实施例 5
一种治疗乳腺增生的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：白蒺藜17g，黄柏18g，昆布12g，皂角刺13g，八月札12g，白花蛇舌草17g，鸡血藤12g，鬼箭羽13g，女贞子12g，浙贝母18g，莪术12g，红景天13g，连翘12g，玄参18g，海龙7g，凌霄花18g，牡丹皮12g，四季青17g，青皮7g，麦冬18g，荜茇7g，丝瓜络18g，甘草7g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗乳腺增生的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例女62例，年龄25～50岁。病程最短者2个月，最长者达4年，平均2年。
二、诊断标准：
1、临床上有一侧或双侧乳房出现单个或多个肿块，多数伴有周期性乳房疼痛，且多与情绪及月经周期有明显关系，一般月经来潮前一周左右乳腺增生症状加重，行经后肿块的疼痛明显减轻，且连续3个月不能自行缓解；
2、排除生理性乳房疼痛；
3、临床检查乳房可触及单个或多个大小不等之不规则结节，质韧，多位于外上方，结节与周围组织不粘连，可被推动，常有轻度触痛，腋下淋巴结不大；
4、经乳腺彩超或乳腺钼靶检查或病理检查而确诊为乳腺增生症。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，六天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：乳房疼痛及肿块完全消失；
2、好转：乳房疼痛有所减轻, 肿块缩小小于1/2；
3、未愈：治疗后，症状与体征未能改善，甚至加重。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药4-12个疗程，治愈42例，好转17例，未愈3例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：周某，女，32岁。就诊时自述：一年前发现左侧乳房有一结块，每在月经前胀痛，并且结块发硬，月经过后则变软，疼痛减轻，月经先后无定期，被确诊为乳腺增生。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂5个疗程后，自觉疼痛感明显减轻，肿块缩小至原来的1/2；继续服用5个疗程，乳房疼痛及肿块完全消失，治愈。
病例2：张某，女，45岁。就诊时自述：患有乳腺增生已有3年，由于疼痛难忍，一年前在医院做了增生切除手术，术后康复。由于近2个月与家人争吵使病情再次复发，疼痛始终不缓解。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂4个疗程，不适感明显减轻；续服5个疗程后，各症状消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗乳腺增生的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白蒺藜10-30份，黄柏10-20份，昆布10-20份，皂角刺5-15份，八月札10-20份，白花蛇舌草10-20份，鸡血藤10-20份，鬼箭羽5-15份，女贞子10-20份，浙贝母10-20份，莪术10-20份，红景天5-15份，连翘10-20份，玄参10-20份，海龙5-15份，凌霄花10-20份，牡丹皮10-20份，四季青10-20份，青皮5-15份，麦冬10-20份，荜茇5-15份，丝瓜络10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗乳腺增生的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白蒺藜20份，黄柏15份，昆布15份，皂角刺10份，八月札15份，白花蛇舌草15份，鸡血藤15份，鬼箭羽10份，女贞子15份，浙贝母15份，莪术15份，红景天10份，连翘15份，玄参15份，海龙10份，凌霄花15份，牡丹皮15份，四季青15份，青皮10份，麦冬15份，荜茇10份，丝瓜络15份，甘草10份。
