本发明公开了一种主轴固定的分切机改进结构,包括左支撑立柱,右支撑立柱,在左支撑立柱,右支撑立柱下端连接设置了底座,并且左支撑立柱和右支撑立柱上端连接设置了连接梁,在所述的连接梁下端依次设置了切割刀主轴,工作主轴,放料辊,本发明一种主轴固定的分切机改进结构,在使用过程中主轴固定不旋转,物料沿着主轴依靠摩擦旋转,使得机器运行更平稳,并且切割圆刀与主轴不直接接触,提高了使用寿命,降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及分切机领域,特别是涉及一种主轴固定的分切机改进结构。
背景技术
分切机在现代包装行业应用广泛,如卷纸,标贴,胶带,分切机是把直径较大的物料分切成直径较小的物料,把宽度较大的物料分割成较小物料的设备,分切机也能够应用在薄金属加工行业,生产一系列的工业用卷材。传统的分切机如图1所示,包括放料辊,工作主轴,切割刀主轴,在切割刀主轴上设置了切割圆刀,切割圆刀在圆刀电机带动下,完成对工作主轴物料的切割,工作主轴通过物料与放料辊连接为一体,在工作主轴电机带动下工作主轴与放料辊保持同步线运动方式,这是常见的机构模式,这种情况下,分切机的主轴转动,主轴一般采用硬质合金材料制作,与切割圆刀直接接触,转动过程,加大了对切割圆刀的磨损,使得切割圆刀使用寿命降低。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种主轴固定的分切机改进结构,能够使得分切机运行更加平稳,同时圆刀磨损降低,提高了圆刀的使用寿命,降低了分切机加工的生产成本。
所述的一种主轴固定的分切机改进结构,包括左支撑立柱,右支撑立柱,两个立柱采用长方体结构形式,选用不锈钢或合金材料制作,在所述的左支撑立柱,右支撑立柱下端连接设置了底座,底座为长方体工作平台,底座采用铸铁材料制作,底座为分切机的支撑结构。
并且左支撑立柱和右支撑立柱上端连接设置了连接梁,连接梁为长方体结构,用于固定立柱。
在所述的连接梁下端依次设置了切割刀主轴,工作主轴,放料辊,所述的切割刀主轴,工作主轴,放料辊的两端分别连接在左支撑立柱和右支撑立柱上。
所述的切割刀主轴上固定设置了切割圆刀,切割刀主轴连接有圆刀电机,切割圆刀完成对物料的切割,从宽幅度变为窄幅度线条,一种优选技术方案,所述的切割圆刀的数量在1-8个之间。
所述的放料辊连接着工作主轴电机,工作主轴电机为放料辊上的物料,如胶带,纸带转动提供动力,物料通过放料辊和工作主轴连接为一体,工作主轴一端连接着轴座,轴座固定在支撑立柱上,工作主轴另一端设置了传动轴套,所述的工作主轴为圆柱体光滑表面,在工作中,工作主轴位置固定不变。物料和工作主轴做摩擦运动,物料在放料辊上旋转,由于工作主轴固定,减少了对切割主轴的磨损,提高了分切机的使用寿命。
一种优选技术方案,为了使得分切机移动方便,在所述的底座下端设置了滚轮结构。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种主轴固定的分切机改进结构,在使用过程中主轴固定不旋转,物料沿着主轴依靠摩擦旋转,使得机器运行更平稳,并且主轴材料减少了旋转的磨损,并且切割圆刀与主轴不直接接触,减轻了圆刀磨损,提高了使用寿命,减少了更换刀具的次数,降低了生产成本。

在所述的连接梁下端依次设置了切割刀主轴,工作主轴,放料辊,所述的切割刀主轴,工作主轴,放料辊的两端分别连接在左支撑立柱和右支撑立柱上。
所述的切割刀主轴上固定设置了切割圆刀,切割刀主轴连接有圆刀电机,切割圆刀完成对物料的切割,从宽幅度变为窄幅度线条,一种优选技术方案,所述的切割圆刀的数量在1-8个之间。

1.一种主轴固定的分切机改进结构,其特征在于,包括:左支撑立柱,右支撑立柱,两个立柱采用长方体结构形式,在所述的左支撑立柱,右支撑立柱下端连接设置了底座,底座为长方体工作平台,并且左支撑立柱和右支撑立柱上端连接设置了连接梁,连接梁为长方体结构,用于固定立柱,在所述的连接梁下端依次设置了切割刀主轴,工作主轴,放料辊,所述的切割刀主轴,工作主轴,放料辊的两端分别连接在左支撑立柱和右支撑立柱上,所述的切割刀主轴上固定设置了切割圆刀,切割刀主轴连接有圆刀电机,切割圆刀完成对物料的切割,所述的放料辊连接着工作主轴电机,物料通过放料辊和工作主轴连接为一体,工作主轴一端连接着轴座,轴座固定在支撑立柱上,工作主轴另一端设置了传动轴套,所述的工作主轴为圆柱体光滑表面,在工作中,工作主轴位置固定不变,物料和工作主轴做摩擦运动,物料在放料辊上旋转。
