Abstract

Description

行星齿轮传动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的行星齿轮传动装置。这样的行星齿轮传动装置(Umlaufgetriebe)或者行星式传动装置(Planetengetriebe)通常构造为两级的换挡传动装置并且在机床中得到使用,在机床中应该借助于换挡机构实施从直接挡到增速或者减速的换挡。该换挡在此借助于能够轴向移动的换挡衬套进行,所述换挡衬套通过换挡机构的执行器、例如具有传动装置的电马达来操作,从而齿圈通过内齿部与所述行星齿轮传动装置的壳体或者与所述驱动轴的套筒连接。
背景技术
由DE 103 48 757 A1已知在权利要求1的前序部分中描述的类型的行星齿轮传动装置。那儿为了润滑轴承,在壳体中构造有油管路(Ölleitung),所述油管路由油泵供应并且将油首先引导至所述输出轴的两个径向轴承处;紧接着所述油通过所述输出轴中的油管路到达至太阳轮的轴向轴承。在充满所述轴向轴承之后,所述油接下来沿着壳体的内壁的方向流动,所述壳体通过壁部分向外包裹。在所述油被引导至所述两个径向轴承和所述轴向轴承之后,所述油流动至齿圈轴承,在那儿由于相对较长的路径仅仅还有较小的压力供给轴承润滑。
另外的缺点在于,所述齿圈掺入封闭的壳体的油池中,由此产生必须额外地被排出的热量。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,提供尤其用于使用在在机床中的行星齿轮传动装置供支配,在所述行星齿轮传动装置中所述齿圈轴承最佳地得到润滑并且没有掺入在油池中,从而避免了热量升高。
为了解决该任务,根据本发明规定,还在分叉到两个径向轴承前,从壳体中的油管路分叉出连接通道,将喷嘴置入到所述连接通道中,所述喷嘴指向所述齿圈的径向轴承。在此能够如下地处理,所述喷嘴的喷嘴出口对置于在所述齿圈和所述壳体之间的环形缝隙。
该解决方案相对于现有技术具有以下优点,即基于用于喷嘴的连接通道的提前的分叉,所述齿圈轴承以较高的压力最佳地得到润滑。所述润滑油能够在润滑所有的轴承之后通过壳体中的开口向外排出,从而不产生油槽(Ölsumpf)。
根据本发明的另外的特征,将径向密封环置入到在所述输出轴的外部的和内部的径向轴承之间的环形空间中,所述径向密封环具有轴向的对置于所述内部的径向轴承的节流孔。以该方式,在所述环形空间中建立压力,所述压力在所述输出轴的油管路中负责足够地润滑所述太阳轮的轴向轴承。

具体实施方式
在壳体10中安置行星齿轮传动装置12,所述行星齿轮传动装置能够通过换挡机构14换挡。所述换挡机构14紧固在所述壳体10上并且操作能够沿着轴向的方向移动的换挡衬套16。
所述两级的行星齿轮传动装置12具有空心的套筒18,所述套筒通过径向轴承20在所述壳体10中能够转动地支承并且用于抗扭转地容纳未示出的驱动轴。太阳轮22与所述套筒18连接,所述太阳轮通过轴向轴承24在压环(Druckring)处利用盘弹簧组(Tellfederpaket)26来支撑。所述压环28通过螺栓80被安装在所述输出轴30处,所述输出轴与行星架32连接,所述行星架的行星轮34与齿圈36的内直径处于接合中。所述齿圈36通过此处构造为槽球轴承(Rillenkugellager)的径向轴承38支承在法兰连接到所述壳体10处的轴承壳体82中。
所述输出轴30通过此处构造为圆柱滚子轴承的内部的径向轴承40和外部的径向轴承42支承在所述轴承壳体82中。两个轴承40和42通过外部的轴套46和内部的轴套44轴向彼此分开,由此形成环形空间48,在其中在所述内部的径向轴承40附近安置支撑在安全环52处的径向轴封环(Radialwellendichtring)50。
径向的油流入通道54引导至所述轴承壳体82中,所述油流入通道与未示出的泵连接并且其通向构造在所述轴承壳体82中的油管路58的倾斜的区段56中。润滑油从该平行于输出轴30的纵向轴线延伸的油管路58通过所述外部的径向轴承42到达所述环形空间48中,在所述环形空间中基于所述径向轴封环50建立压力。所述径向轴封环50具有轴向的节流孔,通过所述节流孔也给所述内部的径向轴承40供以润滑油。
所述内部的轴套44中的通口62从所述环形空间48引导至径向的通道孔64,所述径向的通道孔贯穿所述输出轴30并且由两个平行的纵向孔66引导至所述压环28中的与该纵向孔连接的通口68,使得所述轴向轴承24被供应以润滑油。
根据本发明规定,连接通道70在所述轴承壳体82中从所述油管路58的倾斜的区段56处分叉出,喷嘴72被安置到所述连接通道中。所述喷嘴72如下地定向,即所述喷嘴对准所述齿圈36和壳体部分76之间的环形缝隙74并且由此对准到所述齿圈36的径向轴承38中。
从所述齿圈36的径向轴承38和所述轴向轴承24流出的润滑油到达所述轴承壳体82中的开口78,所述润滑油从所述开口中向外排出。

Claims (4)

1. 行星齿轮传动装置,具有壳体(10),在所述壳体中支承与太阳轮(22)连接的驱动轴和与所述驱动轴同轴的输出轴(30),所述输出轴与行星架(32)连接,所述行星架的行星轮(34)与齿圈(36)的内齿部处于接合中,所述齿圈借助于径向轴承(38)能够转动地支承在所述壳体(10)中并且能够通过换挡衬套(16)与所述驱动轴的套筒(18)连接,其中,所述太阳轮(22)支撑在轴向轴承(24)处并且所述输出轴(30)通过内部的径向轴承(40)和外部的径向轴承(42)能够转动地支承在轴承壳体(82)中,在所述轴承壳体中为了润滑这两个径向轴承(40、42)构造有油管路(58),所述油管路与油流入通道(54)并且与在所述输出轴(30)中构造的用于润滑所述轴向轴承(24)的油管路(64、66)连接,其特征在于,连接通道(70)从在所述轴承壳体(82)中的所述油管路(58)分叉出,指向所述齿圈(36)的径向轴承(38)的喷嘴(72)置入所述连接通道中。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的行星齿轮传动装置,其特征在于,所述喷嘴(72)的喷嘴出口对置于在所述齿圈(36)和壳体部分(76)之间指向所述齿圈(36)的径向轴承(38)的环形缝隙(74)。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的行星齿轮传动装置,其特征在于,在所述输出轴(30)的内部的径向轴承(40)与外部的径向轴承(42)之间的环形空间(48)中置入径向密封环(50),所述径向密封环具有对置于所述内部的径向轴承(40)的轴向的节流孔(60)。
4. 根据前述的权利要求中任一项所述的行星齿轮传动装置,其特征在于,所述轴承壳体(82)具有至少一个向外引导的开口(78)。
