本发明公开了一种双向切割分切设备,包括底座,在底座上分别设置了两个支撑立柱,在支撑立柱之间分别设置了连接横梁,上切割刀主轴,工件放料轴,下切割刀主轴,收料轴,所述的连接横梁,上切割刀主轴,工件放料轴,下切割刀主轴,收料轴依次从上向下排列,本发明一种双向切割分切设备,使用过程中,切割刀与物料主轴不直接接触,使得机器运行平稳,减小了切割刀磨损的次数,提高了使用寿命,分切设备质量均匀,无毛刺,褶皱现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及分切机械领域,特别是涉及双向切割分切设备。
背景技术
在包装行业中,卷纸,标贴,薄型包装金属片材,胶带,需要把大直径物料加工分切成较小物料,这种情形下,需要使用到分切机设备,现有的分切设备工作中,噪音大,并且切割刀工作磨损严重,长时间使用后,需要定期更换切割圆刀,并且,现有的技术中,都是工件物料不旋转,圆锯刀再旋转,使得圆锯刀高速旋转中,碰到物料支撑轴的几率增大,使得切割刀受到损坏,为此本发明提供了一种双向切割分切设备,工作中,圆锯刀不转,工件物料相对于圆锯刀旋转,同时,切割的卷纸,标贴整齐有序。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种双向切割分切设备,运行平稳,切割刀与工件物料主轴不容易发生摩擦,提高了切割刀的使用寿命,并且工件切割质量均匀,无毛刺褶皱。
所述的一种双向切割分切设备,包括底座,底座采用长方体结构形式,材料采用铸铁材料制作,在底座上分别设置了两个支撑立柱,支撑立柱采用合金钢材料,支撑立柱采用长方体结构形式。
在支撑立柱之间分别设置了连接横梁,上切割刀主轴,工件放料轴,下切割刀主轴,收料轴,所述的连接横梁,上切割刀主轴,工件放料轴,下切割刀主轴,收料轴依次从上向下排列。
所述的连接横梁,采用长方体结构,用于固定分切设备,并且在连接横梁上设置了吹风装置。
所述的上切割刀主轴和下切割刀主轴为对称结构形式,在上切割刀主轴和下切割刀主轴上设置了切割圆刀,切割圆刀为半圆切割刀,一种优选技术方案,所述的上切割刀主轴和下切割刀主轴上的切割圆刀个数在6到8个之间,通过上下半圆切割刀的闭合,在工件物料上形成切割圆形,在切割物料的转动下,完成对切割物料的切割,从而使得从宽幅度物料变为窄幅度线条。
所述的上切割刀主轴和下切割刀主轴分别连接了液压油缸A和液压油缸B,在液压油缸A和液压油缸B上分别设置了上行注油孔和下行注油孔,通过液压油缸的动力,完成对工件物料的切割。
所述的工件放料轴位于上切割刀主轴和下切割刀主轴之间,在工件放料轴一端设置了工件旋转轴座,另一端通过皮带连接了放料旋转电机,通过放料旋转电机为工件放料提供动力。
工作中,加工的工件设置在工件放料轴上。为了避免工件加工出现褶皱,在上切割刀主轴上设置了吹风口,吹风口通过管路连接了吹风装置,分切中通风,避免了切割褶皱现象。
工作中,工作主轴旋转,物料在工件放料轴上旋转,使得切割刀不直接接触工作主轴,减少了对切割主轴的磨损,提高了分切设备的使用寿命。
所述的收料轴位于两个支撑立柱的最下端,通过皮带连接了收料电机,完成对工件物料的收料工作。
一种优选技术方案,为了使得分切设备移动方便,在所述的底座下端设置了滚轮结构。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种双向切割分切设备,使用过程中,切割刀与物料主轴不直接接触,使得机器运行平稳,减小了切割刀磨损的次数,提高了使用寿命,降低了生产成本,同时分切设备质量均匀,无毛刺,褶皱现象。

所述的一种双向切割分切设备,包括底座,底座采用长方体结构形式,材料采用铸铁材料制作,在底座上分别设置了两个支撑立柱,支撑立柱采用合金钢材料,支撑立柱采用长方体结构形式。
在支撑立柱之间分别设置了连接横梁,上切割刀主轴,工件放料轴,下切割刀主轴,收料轴,所述的连接横梁,上切割刀主轴,工件放料轴,下切割刀主轴,收料轴依次从上向下排列。
所述的连接横梁,采用长方体结构,用于固定分切设备,并且在连接横梁上设置了吹风装置。
所述的上切割刀主轴和下切割刀主轴为对称结构形式,在上切割刀主轴和下切割刀主轴上设置了切割圆刀,切割圆刀为半圆切割刀,所述的上切割刀主轴和下切割刀主轴上的切割圆刀个数在6到8个之间,通过上下半圆切割刀的闭合,在工件物料上形成切割圆形,在切割物料的转动下,完成对切割物料的切割,从而使得从宽幅度物料变为窄幅度线条。
所述的上切割刀主轴和下切割刀主轴分别连接了液压油缸A和液压油缸B,在液压油缸A和液压油缸B上分别设置了上行注油孔和下行注油孔,通过液压油缸的动力,完成对工件物料的切割。
所述的工件放料轴位于上切割刀主轴和下切割刀主轴之间,在工件放料轴一端设置了工件旋转轴座,另一端通过皮带连接了放料旋转电机,通过放料旋转电机为工件放料提供动力。
工作中,加工的工件设置在工件放料轴上。为了避免工件加工出现褶皱,在上切割刀主轴上设置了吹风口,吹风口通过管路连接了吹风装置,分切中通风,避免了切割褶皱现象。
工作中,工作主轴旋转,物料在工件放料轴上旋转,使得切割刀不直接接触工作主轴,减少了对切割主轴的磨损,提高了分切设备的使用寿命。
所述的收料轴位于两个支撑立柱的最下端,通过皮带连接了收料电机,完成对工件物料的收料工作。
一种优选技术方案,为了使得分切设备移动方便,在所述的底座下端设置了滚轮结构。

1.一种双向切割分切设备,其特征在于,包括:底座,在底座上分别设置了两个支撑立柱,支撑立柱采用合金钢材料,在支撑立柱之间分别设置了连接横梁,上切割刀主轴,工件放料轴,下切割刀主轴,收料轴,所述的连接横梁,上切割刀主轴,工件放料轴,下切割刀主轴,收料轴依次从上向下排列,所述的连接横梁,采用长方体结构,用于固定分切设备,并且在连接横梁上设置了吹风装置,所述的上切割刀主轴和下切割刀主轴为对称结构形式,在上切割刀主轴和下切割刀主轴上设置了切割圆刀,切割圆刀为半圆切割刀,通过上下半圆切割刀的闭合,在工件物料上形成切割,所述的上切割刀主轴和下切割刀主轴分别连接了液压油缸A和液压油缸B,在液压油缸A和液压油缸B上分别设置了上行注油孔和下行注油孔,所述的工件放料轴位于上切割刀主轴和下切割刀主轴之间,在工件放料轴一端设置了工件旋转轴座,另一端通过皮带连接了放料旋转电机,工作中,加工的工件设置在工件放料轴上,为了避免工件加工出现褶皱,在上切割刀主轴上设置了吹风口,吹风口通过管路连接了吹风装置,所述的收料轴位于两个支撑立柱的最下端,通过皮带连接了收料电机,完成对工件物料的收料工作。
