本专利公开了农副产品加工机械领域的一种木瓜定向输送切片机,包括机架,机架上设有物料传送带,物料传动带的表面设有若干圆柱状限位条,限位条的长度方向与物料传动带的传送方向垂直,相邻限位条之间留有储物槽;物料传送带的输送方向上设有刀轴,刀轴与所述物料传送带之间留有间隙,刀轴连接有电机,刀轴上设有刀片,刀片与刀轴垂直,刀片有多层;物料传送带与刀轴之间设有接料器;接料器包括多个并列间隔设置的U形挡料槽,相邻挡料槽之间形成供刀片划过的切口。本方案实现了木瓜的定向输送,且切片效率大大提高,节约了人力成本,降低了劳动强度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农副产品加工机械,具体涉及一种木瓜定向输送切片机。
背景技术
木瓜,是木通科木瓜属的植物,椭圆状,木瓜又被称为“万寿果”,享有“百益之果”的美称,具有平肝和胃、祛风除湿、滋脾益肺等功效。是一种极好的食疗果品。
木瓜富含维生素、有机酸、胡萝卜素、矿物质铁、钙、钾、蛋白质等营养元素,其中维生素A及维生素C的含量尤为高,是西瓜及香蕉的五倍。现代科学测定:木瓜还含皂甙、齐墩果酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸、枸橼酸,并且含过氧化酶、酸氧化酶、氧化酶,特别富含人体所需的具有抗癌、防辐射、延缓衰老的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)。
现在一些加工食品加工企业将采回的鲜木瓜经过一系列加工工艺将其制备成蜜饯或者饮料,一方面方便任何季节都能吃到,另一方面,方便购买和携带。目前市场上有一种木瓜干,加工时将鲜果清洗后,切片、腌制、烘干既得,目前切片时采用手工操作,这样劳动强度大,生产效率低。
中国专利授权公告号为CN202062446U的专利“一种全自动大枣定向切片机”,包括机架、电动机、通过减速机与电动机相连并固定在机架上的第一传动机构、与第一传动机构相连并固定在机架上的第二传动机构、与第二传动机构相连的刀槽式送料盘、置于刀槽式送料盘内部的切片装置以及料斗。使用时,大枣通过料斗进入输送块之间,最后通过重力进入刀槽式送料盘内,由刀槽式送料盘带动旋转,最终在切片装置的作用下完成切片。
但是由于上述专利的切片装置安装在送料盘的机体内,当送料较多或者工作时间过长是,大枣片易粘附在刀片上,相邻刀片件的造成堵塞或送料盘与切片装置之间的堵塞,清理时需要将送料装置取下才能小心地对切片装置进行刮削清除。这样拆卸工作繁杂,清理工序耗时长,且不适用于相对大枣而言质地较硬的木瓜的切片。
发明内容
本发明针对上述存在的技术问题,提供一种自动对木瓜定向、切片的木瓜定向输送切片机。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种木瓜定向输送切片机,包括机架,所述机架上设有物料传送带,所述物料传动带的表面设有若干圆柱状限位条,所述限位条的长度方向与物料传动带的传送方向垂直,相邻限位条之间留有储物槽;所述物料传送带的输送方向上设有刀轴,所述刀轴与所述物料传送带之间留有间隙,所述刀轴连接有电机,刀轴上设有刀片,刀片与刀轴垂直,所述刀片有多层;所述物料传送带与刀轴之间设有接料器;所述接料器包括多个并列间隔设置的U形挡料槽,相邻挡料槽之间形成供刀片划过的切口。
本发明的工作原理:待切片的木瓜投放在物料传动带上,因为物料传送带表面设有限位条,且限位条为圆柱状,相邻限位条之间形成储物槽,所以木瓜可滑落到储物槽中,稳定地向物料传送带的传送方向传送,这样便实现了木瓜的定向传送。又因为在物料传送带的传送方向设有刀轴,在刀轴和物料传送带之间设有接料器,物料传送带向下运行处,木瓜便从物料传送带上掉落到接料器中,因为接料器设有多个并列间隔的U形挡料槽,相邻挡料槽之间形成供刀片划过的切口,所以启动电机,是刀轴转动,因此刀轴上的刀片随刀轴转动,刀片划过接料器上的切口,对接料器中的木瓜进行切片处理,切成片状的木瓜片从切口处落下,如此循环,再对下一批木瓜进行切片处理。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明使用设有圆柱状限位条的物料传动带实现木瓜的定向传送,使用接料槽上间隔设置的U形挡料槽,相邻挡料槽之间形成供刀片划过的切口,供刀轴上的刀片划过,如此实现了木瓜的切片,相对现有人工切片而言,效率大大提高,节约了人力成本,降低了劳动强度。
进一步,所述刀轴外部设有金属外壳,所述金属外壳设有开口,所述开口正对所述接料器。刀轴是本方案对木瓜进行切片的重要组成部件,但同时也是容易带来安全隐患的部件,所以为保障生产线上的人身安全,在刀轴的外部设置金属外壳,这样便可使刀片包裹在金属外壳内,金属外壳的开口正对接料器,既不妨碍刀轴的正常工作,也避免了刀轴意外划伤工作人员。
进一步,刀轴上的每层刀片均有4把,4把所述刀片圆周均布在刀轴上。提高切片效率。
进一步,所述物料输送带上设有第一振动器。在振动作用下,加快投放在物料传送带上的木瓜下滑待储物槽中,且在振动作用下,储物槽中木瓜能均匀,密集的排布开,使每次切片效率稳定。
进一步,所述接料器上设有第二振动器。在振动作用下,加快已经切片的木瓜从接料器上落下,避免重复切片,使切片均匀。

如图1及图2所示,一种木瓜定向输送切片机,包括机架,机架上设有物料传送带,物料输送带上设有第一振动器;物料传动带的表面设有若干圆柱状限位条1,限位条1的长度方向与物料传动带的传送方向垂直,相邻限位条1之间留有储物槽;物料传送带的输送方向上设有刀轴5,刀轴5与物料传送带之间留有间隙,物料传送带与刀轴5之间的间隙处设有接料器2,接料器2包括多个并列间隔设置的U形挡料槽,接料器2上设有第二振动器。
刀轴5连接有电机,刀轴5上设有刀片3,刀片3与刀轴5垂直,刀片3有多层;刀轴5上的每层刀片3均有4把,4把刀片3圆周均布在刀轴5上。相邻挡料槽之间形成供刀片3划过的切口;刀轴5外部设有金属外壳4,金属外壳4设有开口,开口正对接料器2。
待切片的木瓜投放在物料传动带上,因为物料传送带表面设有限位条1,且限位条1为圆柱状,相邻限位条1之间形成储物槽,所以木瓜可滑落到储物槽中,稳定地向物料传送带的传送方向传送,这样便实现了木瓜的定向传送。又因为在物料传送带的传送方向设有刀轴5,在刀轴5和物料传送带之间设有接料器2,物料传送带向下运行处,木瓜便从物料传送带上掉落到接料器2中,因为接料器2设有多个并列间隔的U形挡料槽,相邻挡料槽之间形成供刀片3划过的切口,所以启动电机,是刀轴5转动,因此刀轴5上的刀片3随刀轴5转动,刀片3划过接料器2上的切口,对接料器2中的木瓜进行切片处理,切成片状的木瓜片从切口处落下,如此循环,再对下一批木瓜进行切片处理。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明结构的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。

1.木瓜定向输送切片机,包括机架,所述机架上设有物料传送带,其特征在于:所述物料传动带的表面设有若干圆柱状限位条,所述限位条的长度方向与物料传动带的传送方向垂直,相邻限位条之间留有储物槽;所述物料传送带的输送方向上设有刀轴,所述刀轴与所述物料传送带之间留有间隙,所述刀轴连接有电机,刀轴上设有刀片,刀片与刀轴垂直,所述刀片有多层;所述物料传送带与刀轴之间设有接料器;所述接料器包括多个并列间隔设置的U形挡料槽,相邻挡料槽之间形成供刀片划过的切口。
2.如权利要求1所述的木瓜定向输送切片机,其特征在于:所述刀轴外部设有金属外壳,所述金属外壳设有开口,所述开口正对所述接料器。
3.如权利要求1所述的木瓜定向输送切片机,其特征在于:刀轴上的每层刀片均有4把,4把所述刀片圆周均布在刀轴上。
