Abstract
“新式电动车辆”是一种靠蓄电池启动,车轮发电
机提供电力,由电机驱动的车辆。它的关键部件是车
轮发电机(发电车轮)。车轮发电机是将车轮装在发
电机转子的端部,将转子当车轴使用,车轮转动使发
电机发电的装置。
当车辆运行到15公里/时时,车轮发电机的输
出电压电流达到额定值,这时的电力由发电机提供。
发电机并向蓄电池充电,以补充启动时的消耗。
Description
《新式电动车辆》是一种靠蓄电池启动,车轮发电机提供电力,由电机驱动的车辆。它的关键部件是车轮发电机(发电车轮)。车轮发电机是将车轮装在发电机转子的端部,将转子当车轴使用,车轮转动使发电机发电的装置。(见图1)
发电车轮与驱动车轮前后排列(见图2、3)。发电车轮的减震弹簧比驱动轮的减震弹簧细,这样可使主要负荷落在驱动轮上。
发电机的转子和轴承可采用耐负荷设计,外壳可采用优质铸钢件。
工作原理:车辆启动时由蓄电池放电进行。当车辆运行到15公里/时时,车轮发电机的输出电压电流达到额定值,这时的电力由发电机提供。发电机并向蓄电池充电,以补充启动时的消耗。
载重2吨客货两用车技术参考:
行车电动机:功率4KW 转速960-1200r/min
左轮发电机:功率380W 额定值30V 28A
蓄电池30V 500AH(供启动运行)
右轮发电机:功率220W 额定值 12V 18A
蓄电池12V 200AH(供照明、指示灯及其他用电器使用)
其它车辆(见图4、5、6、7、8)的参数可另行计算。
摩托车前轮可采用交流发电机。(见图9)
充电拖车(见图10):装有四个发电轮,车上载有自动充电器和若干蓄电池。该拖车可行驶于各蓄电池供应站之间。
愿发电车轮会象人们当初发明轮子一样-给人们带来方便。
Claims (4)
1、一种靠电瓶启动,车轮发电机提供电力,由电动机驱动的车辆,该车辆有驱动轮和发电轮,其特征在于:
a、所述驱动轮与发电轮前后并列,驱动轮带动发电轮,
b、车辆发电机除向电动机提供电力外,还向电瓶充电。
2、根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其特征是车速达到50公里/小时时,发电机的输出电流通过励磁调节器进入电瓶,电动机电路。
3、根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其特征是发电机和电动机的功率都是可调的。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的车辆,其特征是在上坡时,电动机功率调大,发电机的功率调小;在下坡时,发电机功率调大。
