由于采用上述技术,所制得的产品是肠衣内包裹着粳米、玉米、精麦、板粟、莲子、山楂、山药、茯苓的制品,所以说本发明最大限度地保持了中药与杂粮药膳性能宁心安神、健脾开胃,促使中药、农产品深加工发展具有积极意义。

具体实施方式:
实施例一:
1、挑选优质粳米、玉米、精麦、板粟、莲子、山楂、山药、茯苓。
2、上述原料比例为:8∶6∶8∶8∶8∶6∶8∶8。
3、把上述原料粉碎加水以及30%白砂糖、0.2%柠檬酸、0.05%山梨酸钾搅拌成酱。
4、再加入6-8%淀粉搅拌均匀灌入肠衣内,扎口封装,蒸煮杀菌30分钟,冷却即成。
该宁心安神、键脾开胃保健杂粮蜜饯肠内部结构紧实,无块状,美味可口。
