背景技术
子午线轮胎逐渐应用于各种市场(特别是乘用车辆轮胎市场)中。该成功特别归功于耐久性、舒适性以及子午线轮胎必须提供的低滚动阻力性能。
轮胎的主要部分为胎面、胎侧和胎圈。胎圈旨在与轮辋接触。在子午线轮胎中,构成轮胎的每个主要部分(即胎面、胎侧和胎圈)具有彼此明显不同的功能,因此具有公知的特定组成。

根据图1中的描述,胎体帘布层2的卷边的三个邻近部分9、10和11自身折叠从而使得中间部分10毗邻侧部分9和11。分离弹性体组合物14设置在侧部分11与胎侧2的壁之间。该14存在为直至点F,该点F位于胎侧且位于朝径向方向的内部与所述卷边12的上部12a相距等于17mm的距离处。该组合物14还可以沿着朝径向方向的上部与卷边的上部12a相距等于60mm的长度存在。该组合物14可以延伸为直至轴向内侧位置点S。
这样的弹性体组合物的存在使得可以精确地调整轮胎的性能和耐久性。
在该具体实施方案中,胎体帘布层2的增强体(未示出)在点C与点D之间相对于周向方向的角度等于75°,从而可以保持恰当的侧偏推力。
这些相同的增强体在点D与S之间相对于周向方向的角度等于85°,从而可以保持良好的滚动阻力,这些相同的增强体在胎冠增强件3的径向内侧的区域相对于周向方向的角度等于90°。
在图3中,可以看到胎体帘布层2的端部8沿着与图1中的方向相同的方向也折叠两次。该实施方案的描述与图1中的描述的区别在于分离组合物14还存在于卷边12的轴向最外侧部分9的外侧直至点G,该点G在端部12a的径向内侧位于胎体帘布层上,且位于朝径向方向的内部与卷边12的上部12a相距等于17mm长度的距离处。
根据本发明,胎体帘布层的三部分中的每一个的角度的绝对值相等;只有轴向外侧部分9的角度的符号相对于中间部分10和轴向内侧部分11发生改变。
在图2和图3中的实施方案中,胎体帘布层2的增强体(未示出)相对于周向方向的角度与图1中的实施方案相同。
实施例1:侧偏刚度
侧偏刚度的测量利用装备有滚动道路及用于测量施加在轮胎上的横向力的设备的而获得,侧偏刚度取决于负载。
这些测量在具有标记205/55R 16的轮胎上进行,该轮胎安装于轮辋6.5J 16,充气至2.5bar的压强并经受483daN的负载。轮胎以+/-1度的侧偏角经受80km/h的速度。
结果于下表I中列出:

实施例2:轮胎的质量
与具有标记205/55R 16的参照轮胎相比较,对根据本发明的轮胎的质量的测量显示轮胎的总体质量减少3%。

Claims (11)

1.一种轮胎,所述轮胎具有至少一个胎体帘布层(2),胎体帘布层(2)包括增强体,胎体帘布层(2)在径向外侧由胎冠增强件(3)覆盖,胎冠增强件(3)其自身在胎面(4)的径向内侧,所述胎冠增强件(3)由至少一层增强元件构成,所述胎面(4)通过两个胎侧(6)连接至两个胎圈(5),所述胎圈(5)旨在与具有轮辋凸缘顶部点C的轮辋凸缘接触,每个胎圈(5)具有至少一个周向增强元件(7),所述胎体帘布层(2)在每个胎圈(5)处包括端部(8),胎体帘布层(2)的端部(8)绕着胎圈线在轮胎的向外的径向方向上卷起一次以便形成卷边(12),然后在径向向内的方向上折叠以便形成折叠部,所述折叠部形成径向外侧端部(12a)以及由中间部分(10)、轴向内侧部分(11)和轴向外侧部分(9)构成的沿轴线的三个邻近部分,其特征在于,分离弹性体组合物(14)在10%的伸长率下具有大于或等于10MPa且小于或等于60MPa的拉伸模量,分离弹性体组合物(14)存在于:
·所述卷边的轴向内侧部分与中间部分之间,并
·在所述卷边(12)的径向外侧端部(12a)处,
·所述分离弹性体组合物(14)沿着在卷边的径向外侧端部和相对于所述卷边的端部在径向内侧的点F之间的径向长度存在,所述点F位于胎侧上且位于与所述径向外侧端部相距大于10mm长度的距离处,
并且
·卷边(12)的径向外侧端部(12a)设置于轮辋凸缘顶部点C与点D之间,所述点C和D位于胎侧(6)的表面处并设置在点E的每一侧上,点E位于对应于名义截面宽度的胎侧上,
·所述点D设置在等于胎冠增强件(3)的轴向端部S与轮辋凸缘顶部点C之间的长度的85%的最大径向长度处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轮胎,其特征在于,所述分离弹性体组合物(14)存在于所述卷边(12)的径向外侧端部(12a)与点G之间,所述点G位于相对于所述端部(12a)的径向内侧并位于与所述径向外侧端部相距小于或等于10mm长度的距离处。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轮胎,其特征在于,胎体帘布层(2)的增强体在点C与D之间相对于周向方向以小于或等于85°的角度设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的轮胎,其特征在于,所述胎体帘布层的增强体在点C与D之间相对于周向方向以等于+75°或-75°的角度设置。
5.根据权利要求3所述的轮胎,其特征在于,所述胎体帘布层(2)的增强体在点C与D之间在轴向方向从最外侧方向开始至最内侧方向依次以等于-75°,+75°,+75°的角度设置。
6.根据前述权利要求的任一项所述的轮胎,其特征在于,所述胎体帘布层的增强体在点D与S之间相对于周向方向以大于或等于85°且优选地等于90°的角度设置。
7.根据权利要求1-5的任一项所述的轮胎,其特征在于,从点S开始并沿着轴线ZZ’的方向,胎体帘布层的增强体相对于周向方向以等于90°的角度设置。
8.根据权利要求1-5的任一项所述的轮胎,其特征在于,胎体帘布层的增强体由选自人造丝、尼龙、聚酯、芳纶或其混合物中的纺织材料制成。
9.根据权利要求1-5的任一项所述的轮胎,其特征在于,3%与8%之间的中间部分(10)的增强体被切割。
10.根据权利要求9所述的轮胎,其特征在于,经切割的中间部分的增强体为连续的。
11.根据权利要求1所述的轮胎,其特征在于,分离弹性体组合物(14)在10%的伸长率下具有大于或等于30MPa且小于或等于60MPa的拉伸模量。
