本发明涉及汽车零配件领域，具体涉及一种隔热、防腐的发动机排气管。一种隔热、防腐的发动机排气管，包括管体，在管体外侧设置循环水冷却管，在冷却管外围设置隔热层，在隔热层外围设置防腐罩。循环水冷却管呈“S”型排布在管体上，防腐罩由胶套包覆。本发明的有益效果在于：在管体外侧设置循环水冷却管，能够及时带走排气管的热量；在冷却管外围设置隔热层，能够有效避免外部热量进入，保持排气管较低的温度；在隔热层外设置防腐罩，能够有效避免外部物质的侵蚀；在防腐罩外在设置一层胶套，增强防腐层的刚性；循环水冷却管呈“S”型排布在管体上，可以增加循环水冷却管的冷却路径。该发明专利结构简单，加工方便，具备产业化的前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零配件领域，具体涉及一种隔热、防腐的发动机排气管。
背景技术
排气管安装于发动机排气支管和消声器之间，使整个排气系统呈挠性连接，从而起到减震降噪、方便安装和延长排气消声系统寿命的作用。排气管主要用于轻型车、微型车和客车、摩托车，排气管结构是双层波纹管外敷钢丝网套，两端直边段外套卡环的结构。排气管的主要材质是不锈钢，卡套和接管的材质可为不锈钢或镀铝钢。
现有技术中，排气管常常因为温度过热而发生一些安全隐患，而且防腐蚀效果不是很好，隔热性能差，固定不灵活等情况，因此，有必要提供一种排气管，以解决现有技术中的不足。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种发动机排气管，该种排气管具有隔热性好，防腐蚀效果好的特点。
为解决上述问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种隔热、防腐的发动机排气管，包括管体，在管体外侧设置循环水冷却管，在冷却管外围设置隔热层，在隔热层外围设置防腐罩。
优选的，所述循环水冷却管呈“S”型排布在管体上。
优选的，所述隔热层采用隔热棉。
优选的，所述防腐罩由碳化硅制成。
优选的，所述防腐罩由胶套包覆。
本发明的有益效果在于：
1、在管体外侧设置循环水冷却管，能够及时带走排气管的热量，避免排气管过热导致的安全隐患；
2、在冷却管外围设置隔热层，能够有效避免外部热量进入，保持排气管较低的温度；
3、在隔热层外设置防腐罩，能够有效避免外部物质的侵蚀，提高排气管的使用寿命；
4、在防腐罩外在设置一层胶套，是为了增强防腐层的刚性；
5、循环水冷却管呈“S”型排布在管体上，可以增加循环水冷却管的冷却路径，提高冷却效果。
6、该发明专利结构简单，加工方便，具备产业化的前景。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步描述：
一种隔热、防腐的发动机排气管，包括管体1，在管体1外侧设置循环水冷却管2，在冷却管2外围设置隔热层3，在隔热层3外围设置防腐罩4。
循环水冷却管2呈“S”型排布在管体1上，所述隔热层3采用隔热棉，所述防腐罩4由碳化硅制成，所述防腐罩4由胶套5包覆。
本发明的有益效果在于：在管体1外侧设置循环水冷却管2，能够及时带走排气管的热量，避免排气管过热导致的安全隐患；在冷却管2外围设置隔热层3，能够有效避免外部热量进入，保持排气管较低的温度；在隔热层3外设置防腐罩4，能够有效避免外部物质的侵蚀，提高排气管的使用寿命；在防腐罩4外在设置一层胶套5，是为了增强防腐层的刚性；循环水冷却管2呈“S”型排布在管体1上，可以增加循环水冷却管2的冷却路径，提高冷却效果。该发明专利结构简单，加工方便，具备产业化的前景。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热、防腐的发动机排气管，其特征在于：所述隔热层采用隔热棉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热、防腐的发动机排气管，其特征在于：所述防腐罩由碳化硅制成。
