Abstract
一种用于磨碎矿物烧结材料之类的环辊式磨机包括至少一个磨环(1),至少一个辊(2),设在磨环(1)的外圆周上的至少一个空气出口(3),和沿磨环(1)的转动方向设在空气出口(3)每一侧上的空气进口(5a,5b)。空气进口(5a,5b)和空气出口(3)彼此相关的设置保证与已知的磨碎机相比在一定的体积流速下磨碎机有明显降低的流速。这时可保证磨碎机更稳定的工作。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于研磨矿物烧结材料之类的环辊式磨机,它包括至少一个磨环,至少一个辊和作为空气通道的空气进口和空气出口。
这种磨碎机可用于例如制造水泥的生产中,在其中对水泥、渣等进行最终的粉磨。
与其它的辊式磨碎装置相比,环辊式磨机的特点在于可在磨碎机内进行材料的循环,如在管磨机中那样。但是管磨机的缺点是它比同样容量的环辊式磨机占有更大的空间。
具有或没有空气通道的环辊式磨机是众所周知的,可以通过例如把一部分已经磨碎的材料传送给一个筛子而进行磨细的材料的分离,在筛子那里分离出具有限定的最大颗粒尺寸的材料,而其余材料则再循环。因此,使包括如此小的颗粒的材料在这种磨碎机中再循环,在精细研磨时常会发生呈震动形式的操作问题。
在从如DE667011及US1693247中已知的上述类型的环辊式磨机的情况下,空气通常沿着磨碎机的轴向沿一个单一通路穿过研磨室,这意味着操作是在高的空气流速的情况下发生的,由此会出现为了把磨细材料送出研磨机而必须的空气的体积流速的压力损失。因此,建立这种空气流要求更多的功率。但是,大的流速意味着从磨碎机中排出有明显大于所要求的颗粒尺寸的颗粒。因此,必须使这种颗粒分离并再传送回磨碎机中。这种已知的磨碎机的附加缺点是空气从单侧通过使得磨料积聚在磨碎机的一侧,由此造成歪向一侧的操作,并使辊、磨环、轴承等的负载增加。与已知的环辊式磨机相关联的所述缺点,也就是大的功率消耗和必须把磨料从分离工序再全面传送到磨碎机中,意味着由于有这些缺点,宁愿用管磨机而不用环辊式磨机。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种上述类型的环辊式磨机,它要求较低的功率,可改进磨碎机中磨料的分布,并减少分开的材料的再传送。
本发明的目的可通过下面措施达到,即按照本发明提供了一种环辊式磨机,其特征在于它包括设在磨环的外圆周上的至少一个空气出口和沿着磨环的转动方向设在上述空气出口的每一侧的至少一个空气进口。
由于进口设在出口的每一侧,并且进口及出口间的空气通道在它们于出口处会合之前没有公共的流路,因此与使整个空气流沿一个单一的流路流动的磨碎机中的流速相比,可以大大地降低在出口每侧上的流速,由此使磨碎机中的压力损失明显降低。降低的流速还意味着减小了加到研磨室中的颗粒上的功率,因此防止了比打算要的颗粒更大的颗粒被空气流带出,这样没有必要把磨料全面的再传送回磨碎机中。
按照一个最佳实施例,按照本发明的环辊式磨机可设有一个设在磨环的每一侧上的出口和进口,该进口位于出口的每一侧,并在磨环的两侧。这样做的附加作用是使空气流相对于与磨环的转轴垂直的平面对称,并避免磨料积聚在磨碎机的一侧。
在这两种情况下,得到一种结构紧凑的磨碎机,它有低的能量消耗,并使磨料的再循环量受到限制,因此与其它的磨碎机(如管磨机)相比,按照本发明的环辊式磨机更为令人满意。

在所示的实施例中,磨碎机设有一磨环1和一个辊子2。辊子2通过轴与电动机(未示出)相连。该环也被一个驱动机构(未示出)带动转动。用外壳将磨环及辊封住,使得被研磨的材料不会从研磨室中不合乎要求地漏出。环辊式磨机在外壳中并且在磨环的每一侧上设有空气进口5a、5b、6a、6b及空气出口3、4.除了进口6b外,其余进出口的位置都可从图1、2中看到。该未示出的空气进口6b与进口5b相对。
从图2中可见,空气进口沿环的转动方向位于出口的每一侧。
还设置有导管11a,11b,7a,7b,用于与空气进口5a,5b,6a,6b连通。空气出口3,4也相应地设有导管8,10。
为了与空气进口连通,设有一导管9,用来加入新材料及回收材料。
用可根据磨碎机的研磨容量进行调节的穿过的空气的体积流把成品料送出磨碎机。
因此,在操作中,可使在进口5a,5b,6a,6b和出口3,4之间的空气流分开直到它们在出口处会合在一起。这样可使得体积流分开以便沿着独立的流路流动。流速以与体积流的分布相对应的值降低,最好在出口的每一侧上成1∶1.导管流动中的压力损失将取决于流速的平方,因此流速降低50%,压力损失就减到1/4。
对称地设置的进口和出口使材料在磨机中均匀地分布,并避免了辊与磨环的偏向一方的操作及随之而产生的机械负载及磨损。
另外,使用两个出口使得可能将有不同特点的分离器与每个管道8,10连接起来,因此使水泥颗粒尺寸有更均匀的分布。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于磨碎矿物烧结材料之类的环辊式磨机,它包括至少一个磨环和至少一个辊以及空气进口及出口,其特征在于,它包括至少一个设在磨环(1)的外圆周上的空气出口(3),和至少一个沿着磨环(1)的转动方向设在空气出口(3)的每一侧上的空气进口(5a,5b)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的环辊式磨机,其特征在于,空气出口(3,4)设在磨环(1)的每一侧上,而空气进口(5a,5b,6a,6b)设在两个空气出口(3,4)的每一侧上。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的环辊式磨机,其特征在于,单个空气出口(3,4)设在一个位于辊(2)的上方而且磨环(1)和辊(2)之间的距离为最大的区域中,而空气进口(5a,5b,6a,6b)相对于各出口(3,4)对称地设置。
