Abstract
本发明涉及一种通过将液体聚氨酯与反应型阻燃剂N,N‑二(2‑羟乙基)氨基甲基膦酸二甲酯反应接枝形成原位阻燃的胶黏剂涂层材料的制备方法,运用本方法制备的该材料可直接用于织物涂层涂覆,烘干后可以使织物获得良好的阻燃性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种通过将阻燃成分与聚氨酯分子反应接枝形成织物用阻燃涂层材料的方法,属于功能涂料的技术领域。
背景技术
织物在社会生产生活的众多领域有着广泛的应用,在诸如帐篷和工作服装等领域需要对相关织物进行阻燃处理。由于对织物采用原位反应的方式或者采用阻燃纤维制造织物的方式成本相对较高,产品性能的调节性差,所以对于织物采用后整理的方式进行阻燃功能化是一种便捷和经济的方式。
通常对织物进行阻燃功能化,有添加聚磷酸铵作为无卤阻燃剂使用的,但该材料耐水性差;也有采用十溴二苯醚与胶黏剂复合制备阻燃涂层的,但目前十溴二苯醚由于被斯德哥尔摩公约禁用,所以今后的使用将受到限制;现在多采用十溴二苯乙烷和氧化锑同胶黏剂共混制备阻燃涂层,但该材料容易导致织物发白并降低织物表面的手感导致织物质量下降,因此该体系虽然可以使用,但面临着改进提升的巨大需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的通过将液体聚氨酯、异氰酸酯、甲苯与反应型阻燃剂N,N-二(2-羟乙基)氨基甲基膦酸二甲酯反应接枝形成原位阻燃的胶黏剂涂层材料。
本发明中所指液体聚氨酯,聚氨酯固含量30%的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液;异氰酸酯包括甲苯二异氰酸酯(简称TDI)、二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(简称MDI)或多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(简称PAPI)中的一种。
向液体聚氨酯中加入其重量的20%-50%的甲苯和10%-30%的反应型阻燃剂N,N-二-(2-羟乙基)氨基甲基膦酸二甲酯共混搅拌均匀,然后在快速搅拌条件下向混合溶液中缓慢加入液体聚氨酯重量3%-6%的异氰酸酯,继续搅拌10分钟-30分钟结束,获得织物用阻燃聚氨酯涂层材料。
运用本发明中所述方法所制备的聚氨酯阻燃涂层材料在进行织物阻燃功能化时,使用简便、快捷,能够直接在织物表面进行涂覆烘干后就获得阻燃织物的产品;本产品应用于涂覆涤纶织物时,烘干后涂层质量为织物重量的8%-15%,采用UL94垂直燃烧进行测试时,能够实现织物样品燃烧长度小于10厘米范围内自熄,极限氧指数值大于24.0%。
具体实施方式:
实施例1 向液体聚氨酯中加入其重量的30%的甲苯和20%的反应型阻燃剂N,N-二(2-羟乙基)氨基甲基膦酸二甲酯共混搅拌均匀,然后在快速搅拌条件下向混合溶液中缓慢加入液体聚氨酯重量5%的异氰酸酯,继续搅拌15分钟结束,获得织物用阻燃聚氨酯涂层材料,涂覆与涤纶织物上,烘干后涂层质量为织物重量10%时,织物样品在UL94测试时,燃烧长度8cm,极限氧指数24.3%。
实施例2 向液体聚氨酯中加入其重量的40%的甲苯和30%的反应型阻燃剂N,N-二(2-羟乙基)氨基甲基膦酸二甲酯共混搅拌均匀,然后在快速搅拌条件下向混合溶液中缓慢加入液体聚氨酯重量6%的异氰酸酯,继续搅拌30分钟结束,获得织物用阻燃聚氨酯涂层材料,涂覆与涤纶织物上,烘干后涂层质量为织物重量15%时,织物样品在UL94测试时,燃烧长度6cm,极限氧指数24.8%。
实施例3 向液体聚氨酯中加入其重量的50%的甲苯和25%的反应型阻燃剂N,N-二(2-羟乙基)氨基甲基膦酸二甲酯共混搅拌均匀,然后在快速搅拌条件下向混合溶液中缓慢加入液体聚氨酯重量5%的异氰酸酯,继续搅拌10分钟结束,获得织物用阻燃聚氨酯涂层材料,涂覆与涤纶织物上,烘干后涂层质量为织物重量8%时,织物样品在UL94测试时,燃烧长度9.5cm,极限氧指数24.1%。
实施例4 向液体聚氨酯中加入其重量的20%的甲苯和15%的反应型阻燃剂N,N-二(2-羟乙基)氨基甲基膦酸二甲酯共混搅拌均匀,然后在快速搅拌条件下向混合溶液中缓慢加入液体聚氨酯重量4%的异氰酸酯,继续搅拌10分钟结束,获得织物用阻燃聚氨酯涂层材料,涂覆与涤纶织物上,烘干后涂层质量为织物重量12%时,织物样品在UL94测试时,燃烧长度9cm,极限氧指数24.5%。
实施例5 向液体聚氨酯中加入其重量的20%的甲苯和20%的反应型阻燃剂N,N-二(2-羟乙基)氨基甲基膦酸二甲酯共混搅拌均匀,然后在快速搅拌条件下向混合溶液中缓慢加入液体聚氨酯重量6%的异氰酸酯,继续搅拌10分钟结束,获得织物用阻燃聚氨酯涂层材料,涂覆与涤纶织物上,烘干后涂层质量为织物重量10%时,织物样品在UL94测试时,燃烧长度9.2cm,极限氧指数24.3%。
实施例6 向液体聚氨酯中加入其重量的30%的甲苯和30%的反应型阻燃剂N,N-二(2-羟乙基)氨基甲基膦酸二甲酯共混搅拌均匀,然后在快速搅拌条件下向混合溶液中缓慢加入液体聚氨酯重量4%的异氰酸酯,继续搅拌10分钟结束,获得织物用阻燃聚氨酯涂层材料,涂覆与涤纶织物上,烘干后涂层质量为织物重量15%时,织物样品在UL94测试时,燃烧长度8.5cm,极限氧指数25.0%。
Claims (1)
1.一种织物用阻燃涂层材料的制备方法, 其特征在于向液体聚氨酯中加入其重量的20%-50%的甲苯和10%-30%的反应型阻燃剂N,N-二(2-羟乙基)氨基甲基膦酸二甲酯共混搅拌均匀,然后在快速搅拌条件下向混合溶液中缓慢加入液体聚氨酯重量3%-6%的异氰酸酯,继续搅拌10分钟-30分钟结束,获得织物用阻燃聚氨酯涂层材料;其中所述的液体聚氨酯为聚氨酯固含量30%的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液;其中所述的异氰酸酯包括甲苯二异氰酸酯(简称TDI)、二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(简称MDI)或多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(简称PAPI)中的一种。
