祖国医学认为角膜溃疡多因毒邪外侵，肝胆内热，内热壅盛，上攻于目；或因肺阴不足，津液短少，内有郁热，外受风邪，风热毒邪交攻；或因肝胃实热，火毒炽盛，上攻于目所致。
根据中医理论，针对角膜溃疡的发病机理，采用清肝泻火、疏风清热、养胃生津、凉血解毒、明目退翳、消肿敛疮的治法，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

一种治疗角膜溃疡的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：兰花双叶草10g、茺蔚子20g、鹅不食草12g、密蒙花25g、青黛5g、芦根20g、西洋参10g、桑叶25g、野菊花5g、青葙子20g、田基黄10g、黄连15g、紫贝齿5g、淡豆豉20g、天葵子12g、决明子25g、牡丹皮5g、车前草20g、地榆12g、黄柏25g、节节草5g、甘草8g。
实施例5
一种治疗角膜溃疡的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：兰花双叶草30g、茺蔚子10g、鹅不食草20g、密蒙花5g、青黛15g、芦根10g、西洋参20g、桑叶5g、野菊花15g、青葙子10g、田基黄20g、黄连5g、紫贝齿25g、淡豆豉10g、天葵子20g、决明子5g、牡丹皮25g、车前草10g、地榆20g、黄柏5g、节节草25g、甘草12g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗角膜溃疡的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例80例，男43例，女37例，年龄30～75岁。
二、诊断依据：
1、黑睛生翳，混浊灰暗，四周凸起，中间低陷，甚则蔽幔黑睛，并见胞脸肿胀，白睛混赤，或抱轮红赤；
2、眼剧痛，畏光流泪，视物模糊；
3、有条件者，病变部位作刮片，作真菌、细菌培养。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。六天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：黑睛翳平光洁，荧光素染色阴性，诸症消失；
2、有效：黑睛翳障范围静止，渐趋平复，荧光素染色阳性，诸症减轻；
3、无效：黑睛翳障如故或扩大，或引起其它变症，眼痛、畏光、流泪等诸症未减。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈58例，随访未见复发；有效18例，无效4例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
赵某，男，41岁。患者自述：左眼看东西模糊不清，疼痛流泪，并伴有口舌干燥，小便黄。诊见：眼睛红肿，热泪不断流出，结膜充血，角膜中间起翳膜。舌象：舌质深红，舌苔黄腻。诊断为：角膜溃疡。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，翳膜基本退去，其余症状也得到缓解；继续服用2个疗程，翳膜褪尽，眼睛无不舒服的现象，视力恢复正常，痊愈。半年后随访无复发。
病例2：
崔某，女，52岁。患者自述：右眼患角膜溃疡2个月左右，经医院治疗效果不架。检查 ：视力为右 0.06，流泪，畏光，疼痛，睫状充血, 角膜全呈混浊，中央有一条状较深溃疡，眼底不能窥视。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，流泪，畏光，疼痛等症状消失；继续服用3个疗程，溃疡愈合，视力提高为 1.0，痊愈。

1.一种治疗角膜溃疡的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：兰花双叶草10-30份、茺蔚子5-25份、鹅不食草5-20份、密蒙花5-25份、青黛5-20份、芦根5-25份、西洋参5-25份、桑叶5-25份、野菊花5-20份、青葙子5-25份、田基黄5-25份、黄连5-20份、紫贝齿5-25份、淡豆豉5-25份、天葵子5-20份、决明子5-25份、牡丹皮5-25份、车前草5-25份、地榆5-20份、黄柏5-25份、节节草5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗角膜溃疡的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：兰花双叶草20份、茺蔚子15份、鹅不食草10份、密蒙花15份、青黛10份、芦根15份、西洋参15份、桑叶15份、野菊花10份、青葙子15份、田基黄15份、黄连10份、紫贝齿15份、淡豆豉15份、天葵子10份、决明子15份、牡丹皮15份、车前草15份、地榆10份、黄柏15份、节节草15份、甘草10份。
