根据中医理论，针对玫瑰糠疹的发病机理，采用疏肝解郁、清热凉血、解毒透疹、祛风止痒、活血化瘀的治法，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

①初起皮损为孤立的玫瑰色淡红色斑，上覆有细薄鳞屑，1-2周后，颈、躯干及四肢近端逐渐出现大小不等的椭圆形玫瑰色淡红斑，状同母斑，边缘覆有游离缘向内的细薄鳞屑，皮损长轴与皮纹平行；
②皮损常伴有不同程度的瘙瘁；
③本病有自限性，病程一般为 4-8 周。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。六天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、痊愈：皮损消退，瘙痒消失，临床可留有褐色色素沉着斑；
2、显效：皮损消退≥70％，瘙痒明显减轻；
3、有效：皮损消退 40％-69％，瘙痒减轻；
4、无效：皮损消退 <40％。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈47例，随访未见复发；显效9例，有效3例，无效1例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
胡某，男，19岁。1周发现胸背部红色斑片，瘙痒，表面轻度脱屑，继而双上肢、大腿亦发现红色皮疹，大小不等。医生诊断为：玫瑰糠疹。予以扑尔敏、维生素 C、葡萄糖酸钙等抗过敏治疗，效果欠佳。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，皮损明显好转，红色斑片渐消，痒感减轻；继续服用2个疗程，皮损全部消失，治愈。半年后随访无复发。
病例 2
章某，女，34岁。周身泛发红斑2周，皮损呈成批出现的椭圆形红斑，自觉微痒。查见胸背部、腰腹部遍布指甲大小不等的椭圆形斑片，四肢斑片较小，其色鲜红，间有褐色，表面有细碎白屑，状如麸秕。舌质红，苔薄白，中间稍黄，脉数。诊断为：玫瑰糠疹。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程，斑疹消退大半，所留疹色也转淡；继续服用2个疗程，斑疹完全消退，痊愈。

1.一种治疗玫瑰糠疹的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白茅根10-30份、柽柳5-25份、细竹蒿草5-20份、薄荷5-25份、滑石5-25份、蜂房5-20份、龙船花5-25份、木槿花5-25份、凌霄花5-20份、雷公藤5-20份、千里光5-25份、破布草5-25份、柳叶5-25份、青黛5-20份、四季青5-25份、蛇床子5-25份、铜锤玉带草5-25份、升麻5-20份、玄参5-25份、山竹子5-20份、仙人掌5-25份、紫草5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗玫瑰糠疹的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白茅根20份、柽柳15份、细竹蒿草10份、狗舌草15份、滑石15份、蜂房10份、龙船花15份、木槿花15份、凌霄花10份、雷公藤10份、千里光15份、破布草15份、柳叶15份、青黛10份、四季青15份、蛇床子15份、铜锤玉带草15份、升麻10份、玄参15份、山竹子10份、仙人掌15份、紫草15份、甘草10份。
