,排烟温度有所升高,锅炉的效率仍得以提高。锅炉排烟温度上升带来的热量损失,通过在尾部烟道中利用凝结水或其他需加热的介质进行热量的回收,进一步提高机组热效率。

[0022] 4、本发明的热媒水回路中,水栗为热媒水回路提供动力。机组负荷变化时,排渣量和冷风量会随之改变。此时水栗有两种运行方式:定流量运行,这种运行方式适用于机组负荷变化不大的情况;定温度运行,这种运行方式适用于机组负荷变化较大的情况。因此,设置水栗可根据不同排渣量、进风量从而改变热媒水流量,以达到最佳的换热效率。
[0023] 5、本发明中的暖风器与常规暖风器不同:常规暖风器的作用是在冷风温度较低时,加热冷风以避免空预器低温腐蚀,一般在冬季运行,本发明中的暖风器常年运行,主要作用是将排渣余热送回锅炉,同时也可避免空预器的低温腐蚀。

[0030] 本发明的重点在于,还包含冷渣器2和暖风器4。所述锅炉I的排渣端连接冷渣器2,还包含暖风器4,其可与锅炉相连,使用时暖风机的出口热风可直接送回锅炉(图中未示出),而本发明最佳的方式如图所示,暖风机与空气预热器5连接,暖风器4的出口热风通过空气预热器5回收部分烟气余热后回到锅炉炉膛。
[0031] 本发明的重点还包含通过冷渣器和暖风器的热媒水回路,冷渣器2和暖风器4通过热媒水回路3进行热量交换。热媒水回路3上设置水栗30,该水栗30为热媒水回路提供动力,即机组负荷变化时,排渣量和冷风量会随之改变。此时水栗有两种运行方式:第一,定流量运行:不改变热媒水回路的流量,改变热媒水温度。若负荷变化较大,热媒水回路流量不变的话,水温变化也较大,会危及冷渣器及空预器的安全运行。因此这种运行方式适用于机组负荷变化不大的情况。第二,定温度运行,改变热媒水回路的流量,不改变热媒水温度。这种运行方式适用于机组负荷变化较大的情况。因此,设置水栗可根据不同排渣量、进风量从而改变热媒水流量,以达到最佳的换热效率。水栗的定温度运行方式需要改变热媒水回路流量,可通过补充水箱为热媒水回路提供补水或溢流空间,如图1所示的热媒水回路3连接水箱10,该水箱10还能起到定压、排气等作用。另外,也可根据实际情况采用其他水系统进行补水及溢流水调节,如图2所示的热媒水回路3上设置水栗30、补水口和溢流水口,通过调节补水口阀门33、溢流水口阀门32及热媒水回路上的阀门31和34控制回路内的流量,当热媒水流量小时开启补水口阀门33将热媒水补充至热媒水回路中,当热媒水流量大时开启溢流水阀门32将多余的热媒水排出,多个阀门的配合使用以使热媒水回路达到最佳的使用效果。
[0032] 本发明中的暖风器4与常规暖风器不同:常规暖风器的作用是在冷风温度较低时,加热冷风以避免空预器低温腐蚀,一般在冬季运行,本发明中的暖风器常年运行,主要作用是将排渣余热送回锅炉,同时也可避免空预器的低温腐蚀。该暖风机4可采用一次冷风加热,或者采用二次冷风进行热交换,即暖风机内设2个或多个热交换装置,该2个或多个热交换装置并联或串联,其可有效的提高热回收率,此为本技术领域的技术人员可根据实际情况进行设置的,在此不在过多进行说明
根据实际的使用情况,排烟系统内可包含依次相连的除尘器6、脱硫吸收塔8和烟囱9,除尘器6连接所述空气预热器5。而所述锅炉I与空气预热器5中间可设置SCR脱硝反应器11。为了帮助烟气流动还可在排烟系统内加设引风机7。锅炉产生的烟气通过上述SCR、空气预热器、除尘器、脱硫吸收塔的多重环保处理后从烟囱排出。
[0033] 利用本发明的排渣余热利用系统,随热风进入锅炉炉膛的排渣余热,被锅炉全部利用,热量的利用率有效提高,锅炉的废渣物理热损失大大减低,即使排烟温度有所升高,锅炉效率仍得以提高。因锅炉排烟温度上升带来的热量损失,通过在尾部烟道中利用凝结水或其他需加热的介质进行热量的回收,进一步提高机组热效率。如图2A至2C所示,本发明的重点还包含烟气-凝结水换热系统,该烟气-凝结水换热系统设置至少I个烟冷器,其设于所述排烟系统内。当包含I个烟冷器时,其可置于除尘器6之前,如图2A所示的烟冷器121,或置于脱硫吸收塔8之前,如图2B所示的烟冷器122。当包含2个烟冷器,其可分别设于除尘器6之前和脱硫吸收塔8之前,如图2C所示的烟冷器121和122,两个烟冷器121和122可通过串联的方式共同形成一个凝结水回路,还可分别与凝结水系统形成单独两个凝结水回路。
[0034] 本发明保护的还保护采用上述结构应用的循环流化床锅炉排渣余热利用的方法,其具体包含如下步骤。
[0035] (I)锅炉I排出的底渣进入冷渣器2,与热媒水回路3换热,热量从底渣转移至热媒水,被冷却的底渣从冷渣器2中排出。一般底渣从锅炉排出时温度高达850°C,在冷渣器2降至150°C—下排至后续的除渣系统(图中未示出)。
[0036] (2)将冷渣器2中吸收热量后的热媒水送至暖风机4,热量从热媒水转移至从进风口进入的一次冷风和二次冷风,被冷却的热媒水回到冷渣器2再次循环使用。
[0037] (3)在暖风机4内吸收热量而形成的暖风进入空气预热器5,被锅炉I排出的烟气加热后进入炉膛,形成底渣热量的循环利用。

[0039] 上述4个步骤完成了排渣余热的回炉循环利用,同时还与排烟进行了热交换,对排烟的热量进行再利用,但是也有可能造成排烟温度的升高,为了解决此问题即降低最终的排烟温度,设置包含有至少I个烟冷器的烟气-凝结水换热系统,所述烟冷器设于所述步骤(4 )的排烟系统中,如图2C所示,凝结水通过凝结水栗出口 13送至烟冷器121和122,凝结水在烟冷器中吸收烟气的余热后回流至凝结水系统,形成部分烟气余热的循环利用。还可根据实际使用情况采用上述凝结水或者其他需加热的介质进行热量的回收,进一步提高机组热效率。
[0040] 本发明通过上述排渣余热循环式利用的设计,废渣余热最终随热风回到锅炉炉膛,被锅炉循环利用,热量的利用率得到有效的提高,锅炉的废渣物理热损失大大降低。
[0041] 在实际应用中,与滚筒冷渣器采用闭式水冷却方式相比,可降低机组标煤耗4g/kff.h左右。与滚筒冷渣器采用凝结水冷却方式相比,可降低机组标煤耗2g/kW.h左右。结合烟气余热利用,还可进一步降低机组标煤耗l~2g/kW.ho
Claims (10)
1.一种循环流化床锅炉排渣余热利用系统,包含有锅炉,锅炉具有排渣端和排烟端,该排烟端连接排烟系统,排烟系统内包含与锅炉相连的空气预热器,其特征在于,还包含冷渣器和暖风器,所述锅炉的排渣端连接冷渣器,所述空气预热器连接暖风器,还包含通过冷渣器和暖风器进行热量交换的热媒水回路。
2.如权利要求1所述的循环流化床锅炉排渣余热利用系统,其特征在于,所述热媒水回路上设置水栗、补水口和溢流水口。
3.如权利要求1所述的循环流化床锅炉排渣余热利用系统,其特征在于,所述热媒水回路连接水箱。
4.如权利要求1所述的循环流化床锅炉排渣余热利用系统,其特征在于,所述排烟系统包含依次相连的除尘器、脱硫吸收塔和烟囱,除尘器连接所述空气预热器。
5.如权利要求4所述的循环流化床锅炉排渣余热利用系统,其特征在于,还包含烟气-凝结水换热系统,该烟气-凝结水换热系统设置至少I个烟冷器,其设于所述排烟系统内。
6.如权利要求5所述的循环流化床锅炉排渣余热利用系统,其特征在于,包含I个烟冷器,该烟冷器置于除尘器之前,或置于脱硫吸收塔之前。
7.如权利要求5所述的循环流化床锅炉排渣余热利用系统,其特征在于,包含2个烟冷器,其分别设于除尘器之前和脱硫吸收塔之前。
8.如权利要求7所述的循环流化床锅炉排渣余热利用系统,其特征在于,所述2个烟冷器共同形成一个凝结水回路,或分别形成各自的凝结水回路。
9.一种循环流化床锅炉排渣余热利用的方法,其特征在于,包含如下步骤: (1)锅炉底渣进入冷渣器,与热媒水回路换热,热量从底渣转移至热媒水,被冷却的底渣从冷渣器中排出; (2)将冷渣器中吸收热量后的热媒水送至暖风机,热量从热媒水转移至从进风口进入的冷风,被冷却的热媒水回到冷渣器再次循环使用; (3)在暖风机内吸收热量而形成的热风进入空气预热器,被锅炉排出的烟气加热后进入锅炉炉膛,完成底渣热量的循环利用; (4)从锅炉排出的烟气经空气预热器中转移热量至热风后,通过排烟系统排出。
10.如权利要求9所述的一种循环流化床锅炉排渣余热利用方法,其特征在于,还包含设有至少I个烟冷器的烟气-凝结水换热系统,烟冷器设于所述步骤(4)的排烟系统中,凝结水通过凝结水栗出口送至烟冷器,凝结水在烟冷器中吸收烟气的余热后回流至凝结水系统,形成烟气余热的循环利用。
