背景技术
白内障是一种常见的眼部疾病，是一种可以导致患者失明的疾病，引起白内障的因素很多，例如：老化、遗传、代谢异常、外伤、辐射、中毒和局部营养不良等因素可引起晶状体囊膜损伤或导致晶状体代谢紊乱，致使晶状体蛋白发生变性而混浊。白内障的症状是视物模糊，怕光、多视、近视度增加、看物体颜色较暗或呈黄色，甚至复视 ( 双影 ) 及看物体变形等症状。表现为视力进行性减退，有时在光亮的背景下可以看到固定的黑点。白内障的发病原因主要和营养素代谢，阳光与紫外线，外界的温度，缺氧，内分泌紊乱，人体发生脱水等因素有关。白内障多见于老年人，是目前人类致盲的主要原因之一。目前，治疗白内障的最有效方法是手术摘除治疗，手术治疗只能治标而不能治本。白内障术后可能会引发一系列的并发症，而且患有高血压、心脏病或其它疾病的患者不易进行手术，其次由于患有白内障的患者大多都是老年人，手术会给他们带来很大的心理负担。
中医学认为白内障是由年老体衰，肝肾亏损，精血不足，不能上养目窍，脾虚失运，脏腑精气不能上荣于目，肝气失和，肝经郁热，上扰目窍所致。
根据中医理论，针对白内障的发病机理，采用补肝益肾、补脾益气、行气解郁、明目退翳、清热解毒、补血滋阴的治法，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

一种治疗白内障的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：菟丝子30g、马齿苋10g、谷精草25g、决明子5g、白花蛇舌草20g、紫花地丁0g、夜明砂15g、玫瑰花5g、垂盆草20g、木蝴蝶10g、节节草15g、白蒺藜5g、龙胆草20g、兰花双叶草10g、绞股蓝15g、荠菜5g、石斛20g、马鞭草10g、昆布15g、黄精5g、密蒙花20g、桑葚10g、合欢花25g、甘草12g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗白内障的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例80例，男47例，女33例，年龄40～75岁。
二、诊断依据：
1、视力模糊，逐渐加重，渐至不辨人物，仅存光感。无眼红、眼痛、流泪等症；
2、裂隙灯检查见晶状体混浊。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。六天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、痊愈：视力模糊等症状消失，视力恢复正常，经检查晶状体混浊现象消失；
2、有效：视力模糊等症状减轻，视力明显提高，经检查晶状体混浊现象减轻；
3、无效：视力无提高，视物模糊等症状无改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈58例，随访未见复发；有效19例，无效3例。治疗期间对中药品临床引起各类型的过敏反应、疑为药物引起人体各系统、器官、组织的功能和形态方面的异常、疑为药物引起癌症等致突变反应、药物的依赖性以及认为重要或有价值的其他不良反应进行了评价，即中药品不良反应（ADR）评价，未发生不良反应和毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
牛某，男，49岁。1年前感觉左眼视力逐渐下降，视物模糊，甚至复视及看物体变形，1个月后视物只存光感，检查左眼视力仅为 0.1。诊断为：白内障。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，视力有所改 善，视物比以前清晰；继续服用2个疗程，视力模糊等症状消失，治愈。随访1年无复发。
病例2：
黄某，女，58岁。患白内障，双眼视物模糊2年多，伴有眼睛酸涩、胀痛，散瞳检查双眼晶体呈楔状混浊。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，视力模糊减轻，眼睛酸涩、胀痛消失，晶体皮质混浊已见吸收；继续服用2个疗程，晶体皮质混浊完全吸收，视力模糊消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗白内障的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：菟丝子10-30份、马齿苋5-25份、谷精草5-20份、决明子5-25份、白花蛇舌草5-25份、紫花地丁5-25份、夜明砂5-20份、玫瑰花5-25份、垂盆草5-25份、木蝴蝶5-25份、节节草5-20份、白蒺藜5-25份、龙胆草5-25份、兰花双叶草5-25份、绞股蓝5-20份、荠菜5-25份、石斛5-25份、马鞭草5-25份、昆布5-20份、黄精5-25份、密蒙花5-25份、桑葚5-25份、合欢花5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗白内障的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：菟丝子20份、马齿苋15份、谷精草10份、决明子15份、白花蛇舌草15份、紫花地丁15份、夜明砂10份、玫瑰花15份、垂盆草15份、木蝴蝶15份、节节草10份、白蒺藜15份、龙胆草15份、兰花双叶草15份、绞股蓝10份、荠菜15份、石斛15份、马鞭草15份、昆布10份、黄精15份、密蒙花15份、桑葚15份、合欢花15份、甘草10份。
