Abstract

本发明提供一种深染大红色纤维用高浓度色母粒,按重量份计由以下组分组成:10‑50份PET,0‑40份PBT,30‑42份染料A或颜料a,5‑15份染料B或颜料b,0.5‑1.5份热稳定剂,1‑2份流变改性剂;其中,PET的特性粘度为0.66‑0.82dl/g,PBT的特性粘度为0.82‑1dl/g,染料A或颜料a的熔点大于PET以及PBT的熔点,染料B或颜料b的熔点大于PET以及PBT的熔点。本发明还提供上述深染大红色纤维用高浓度色母粒的制备方法。本发明的色母粒适用于深染大红色纤维,可解决现有纺前着色可纺性问题,减少飘丝、断头,延长纺丝组件的使用周期。

一种深染大红色纤维用高浓度色母粒及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种深染大红色纤维用高浓度色母粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
在对PET本色纤维处理成有色纤维时,原先是通过染整厂染色处理制得有色纤维。目前,新的着色处理方法是采用纺前原液着色,将专用PET色母粒在纺丝前按比例加入PET原料中,制成PET纤维。
原先采用染色工艺的技术受到越来越严的环保要求限制,且加工成本高;现有技术做的PET色母粒,在纺制深染大红色PET纤维时可纺性差,飘丝、断头多,纺丝组件的使用周期短,更换频繁。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种深染大红色纤维用高浓度色母粒及其制备方法,该色母粒适用于深染大红色纤维,可解决现有纺前着色可纺性问题,减少飘丝、断头,延长纺丝组件的使用周期。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种深染大红色纤维用高浓度色母粒,按重量份计由以下组分组成:
10-50份PET,
0-40份PBT,
30-42份染料A或颜料a,
5-15份染料B或颜料b,
0.5-1.5份热稳定剂,
1-2份流变改性剂;
其中,所述PET的特性粘度为0.66-0.82dl/g,所述PBT的特性粘度为0.82-1dl/g;所述染料A或颜料a的熔点大于PET以及PBT的熔点,所述染料B或颜料b的熔点大于PET以及PBT的熔点。
优选的,所述染料A和染料B为溶剂染料,所述染料A选自:SR135、SR196、SR149、SR52;所述染料B选自:SR196、SR149、SR135、SV49。
优选的,所述颜料a和颜料b为有机颜料,所述颜料a选自:P.R254、P.R242、P.R214、P.R177;所述颜料b选自:P.R214、P.R122、P.R202、P.R177。
优选的,所述PET的特性粘度为0.82dl/g,所述PBT的特性粘度为1dl/g。
本发明还提供上述深染大红色纤维用高浓度色母粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)按重量份取如下原料:
10-50份PET,
0-40份PBT,
30-42份染料A或颜料a,
5-15份染料B或颜料b,
0.5-1.5份热稳定剂,
1-2份流变改性剂;
2)将上述原料投入混料机中,充分搅拌混匀;再投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒;混匀的物料在双螺杆中充分塑化后经双螺杆中的分散元件剪切分散均匀,经圆孔口模挤出、水槽冷却、拉条牵引到切粒机切成长3mm±1mm,直径2.5mm±1.5mm的圆柱型颗粒;所述双螺杆挤出机配有抽真空装置,所述双螺杆挤出机的长径比不小于40:1;挤出时的工艺温度为245~280℃。
优选的,按重量份取如下原料:
20份PET,
28份PBT,
42份染料A或颜料a,
8份染料B或颜料b,
0.8份热稳定剂,
1.2份流变改性剂。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种深染大红色纤维用高浓度色母粒及其制备方法,该色母粒适用于深染大红色纤维,可解决现有纺前着色可纺性问题,减少飘丝、断头,延长纺丝组件的使用周期。
为达到本发明的目的,通过大量实验确定优选含量的染(颜)料、热稳定剂、流变改性剂;由此制得的高浓度大红母粒交于化纤厂,用现有纺丝设备,按照相应添加比例(4%-8%)与PET切片混合,可纺制不同规格的纤维。解决了后道纺丝工艺的难度,既达到了纤维色深的要求,又保证了纤维的物理指标,纺丝组件的使用周期是原先的2倍,飘丝、断头现象也大量减少,保证了纺丝工序的顺利完成,同时更有利于环保。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
本发明提供一种深染大红色纤维用高浓度色母粒,按重量份计由以下组分组成:
10-50份PET,
0-40份PBT,
30-42份染料A或颜料a,
5-15份染料B或颜料b,
0.5-1.5份热稳定剂,
1-2份流变改性剂;
其中,所述PET的特性粘度为0.82dl/g,所述PBT的特性粘度为1dl/g;所述染料A或颜料a的熔点大于PET以及PBT的熔点,所述染料B或颜料b的熔点大于PET以及PBT的熔点。
所述染料A和染料B为溶剂染料,所述染料A选自:SR135、SR196、SR149、SR52;所述染料B选自:SR196、SR149、SR135、SV49。
所述颜料a和颜料b为有机颜料,所述颜料a选自:P.R254、P.R242、P.R214、P.R177;所述颜料b选自:P.R214、P.R122、P.R202、P.R177。
本发明还提供上述深染大红色纤维用高浓度色母粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)按重量份取如下原料:
20份PET,
28份PBT,
42份染料A或颜料a,
8份染料B或颜料b,
0.8份热稳定剂,
1.2份流变改性剂;
2)将上述原料投入混料机中,充分搅拌混匀;再投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒;混匀的物料在双螺杆中充分塑化后经双螺杆中的分散元件剪切分散均匀,经圆孔口模挤出、水槽冷却、拉条牵引到切粒机切成长3mm±1mm,直径2.5mm±1.5mm的圆柱型颗粒;所述双螺杆挤出机配有抽真空装置,所述双螺杆挤出机的长径比不小于40:1;挤出时的工艺温度为245~280℃。

1.一种深染大红色纤维用高浓度色母粒,其特征在于,按重量份计由以下组分组成:
10-50份PET,
0-40份PBT,
30-42份染料A或颜料a,
5-15份染料B或颜料b,
0.5-1.5份热稳定剂,
1-2份流变改性剂;
其中,所述PET的特性粘度为0.66-0.82dl/g,所述PBT的特性粘度为0.82-1dl/g;所述染料A或颜料a的熔点大于PET以及PBT的熔点,所述染料B或颜料b的熔点大于PET以及PBT的熔点。
2.根据权利要求1所述的深染大红色纤维用高浓度色母粒,其特征在于,所述染料A和染料B为溶剂染料,所述染料A选自:SR135、SR196、SR149、SR52;所述染料B选自:SR196、SR149、SR135、SV49。
3.根据权利要求2所述的深染大红色纤维用高浓度色母粒,其特征在于,所述颜料a和颜料b为有机颜料,所述颜料a选自:P.R254、P.R242、P.R214、P.R177;所述颜料b选自:P.R214、P.R122、P.R202、P.R177。
4.根据权利要求3所述的深染大红色纤维用高浓度色母粒,其特征在于,所述PET的特性粘度为0.82dl/g,所述PBT的特性粘度为1dl/g。
5.一种深染大红色纤维用高浓度色母粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)按重量份取如下原料:
10-50份PET,
0-40份PBT,
30-42份染料A或颜料a,
5-15份染料B或颜料b,
0.5-1.5份热稳定剂,
1-2份流变改性剂;
将上述原料投入混料机中,充分搅拌混匀;再投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒;混匀的物料在双螺杆中充分塑化后经双螺杆中的分散元件剪切分散均匀,经圆孔口模挤出、水槽冷却、拉条牵引到切粒机切成长3mm±1mm,直径2.5mm±1.5mm的圆柱型颗粒;所述双螺杆挤出机配有抽真空装置,所述双螺杆挤出机的长径比不小于40:1;挤出时的工艺温度为245~280℃。
6.根据权利要求5所述的深染大红色纤维用高浓度色母粒的制备方法,其特征在于,按重量份取如下原料:
