本发明公开了一种自动机械手,所述自动机械手是一种用于五金加工工序的双臂旋摆上下料机械手,其结构包括:旋转轴,升降轴,升降轴本体,第一机械手臂,第二机械手臂,第一机械手爪和第二机械手爪;第一机械手臂和第二机械手臂之间形成90-120°的夹角;第一机械手臂和第二机械手臂可随旋转轴进行水平转动;所述升降轴固定在升降轴本体上,旋转轴固定在升降轴的顶端,所述旋转轴可随所述升降轴进行垂直上下运动。本发明实现了自动灵活取料、放料等功能,并且既可适用于单工序冲压也可适用于整线多工位冲压,克服了现有的设备适用单一、作业效率低下和容易造成工伤事故的技术问题,提高了作业的效率、灵活性和安全性。

[0021] 采用本发明所提供的自动机械手,具有以下优点:(I)能提高生产效率,减少操作人员,一个人可以同时操作多台冲压设备,避免工伤事故的发生,增强产品的稳定性强;(2)用于冲压工序的上下料机械手整体能够实现0-180°旋摆,结构紧凑精简实用,机械手臂能在小空间内进行作业,既可适用于单工序冲压也可适用于整线多工位冲压;(3)可将机械手臂设置为伸缩臂,可根据不同的取料和放料位置进行伸缩,机械手爪也能根据工件不同摆放位置进行的旋转,能适应各种不同五金件加工要求,结构简单,安装及调试方便。

[0023] 本自动机械手实施例方案中,如图1所示,第一机械手臂7和第二机械手臂6之间的夹角为90°,其工作原理如下:

[0036] 升降轴5带动旋转轴4以及第一机械手臂7和第二机械手臂6向上运动,旋转轴4再带动第一机械手臂7和第二机械手臂6旋转120°,将第一机械手爪71置于冲压设备的模具上方同时第二机械手爪61置于收料位置的上方;
[0037] 升降轴5带动旋转轴4以及第一机械手臂7和第二机械手臂6向下运动,第一机械手爪71将抓取的待加工工件放在冲压设备模具上同时第二机械手爪61将加工好的工件放在收料位置;

Claims (7)
1.一种自动机械手,其特征在于,所述自动机械手是一种用于五金加工工序的双臂旋摆上下料机械手,其结构包括:旋转轴,升降轴,升降轴本体,第一机械手臂,第二机械手臂,第一机械手爪和第二机械手爪; 第一机械手爪固定在第一机械手臂的一端,第二机械手爪固定在第二机械手臂的一端;所述第一机械手臂的另一端和第二机械手臂的另一端分别固定在旋转轴上,第一机械手臂和第二机械手臂之间形成90-120°的夹角;第一机械手臂和第二机械手臂可随旋转轴进行水平转动; 所述升降轴固定在升降轴本体上,旋转轴固定在升降轴的顶端,所述旋转轴可随所述升降轴进行垂直上下运动; 旋转轴、升降轴、第一机械手爪和第二机械手爪分别由不同的电机驱动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动机械手,其特征在于,所述第一机械手臂和第二机械手臂设置为伸缩臂,伸缩臂与用于驱动其进行伸缩的电机电连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自动机械手,其特征在于,第一机械手爪和第二机械手爪设置为旋转手爪,旋转手爪与用于驱动其旋转的电机以及减速机电连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自动机械手,其特征在于,第一机械手臂和第二机械手臂之间的夹角为90°或120。ο
5.根据权利要求1所述的自动机械手,其特征在于,升降轴的电机为伺服电机或步进电机,升降轴与伺服电机之间设置有传动机构,该传动机构为齿轮齿条传动机构、丝杆传动机构或同步带传动机构; 旋转轴的电机为伺服电机或步进电机,旋转轴与伺服电机之间设置有传动机构,该传动机构为谐波减速机传动机构、齿轮齿条传动机构、蜗轮蜗杆传动机构或同步带传动机构。
6.根据权利要求5所述的自动机械手,其特征在于,所述升降轴的电机为伺服电机,升降轴与伺服电机之间的传动机构设置为齿轮齿条传动机构;所述旋转轴的电机设置为伺服电机,旋转轴与伺服电机之间的传动机构设置为斜坡减速机。
7.根据权利要求1所述的自动机械手,其特征在于,各个电机分别设置于升降轴本体内。
