Abstract

一种切割连杆大头端的装置包括安装在立式铣床工作台上的门字形的基座(1),基座的顶壁上设有转盘(2),转盘上对称地设有多个放置连杆(6)的L形的基板(3),连杆的大头端被夹紧在基板上,锯片铣刀(15)位于转盘的外侧,连杆大头端分割线与锯片铣刀在一平面上,在基座的腔体中设有与转盘相连接的驱动机构,驱动机构能使转盘转动,转盘转动时,连杆大头端与铣刀接触被铣刀铣割开。本装置可放置多个连杆,转盘转动时连杆沿一圆周移动,绕刀杆旋转的铣刀与连杆相接触,对某一连杆进行铣割,在铣割过程中,可将已割开的连杆取下,装上另一需割开的连杆。与现有技术相比,可省去装卸连杆和将铣刀复位的时间,大大提高了铣割效率。

切割连杆大头端的装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种切割装置,它安装在立式铣床上用铣刀将连杆的大头端切割开。 
背景技术
产品连杆的大头端由两部分组成,其一部分半圆与连杆的杆身形成一体,另一部分为连杆盖,连杆的锻坯是将半圆与连杆盖锻制为一体,当连杆的大头端和小头端半加工结束时,要将连杆的大头端切开。通常将连杆平卧放置在卧式铣床的工作台上,夹紧连杆后用锯片铣刀沿连杆大头端分割线将其切割开;由于锯片铣刀在铣割时只能向一个方向旋转,因此切割下一个(批)连杆时,需要将上一个连杆从工作台上卸下,将铣刀移到起始位置,装好下一个连杆再开始铣割,这种方法铣割效率不高,有必要设计一种切割连杆大头端的装置,以提高铣割效率。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种切割连杆大头端的装置,该装置能在铣割某一个连杆的同时对另一个连杆进行装卸,实现对一批连杆的连续铣割,提高切割连杆大头端的效率。 
本切割连杆大头端的装置包括安装在立式铣床工作台上的门字形的基座1,其特征是,基座的顶壁上设有转盘2,转盘上的芯轴8穿过基座的顶壁进入基座的的腔体中,转盘上对称地设有多个放置连杆6的L形的基板3,连杆的小头孔套在设于基板上的定位柱4上,连杆的大头端朝下被夹紧在基板上,锯片铣刀15位于转盘的外侧,连杆大头端分割线与锯片铣刀在一平面上,在基座的腔体中设有与转盘上的芯轴连接的驱动机构,所述的驱动机构能使转盘转动,转盘转动时,连杆大头端与铣刀接触被铣刀铣割开。 
所述的驱动机构为一带电机的减速机,减速机的输出轴与转盘上的芯轴连接。 
所述的驱动机构包括与安装锯片铣刀的刀杆14相连接的传动轴16,传动轴穿过基座的顶壁,传动轴的顶端设有第一伞齿轮12,与第一伞齿轮相啮合的第二伞齿轮11安装在蜗杆轴9上,蜗杆轴的两端设置在基座的两侧壁中,蜗杆轴上的蜗杆与蜗轮10相啮合,蜗轮与与转盘的芯轴8连接,刀杆旋转时能带动转盘转动。这样可简化驱动机构的结构,降低本装置的制作费用。 
本装置可放置多个连杆,转盘转动时连杆沿一圆周移动,绕刀杆旋转的铣刀与连杆相接触,对某一连杆进行铣割,在铣割过程中,可将已割开的连杆取下,装上另一需割开的连杆。与现有技术相比,可省去附加的装卸连杆和将铣刀复位的时间,大大提高了铣割效率。

具体实施方式
现结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。 
一种切割连杆大头端的装置包括安装在立式铣床工作台上的门字形的基座1,基座的顶壁上设有转盘2,转盘上的芯轴8穿过基座的顶壁进入基座的的腔体中,转盘上对称地设有三至五个放置连杆6的L形的基板3,连杆的小头孔配合地套在定位柱上,连杆的大头端朝下,连杆的大头端位于两定位块5之间,连杆的大头端一端面贴在基板竖直的板面上,两压板7分别压在连杆大头端另一端面的上部和下部;也可用一块压板压在连杆大头端另一端面的上部,这样可提高连杆的装卸速度;所述的压板由六角螺丝拧紧,六角螺丝从连杆大头端的孔中伸出旋在基板上。 
立式铣床的主轴13上固定连接有刀杆14,锯片铣刀15安装在刀杆上,锯片铣刀位于转盘的外侧,连杆大头端的分割线17与锯片铣刀在一平面上。 
在基座的腔体中设有与转盘上的芯轴连接的驱动机构,所述的驱动机构能使转盘转动,转盘的转速为每分钟0.5转至1转,转盘转动时,连杆大头端与铣刀接触被铣刀铣割开。 
所述的驱动机构为一带电机的减速机,减速机的输出轴与转盘上的芯轴连接,所述的减速机可到市场上选购。 
为简化驱动机构的结构,降低本装置的制作费用。所述驱动机构的结构也可这样,它包括与安装锯片铣刀的刀杆14相连接的传动轴16,传动轴穿过基座的顶壁,传动轴的顶端设有第一伞齿轮12,与第一伞齿轮相啮合的第二伞齿轮11安装在蜗杆轴9上,蜗杆轴的两端设置在基座的两侧壁中,蜗杆轴上的蜗杆与蜗轮10相啮合,蜗轮与与转盘的芯轴8连接,刀杆旋转时能带动转盘转动;选择合适的传动比可使转盘低速转动。 
由于转盘转速较低(相当于卧铣工作台的进刀速度),在某一个连杆铣割过程中,有足够的时间将对面的已割开连杆取下,再装上需铣割的连杆,相当于节约了连杆装卸的时间,使铣割连杆的工效得以提高。

1.一种切割连杆大头端的装置,包括安装在立式铣床工作台上的门字形的基座(1),其特征是,基座的顶壁上设有转盘(2),转盘上的芯轴(8)穿过基座的顶壁进入基座的的腔体中,转盘上对称地设有多个放置连杆(6)的L形的基板(3),连杆的小头孔配合地套在设于基板上的定位柱(4)上,连杆的大头端朝下被夹紧在基板上,锯片铣刀(15)位于转盘的外侧,连杆大头端分割线与锯片铣刀在一平面上,在基座的腔体中设有与转盘上的芯轴连接的驱动机构,所述的驱动机构能使转盘转动,转盘转动时,连杆大头端与铣刀相接触被铣刀铣割开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切割连杆大头端的装置,其特征是所述的驱动机构为一带电机的减速机,减速机的输出轴与转盘上的芯轴连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的切割连杆大头端的装置,其特征是所述的驱动机构包括与安装锯片铣刀的刀杆(14)相连接的传动轴(16),传动轴穿过基座的顶壁,传动轴的顶端设有第一伞齿轮(12),与第一伞齿轮相啮合的第二伞齿轮(11)安装在蜗杆轴(9)上,蜗杆轴的两端设置在基座的两侧壁中,蜗杆轴上的蜗杆与蜗轮(10)相啮合,蜗轮与与转盘的芯轴(8)连接,刀杆旋转时能带动转盘转动。
