Abstract
一种烟用彩色聚乳酸丝束及滤棒的制备方法,所述丝束由不同熔点的聚乳酸母粒、颜料、功能溶剂混合均匀后熔融纺丝形成;所述聚乳酸母粒由至少两种不同熔点的母粒构成,母粒中的低熔点母粒与高熔点母粒所占重量比例分别为45%‑60%和40%‑55%;颜料添加量为母粒重量的5%‑20%;功能溶剂添加量为母粒总量的5%‑10%。将制备得到的烟用彩色聚乳酸丝束采用卷烟成型设备开松后,喷加三甘酯增塑剂增塑成型,得到硬度指标≥85%的滤棒。本发明着色及制备工艺简单可靠,着色后聚乳酸丝束色泽均匀,色彩鲜亮,在水中浸泡48小时不褪色,生产的丝束可满足滤棒在线成型工艺要求,并且对环境污染极小。

技术领域
本发明涉及香烟过滤复合材料制备方法技术领域。
背景技术
卷烟滤嘴是卷烟三纸一棒的辅料的重要构成,过滤嘴在卷烟的应用初期主要目的是防止烟丝同唇端直接接触。随着卷烟技术的发展,消费者安全意识的增强,醋酸纤维滤棒与聚丙烯纤维滤棒分别在国内的高低档卷烟占据主要地位,醋酸纤维以其优良的过滤品质及良好的吸味得到广大消费者的认可,聚丙烯纤维则依靠其成本优势在低档卷烟中占有一席之地。随着国民环保意识的增强,醋酸纤维应用量的增加,环境污染的加重,国家及国民都逐渐重视绿色安全材料在卷烟中的应用。CN200610131699.0公布了以聚乳酸为原料丝束的制备方法,聚乳酸为绿色环保材料,生产原料来源于植物淀粉,而在自然环境中可降解为水和二氧化碳,且其成本较醋酸纤维具有一定优势。
目前,市场上及在研的聚乳酸丝束为白色,尚无彩色烟用聚乳酸丝束生产的工艺报道。彩色醋酸纤维丝束在批量化生产过程中仍存在一定污染问题,并且生产工艺不如单纯的聚乳酸丝束灵活简单,难以满足后续滤棒的多样化设计需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术的不足,提供一种工艺简单、效果好、无污染的烟用彩色聚乳酸丝束及其滤棒的制备方法。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案实现:
一种烟用彩色聚乳酸丝束的制备方法,所述丝束由不同熔点的聚乳酸母粒、颜料、功能溶剂混合均匀后熔融纺丝形成;所述聚乳酸母粒由至少两种不同熔点的母粒构成,母粒中的低熔点母粒与高熔点母粒所占重量比例分别为45%-60%和40%-55%;颜料添加量为母粒重量的5%-20%;功能溶剂添加量为母粒总量的5%-10%。
本发明方法纺丝温度为170℃-210℃。所述低熔点母粒的熔点范围为125℃-140℃,高熔点母粒熔点为200℃。所述颜料为精制的有机颜料或/和无机颜料,有机颜料如酞菁红、酞菁蓝、酞菁绿、永固黄、永固紫、偶氮红,无机颜料如镉红、镉黄、钛白粉、炭黑、氧化铁黄、氧化铁红。所述功能溶剂为蜡类分散剂或树脂类分散剂或硬脂酸盐类分散剂。
采用本发明所述烟用彩色聚乳酸丝束制备滤棒的方法,将制备得到的烟用彩色聚乳酸丝束采用卷烟成型设备开松后,喷加三甘酯增塑剂增塑成型,得到硬度指标≥85%的滤棒。
本发明着色及制备工艺简单可靠,着色后聚乳酸丝束色泽均匀,色彩鲜亮,在水中浸泡48小时不褪色,生产的丝束可满足滤棒在线成型工艺要求,并且对环境污染极小。
具体实施方式
实施例1
烟用彩色聚乳酸丝束的制备方法,按重量比称取熔点为130℃的低熔点聚乳酸母粒20%、熔点为180℃的高熔点聚乳酸母粒80%、低熔点聚乳酸母粒和高熔点聚乳酸母粒总重量13%的有机颜料如酞菁红、酞菁蓝、酞菁绿、永固黄、永固紫、偶氮红中的任意一种、低熔点聚乳酸母粒和高熔点聚乳酸母粒总重量5%的蜡类分散剂如聚乙烯蜡、石蜡等。将全部物料在搅拌器中混合均匀,然后放入双螺杆熔融纺丝设备进行挤出(纺丝),挤出温度(纺丝温度)为190℃--210℃,得到烟用彩色聚乳酸丝束。将该烟用彩色聚乳酸丝束通过卷烟成型设备三段开松后,喷加三甘酯增塑剂增塑,成型后得到硬度指标≥85%的滤棒。
实施例2
烟用彩色聚乳酸丝束的制备方法,按重量比称取熔点为120℃的低熔点聚乳酸母粒60%、熔点为190℃的高熔点聚乳酸母粒40%、低熔点聚乳酸母粒和高熔点聚乳酸母粒总重量20%的无机颜料如镉红、镉黄、钛白粉、炭黑、氧化铁黄、氧化铁红的任意一种、低熔点聚乳酸母粒和高熔点聚乳酸母粒总重量8%的树脂类分散剂如环氧树脂、丙烯酸树脂等。将全部物料在搅拌器中混合均匀,然后放入双螺杆熔融纺丝设备进行挤出(纺丝),挤出温度(纺丝温度)为170℃-190℃,得到烟用彩色聚乳酸丝束。将该烟用彩色聚乳酸丝束通过卷烟成型设备三段开松后,喷加三甘酯增塑剂增塑,成型后得到硬度指标≥85%的滤棒。
实施例3
烟用彩色聚乳酸丝束的制备方法,按重量比称取熔点为140℃的低熔点聚乳酸母粒50%、熔点为200℃的高熔点聚乳酸母粒50%、低熔点聚乳酸母粒和高熔点聚乳酸母粒总重量5%的镉红与炭黑的混合料、低熔点聚乳酸母粒和高熔点聚乳酸母粒总重量10%的硬脂酸盐类分散剂如硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸钡等。将全部物料在搅拌器中混合均匀,然后放入双螺杆熔融纺丝设备进行挤出(纺丝),挤出温度(纺丝温度)为200℃-210℃,得到烟用彩色聚乳酸丝束。将该烟用彩色聚乳酸丝束通过卷烟成型设备三段开松后,喷加三甘酯增塑剂增塑,成型后得到硬度指标≥85%的滤棒。
实施例4
烟用彩色聚乳酸丝束的制备方法,按重量比称取熔点为125℃的低熔点聚乳酸母粒45%、熔点为170℃的高熔点聚乳酸母粒55%、低熔点聚乳酸母粒和高熔点聚乳酸母粒总重量7%的酞菁蓝与氧化铁黄的混合料、低熔点聚乳酸母粒和高熔点聚乳酸母粒总重量10%的硬脂酸盐类分散剂如硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸钡等。将全部物料在搅拌器中混合均匀,然后放入双螺杆熔融纺丝设备进行挤出(纺丝),挤出温度(纺丝温度)为180℃-200℃,得到烟用彩色聚乳酸丝束。将该烟用彩色聚乳酸丝束通过卷烟成型设备三段开松后,喷加三甘酯增塑剂增塑,成型后得到硬度指标≥85%的滤棒。

1.一种烟用彩色聚乳酸丝束的制备方法,其特征在于,所述丝束由不同熔点的聚乳酸母粒、颜料、功能溶剂混合均匀后熔融纺丝形成;所述聚乳酸母粒由至少两种不同熔点的母粒构成,母粒中的低熔点母粒与高熔点母粒所占重量比例分别为45%-60%和40%-55%;颜料添加量为母粒重量的5%-20%;功能溶剂添加量为母粒总量的5%-10%;所述低熔点母粒的熔点范围为130℃-140℃,高熔点母粒熔点为200℃;所述功能溶剂为蜡类分散剂或树脂类分散剂或硬脂酸盐类分散剂;所述颜料为精制的有机颜料或/和无机颜料,有机颜料选自酞菁红、酞菁蓝、酞菁绿、永固黄、永固紫、偶氮红,无机颜料选自镉红、镉黄、钛白粉、炭黑、氧化铁黄、氧化铁红。
2.采用如权利要求1所述制备方法制备的烟用彩色聚乳酸丝束制备滤棒的方法,其特征在于,将制备得到的烟用彩色聚乳酸丝束采用卷烟成型设备开松后,喷加三甘酯增塑剂增塑成型,得到硬度指标≥85%的滤棒。
