本发明公开了一种肉片横切机,包括横切壳体、送料板、输送带、拨料凸起、横切刀片和液压缸,所述横切壳体上侧一端安装有投料漏斗,所述横切壳体内部一侧安装有送料板,所述送料板一侧的横切壳体内部安装有输送带,所述输送带与送料板之间形成有输料通道,所述输送带两端安装有传送轮,所述输料通道一端安装有横切刀片,所述输料通道一端的输料通道一侧安装有出料口,且出料口略向下倾斜,本发明一种肉片横切机,通过将待切肉块投入到输料通道内,通过输送带输送到输料通道一端,通过液压缸驱动伸缩杆带动横切刀片上下移动进行横切肉块,肉片横切效果较好,而且整机为焊接机身,强度高,整体性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗护理设备技术领域,具体是一种肉片横切机。
背景技术
肉类,是动物的皮下组织及肌肉,可以食用。其富含大量的蛋白质和脂肪,以及卡路里,其属于酸性食物。肉类含蛋白质丰富,一般在10-20%之间。瘦肉比肥肉含蛋白质多。肉类食品含蛋白质是优质蛋白质,不仅含有的必需氮基酸全面、数量多,而且比例恰当,接近于人体的蛋白质,容易消化吸收。肉类中含糖量较低,平均只有1-5%。按照中医的理论,猪肉性能微寒、有解热功能,补肾气虚弱;牛肉性温,可滋养脾胃、强健筋骨,羊肉性热适于体虚胃寒的人食用。肉类经烹调后,可制成多种多样的美味佳肴,又有浓郁的香味和鲜美的味道,例如烧鸡等,可大大提高食欲。肉类食品在生产过程中,切片是一道重要的工序,也是不可逾越的工序。
现有的肉片横切技术存在以下问题:1、通常采用人工手持刀具进行切片,而且用手工切块时,食品容易沾在刀面上,且分切不均匀,其效率极低,不适合大规模工业化生产;2、目前市场上的肉片横切机切片不均匀,切片速度较低,切片效率低下,不适合大规模工业化生产的专业切片肉类食物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种肉片横切机,以解决现有技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种肉片横切机,包括横切壳体、送料板、输送带、拨料凸起、横切刀片和液压缸,所述横切壳体上侧一端安装有投料漏斗,所述横切壳体内部一侧安装有送料板,所述送料板一侧的横切壳体内部安装有输送带,所述输送带与送料板之间形成有输料通道,所述输送带两端安装有传送轮,所述输料通道一端安装有横切刀片,所述输料通道一端的输料通道一侧安装有出料口,且出料口略向下倾斜。
优选的,所述横切壳体内部安装有液压缸,所述液压缸下侧传动连接有伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆下侧通过刀座安装有横切刀片。
优选的,所述输料通道一端上侧安装有压料板,所述输料通道一端底部开设有切割槽。
优选的,所述送料板倾斜设置且送料板一侧表面安装有橡胶层,所述横切壳体下侧焊接有支撑脚。
优选的,所述输送带外侧均匀安装有拨料凸起,所述横切壳体内部上端安装有输送电机,所述输送电机通过皮带与传送轮传动连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过将待切肉块投入到输料通道内,通过输送带输送到输料通道一端,通过液压缸驱动伸缩杆带动横切刀片上下移动进行横切肉块,肉片横切效果较好,通过输料通道一端上侧安装有压料板,能够将肉类压在输料通道一端上,而且便于将切割完成的肉片剥落掉,便于肉类的切割,而且整机为焊接机身,强度高,整体性好,避免了传统的手工切片,极大增加了肉片的切割效率,适合大规模工业化肉类切片生产。

请参阅图1-2,本发明实施例中,一种肉片横切机,包括横切壳体1、送料板2、输送带4、拨料凸起5、横切刀片6和液压缸7,横切壳体1上侧一端安装有投料漏斗11,便于原料的投入,横切壳体1内部一侧安装有送料板2,送料板2一侧的横切壳体1内部安装有输送带4,便于进行输送肉块,输送带4与送料板2之间形成有输料通道3,输送带4两端安装有传送轮41,输料通道3一端安装有横切刀片6,便于对肉块进行横切,输料通道3一端的输料通道3一侧安装有出料口13,且出料口13略向下倾斜,便于横切完成的肉片排出。
通过所述横切壳体1内部安装有液压缸7,所述液压缸7下侧传动连接有伸缩杆71,所述伸缩杆71下侧通过刀座61安装有横切刀片6,便于驱动横切刀片6上下移动进行切割肉块,而且可以实现等间距。
通过所述输料通道3一端上侧安装有压料板8,便于能够将肉类压在输料通道一端上,而且便于将切割完成的肉片剥落掉,所述输料通道3一端底部开设有切割槽22,便于进行切割。
通过所述送料板2倾斜设置且送料板2一侧表面安装有橡胶层21,增加肉块与送料板之间的摩擦力,便于进行缓慢送料,所述横切壳体1下侧焊接有支撑脚12。
通过所述输送带4外侧均匀安装有拨料凸起5,便于肉块缓慢送料,所述横切壳体1内部上端安装有输送电机42,所述输送电机42通过皮带43与传送轮41传动连接,便于进行输送肉块。
本发明的工作原理是:将待切肉块通过投料漏斗11投入到输料通道3内,通过输送带4输送到输料通道3一端,通过液压缸7驱动伸缩杆71带动横切刀片6上下移动进行横切肉块,肉片横切效果较好,通过输料通道3一端上侧安装有压料板8,能够将肉类压在输料通道3一端上,而且便于将切割完成的肉片剥落掉,便于肉类的切割,而且整机为焊接机身,强度高,整体性好,避免了传统的手工切片,极大增加了肉片的切割效率,适合大规模工业化肉类切片生产。

1.一种肉片横切机,包括横切壳体(1)、送料板(2)、输送带(4)、拨料凸起(5)、横切刀片(6)和液压缸(7),其特征在于:所述横切壳体(1)上侧一端安装有投料漏斗(11),所述横切壳体(1)内部一侧安装有送料板(2),所述送料板(2)一侧的横切壳体(1)内部安装有输送带(4),所述输送带(4)与送料板(2)之间形成有输料通道(3),所述输送带(4)两端安装有传送轮(41),所述输料通道(3)一端安装有横切刀片(6),所述输料通道(3)一端的输料通道(3)一侧安装有出料口(13),且出料口(13)略向下倾斜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种肉片横切机,其特征在于:所述横切壳体(1)内部安装有液压缸(7),所述液压缸(7)下侧传动连接有伸缩杆(71),所述伸缩杆(71)下侧通过刀座(61)安装有横切刀片(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种肉片横切机,其特征在于:所述输料通道(3)一端上侧安装有压料板(8),所述输料通道(3)一端底部开设有切割槽(22)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种肉片横切机,其特征在于:所述送料板(2)倾斜设置且送料板(2)一侧表面安装有橡胶层(21),所述横切壳体(1)下侧焊接有支撑脚(12)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种肉片横切机,其特征在于:所述输送带(4)外侧均匀安装有拨料凸起(5),所述横切壳体(1)内部上端安装有输送电机(42),所述输送电机(42)通过皮带(43)与传送轮(41)传动连接。
