Description
Claims (10)
- 2つのビード(3、3')と、トレッド(7)を備えたクラウンと、前記クラウンを前記ビードに連結する第1および第2側壁部(4、4')とを備えているタイヤであって、前記ビードは軸方向および半径方向外方に開いた角度をなす部分を半径方向内側に備えており、また前記ビードは軸方向および半径方向外方に開いた角度γだけ傾斜されたリムシートを備えたリムと接触するようになっており、前記タイヤがカーカス補強体(5)により補強されており、前記カーカス補強体(5)は互いに平行であって、周方向に対して60°≦α≦90°であるような角度αをなしている補強体で構成された少なくとも1つのカーカスプライを備えており、前記補強体は各ビードにおいて少なくとも1つの環状固定要素(30、30')に固定されており、カーカス補強体の上には、トレッド(7)が載っているクラウン補強体(6)が設けられており、
第1および第2側壁部(4、4')は各々、軸方向に最も外側のカーカスプライの軸方向内側に位置決めされた追加の非伸長性リング(8、8')を有しており、
第1側壁部における追加の非伸長性リング(8)の断面の重心G8と、第1側壁部の延長部に位置決めされたビードにおける環状固定要素(30)の重心G30とを通る線分が回転軸線と外側に向けて開いた角度β1をなしており、
第2側壁部における追加の非伸長性リング(8')の断面の重心G8'と、第2側壁部の延長部に位置決めされたビードにおける環状固定要素(30')の重心G30'とを通る線分が回転軸線と外側に向けて開いた角度β2をなしており、
各側壁部(4、4')は追加の非伸長性リング(8、8')とビードにおける環状固定要素との間に半径方向に位置決めされた結合部分(80、80')を備えており、前記タイヤは、これをその使用リムに取付けて推薦圧力まで膨らましたとき、子午線断面で見て、角度β1が角度β2と異なることを特徴とするタイヤ。 - 第1側壁部(4)はタイヤが取付けられる車両の外側に位置決めされるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 第1側壁部(4)において測定した角度β1は第2側壁部(4')において測定した角度β2より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のタイヤ。
- 第1側壁部(4)において測定した角度β1は多くとも70°に等しく、第2側壁部(4')において測定した角度β2は70°より大きいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のタイヤ。
- 第2側壁部(4')において測定した角度β2は75°と100°との間であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のタイヤ。
- 第1側壁部(4)の追加の非伸長性リング(8)はビードの底部から距離H1のところで半径方向に位置決めされており、第2側壁部(4')の追加の非伸長性リング(8')はビードの底部から距離H2のところで半径方向に位置決めされており、これらの距離H1、H2は取付けリム上のタイヤの高さHの3分の2より小さく、前記タイヤの高さHはビードの底部とタイヤの赤道平面におけるクラウン上の点との間で測定したものであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のうちのいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 第1側壁部(4)の追加の非伸長性リング(8)はビードの底部から距離H 1 のところで半径方向に位置決めされており、第2側壁部(4')の追加の非伸長性リング(8')はビードの底部から距離H 2 のところで半径方向に位置決めされており、高さH1は高さH2より高いことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のタイヤ。
- 高さH1はリム上のタイヤの高さHの3分の1より高く、前記タイヤの高さHはビードの底部とタイヤの赤道平面におけるクラウン上の点との間で測定したものであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のタイヤ。
- 各側壁部において、軸方向に最も外側のカーカスプライの軸方向内側の結合部分(80、80')は少なくとも65に等しいショアーA硬度を有するエラストマー材料で製造されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のうちのいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- カーカス補強体は、各々において互いに平行であって、周方向と60°≦α≦90°であるような角度αをなす補強要素の少なくとも2つのプライで構成されており、プライのうちの少なくとも1つは各ビードにおいてビードにおける環状固定要素のまわりに巻きつけることによって固定されており、1つのプライは追加の非伸長性リングの軸方向一方の側で延びており、他のプライは、追加の非伸長性リングおよび追加の非伸長性リングとビードにおける環状固定要素との間の結合部分の軸方向他方の側で延びていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のうちのいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。
