Abstract

3276. Johnson, C. V. Feb. 7. Bottles, non-refillable.-A frangible cap 10, Fig. 1, is provided with a number of lugs 12 secured by cement in recesses in the shoulders 8 of a bottle. A cork 7 is further secured by an inner cap 14, portions 15 of which dip into the cement. In a modification shown in Fig. 4, the outer cap is dispensed with and the cap 14 is anchored in the cement by separate plugs 19.
