Abstract

本发明提供一种适用于高温漂洗消毒的纤维用色母粒,按重量份计由以下组分组成:10‑90份PET,0‑40份PBT,0‑35份颜料,0‑5份助剂;其中,PET的特性粘度为0.66‑0.82dl/g,PBT的特性粘度为0.82‑1dl/g。本发明还提供上述适用于高温漂洗消毒的纤维用色母粒的制备方法。本发明的色母粒适用于高温漂洗消毒处理的纤维,可解决现有纺前着色可纺性问题,减少飘丝、断头,延长纺丝组件的使用周期,以及染色色牢度不达标和环境污染等问题。为了保证其可纺性(飘丝、断头少,组价升压慢),我们对母粒的相关指标进行严格把控,控制其特性粘度在0.35‑0.55dl/g,其FPV(过滤性能)在0.01‑1.00MPa。

一种适用于高温漂洗消毒的纤维用色母粒及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种适用于高温漂洗消毒的纤维用色母粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
高温漂洗消毒处理对纤维的色牢度要求较高,所以市场上普遍使用白色或黑色纤维,而很少有彩色纤维。因为采用原始的染色工艺在色牢度方面基本不能满足,同时成本较高。而采用普通的纺前原液着色也很难达到此色牢度要求,为了满足该色牢度要求必须选择一些特殊的颜料作为原料。但是这些颜料都存在一定的共性,即分散较难,造成下游纺丝时纺况不理想(飘丝、断头严重)、组件升压快、损耗高等。
色牢度测试标准:相似(关)的测试标准有GB/T29225(等效ISO105 C08)、GB/T7069-1997(等效ISO105 N01-1993)、GB/T5718(等效ISO105 P01-1993)。实际市场通用测试方法:将样品在3-5%次氯酸溶液中浸泡5-30min,然后直接在180-200℃进行干热处理30s-5min,测得其沾色色牢度3.5-5级,变(褪)色色牢度3.5-5级。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种适用于高温漂洗消毒的纤维用色母粒及其制备方法,该色母粒适用于高温漂洗消毒处理的纤维,可解决现有纺前着色色牢度不达标,可纺性差问题,减少飘丝、断头,延长纺丝组件的使用周期。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种适用于高温漂洗消毒的纤维用色母粒,按重量份计由以下组分组成:
10-90份PET,
0-40份PBT,
0-35份颜料,
0-5份助剂;
其中,所述PET的特性粘度为0.66-0.82dl/g,所述PBT的特性粘度为0.82-1dl/g;所述颜料包括P.R122、P.R177、P.R202、P.R214、P.R242、P.R254、P.O70、P.Y147、P.Y196、P.G7、P.B15:3、TiO2以及炭黑中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述PET的特性粘度为0.82dl/g。
优选的,所述PBT的特性粘度为1dl/g。
优选的,所述助剂为乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺、钛酸酯偶联剂、硅烷偶联剂、硅酮类助剂中的一种或多种。
本发明还提供上述适用于高温漂洗消毒的纤维用色母粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)按重量份取如下原料:
10-90份PET,
0-40份PBT,
0-35份颜料,
0-5份助剂;
2)将上述原料投入混料机中,充分搅拌混匀;再投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒;混匀的物料在双螺杆中充分塑化后经双螺杆中的分散元件剪切分散均匀,经圆孔口模挤出、水槽冷却、拉条牵引到切粒机切成长3mm±1mm,直径2.5mm±1.5mm的圆柱型颗粒;所述双螺杆挤出机配有抽真空装置,所述双螺杆挤出机的长径比不小于44:1;挤出时的工艺温度为245~280℃。
优选的,当上述组分中颜料中的一种含量为15-35%或整体组分含量为27-35%时,先将颜料与助剂按上述配比在80-150℃下进行研磨和润湿,之后再与载体树脂进行混合造粒。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种适用于高温漂洗消毒的纤维用色母粒及其制备方法,该色母粒适用于高温漂洗消毒处理的纤维,可解决现有纺前着色色牢度不达标,可纺性差问题,减少飘丝、断头,延长纺丝组件的使用周期。
为达到本发明的目的,通过大量实验确定优选满足色牢度要求的颜料、分散剂以及合适的载体组成;由此制得的色母粒交于化纤厂,用现有纺丝设备,按照相应添加比例(2%-8%)与PET切片混合,可纺制不同规格的纤维。解决了后道纺丝工艺的难度,既达到了纤维色牢度的要求,又保证了纤维的物理指标,纺丝组件的使用周期是原先的2-5倍,飘丝、断头现象也大量减少,保证了纺丝工序的顺利完成,同时更有利于环保。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
本发明提供一种适用于高温漂洗消毒的纤维用色母粒,按重量份计由以下组分组成:
50份PET,
20份PBT,
27份颜料,
3份助剂;
其中,所述PET的特性粘度为0.82dl/g,所述PBT的特性粘度为1.0dl/g;所述颜料由15份PR214、8份PB15:3以及4份炭黑组成。所述助剂为1份乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺和2份硅酮类助剂。
本发明还提供上述适用于高温漂洗消毒的纤维用色母粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)按重量份取如下原料:
50份PET,
20份PBT,
27份颜料,
3份助剂;
2)因颜料含量达到27%,故先将颜料与助剂按上述配比在80-150℃下进行研磨和润湿,之后再与载体树脂投入混料机中,充分搅拌混匀;再投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒;混匀的物料在双螺杆中充分塑化后经双螺杆中的分散元件剪切分散均匀,经圆孔口模挤出、水槽冷却、拉条牵引到切粒机切成长3mm±1mm,直径2.5mm±1.5mm的圆柱型颗粒;所述双螺杆挤出机配有抽真空装置,所述双螺杆挤出机的长径比不小于44:1;挤出时的工艺温度为245~280℃。通过在线检测和调整的方法,对母粒主要指标进行控制,控制其特性粘度在0.35-0.55dl/g,其FPV(过滤性能)0.01-1.00MPa。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种适用于高温漂洗消毒的纤维用色母粒,其特征在于,按重量份计由以下组分组成:
10-90份PET,
0-40份PBT,
0-35份颜料,
0-5份助剂;
其中,所述PET的特性粘度为0.66-0.82dl/g,所述PBT的特性粘度为0.82-1dl/g;所述颜料包括P.R122、P.R177、P.R202、P.R214、P.R242、P.R254、P.O70、P.Y147、P.Y196、P.G7、P.B15:3、TiO2以及炭黑中的一种或多种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于高温漂洗消毒的纤维用色母粒,其特征在于,所述PET的特性粘度为0.82dl/g。
3.根据权利要求2所述的适用于高温漂洗消毒的纤维用色母粒,其特征在于,所述PBT的特性粘度为1dl/g。
4.根据权利要求3所述的适用于高温漂洗消毒的纤维用色母粒,其特征在于,所述助剂为乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺、钛酸酯偶联剂、硅烷偶联剂、硅酮类助剂中的一种或多种。
5.一种适用于高温漂洗消毒的纤维用色母粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)按重量份取如下原料:
10-90份PET,
0-40份PBT,
0-35份颜料,
0-5份助剂;
将上述原料投入混料机中,充分搅拌混匀;再投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒;混匀的物料在双螺杆中充分塑化后经双螺杆中的分散元件剪切分散均匀,经圆孔口模挤出、水槽冷却、拉条牵引到切粒机切成长3mm±1mm,直径2.5mm±1.5mm的圆柱型颗粒;所述双螺杆挤出机配有抽真空装置,所述双螺杆挤出机的长径比不小于44:1;挤出时的工艺温度为245~280℃。
6.根据权利要求5所述的适用于高温漂洗消毒的纤维用色母粒的制备方法,其特征在于,当上述组分中颜料中的一种含量为15-35%或整体组分含量为27-35%时,先将颜料与助剂按上述配比在80-150℃下进行研磨和润湿,之后再与载体树脂进行混合造粒。
