背景技术

中医认为，胃溃疡多因先天秉赋不足、胃脾虚弱、脏腑功能失调、气血阴阳异常等有关；外因多与饮食不节、嗜酒过度、寒邪直中脾胃等有关。
根据中医理论，针对胃溃疡的发病机理，以疏肝和胃、温中祛寒为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例57例，其中男26例，女31例，年龄25～65岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、周期性发作，常与季节变化、精神因素、饮食失调或长期服用消炎药有关；
2、剑突（心窝）下或上腹部呈烧灼性、啮咬性或饥饿性疼痛或夜间疼痛，疼痛可以因进食、饮水、服用制酸药而缓解；
3、或伴有烧心、吐酸水、嗳气、贫血、黑色或柏油样大便等症状；
4、Χ 线检查可见溃疡“龛影”，大便潜血试验阳性等；
5、其他检查，如胃镜、胃酸测定等。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服用，五天为一疗程。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：临床表现均完全消失、镜下溃疡消失或是疤痕形成而无充血水肿；
2、有效：临床表现明显改善，溃疡面缩小50% 以上或溃疡面干净、仅存在少量苔膜；
3、无效：临床表现无缓解、溃疡面无变化或加重。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药5-10个疗程，治愈38例，有效14例，无效5例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：王某，男，35岁。自述近半个月来上腹持续疼痛，泛酸，嗳气，食欲不振，口服奥美拉唑肠溶片后，症状也没有缓解，3天前出现黑色血便的现象。经检验诊断为：胃溃疡。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程后，疼痛感明显减轻，进食好转，大便正常；继续服用4个疗程，症状消失，治愈。
病例2：孙某，女，56岁。就诊时自述2年前患有胃溃疡，给予以制酸及保护胃粘膜药物治疗，症状缓解。近期再次出现上腹胀痛、嗳气、泛酸等症状。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂4个疗程，胃部胀痛感减轻，嗳气，泛酸等症状明显好转；续服3个疗程后，各症状消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：黄芪10-30份，蒲公英10-20份，海螵蛸10-20份，灵芝5-15份，娑罗子10-20份，白茅根10-20份，泽泻10-20份，白芷5-15份，仙人掌10-20份，石斛10-20份，隔山撬10-20份，木香5-15份，徐长卿10-20份，大黄10-20份，沙棘10-20份，高良姜5-15份，陈皮10-20份，吴茱萸10-20份，石菖蒲10-20份，佛手5-15份，延胡索10-20份，饭团根10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：黄芪20份，蒲公英15份，海螵蛸15份，灵芝10份，娑罗子15份，白茅根15份，泽泻15份，白芷10份，仙人掌15份，石斛15份，隔山撬15份，木香10份，徐长卿15份，大黄15份，沙棘15份，高良姜10份，陈皮15份，吴茱萸15份，石菖蒲15份，佛手10份，延胡索15份，饭团根15份，甘草10份。
