Bottles, non-refillable.- To prevent fraudulent refilling, the neck of a bottle, jar, or like receptacle is provided with a cylindrical metal part C, Figs. 3 and 4, in which, after application of the stopper, a groove c is spun, and the stopper D is provided with cutters G so that the stopper cannot be withdrawn without severing the metal part. The bottle is closed by a cork K below the cutters resting upon a shoulder a formed in the neck of the receptacle.
