Abstract

本发明公开了一种适用于绷带的胶粘剂及其制备方法,该胶粘剂由以下质量份的各组分组成:聚乙烯醇45?59份、丙烯酸丁酯4?16份、环氧树脂4?18份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯5?14份、乙酸乙酯19?33份、柠檬酸钾1?10份、氨基己酸4?17份、透明质酸5?12份、羧甲基纤维素钠3?12份。本发明制得的胶粘剂通过组分之间的协同作用,提高防护时间和透气率,同时能达到抗菌的效果,可广泛用于临床治疗中。

一种适用于绷带的胶粘剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于医用材料领域,具体涉及一种适用于绷带的胶粘剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
医用绷带是常见的医疗用品,用以固定和保护手术或受伤部位,为外科手术所必备。现有的粘性绷带常见的有粘性石膏绷带、高分子绷带、聚氨酯绷带、树脂绷带等,其起粘性作用的胶均为合成高分子聚合物,在制作工艺上采用涂抹或喷涂的技术。然而在使用过程中,由于胶的粘固力强,导致绷带的透气型变差,抗菌能力降低,容易引发炎症,同时降低绷带的寿命。
发明内容
为了克服以上现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种适用于绷带的胶粘剂及其制备方法,制得的胶粘剂通过组分之间的协同作用,提高防护时间和透气率,同时能达到抗菌的效果,可广泛用于临床治疗中。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种适用于绷带的胶粘剂,由以下质量份的各组分组成:聚乙烯醇45-59份、丙烯酸丁酯4-16份、环氧树脂4-18份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯5-14份、乙酸乙酯19-33份、柠檬酸钾1-10份、氨基己酸4-17份、透明质酸5-12份、羧甲基纤维素钠3-12份。
优选的,一种适用于绷带的胶粘剂,由以下质量份的各组分组成:聚乙烯醇48-54份、丙烯酸丁酯7-13份、环氧树脂8-13份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯7-11份、乙酸乙酯22-30份、柠檬酸钾3-8份、氨基己酸6-14份、透明质酸7-10份、羧甲基纤维素钠4-9份。
更优选的,一种适用于绷带的胶粘剂,由以下质量份的各组分组成:聚乙烯醇51份、丙烯酸丁酯12份、环氧树脂9份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯10份、乙酸乙酯26份、柠檬酸钾5份、氨基己酸9份、透明质酸8份、羧甲基纤维素钠6份。
一种适用于绷带的胶粘剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述质量份,将聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸丁酯、环氧树脂和乙酸乙酯置于混合搅拌机中,在80-120℃温度下搅拌20-40min,得到混合物一;
(2)向步骤(1)所得混合物一中加入乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、柠檬酸钾、氨基己酸、透明质酸和羧甲基纤维素钠,150-200℃温度下搅拌,得到混合物二;
(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物二室温冷却后调节PH至6-8,经钴60辐照后即得。
优选的,上述步骤(2)搅拌时间为40-60min。
有益效果:本发明制得的胶粘剂用于绷带后防护时间在55-57h之间,透气率在41.3-42.9%之间,金黄色葡萄球菌抑制率在99.4-99.8%之间;通过组分之间的协同作用,提高防护时间和透气率,同时能达到抗菌的效果,可广泛用于临床治疗中。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种适用于绷带的胶粘剂,由以下质量份的各组分组成:聚乙烯醇45份、丙烯酸丁酯4份、环氧树脂4份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯5份、乙酸乙酯19份、柠檬酸钾1份、氨基己酸4份、透明质酸5份、羧甲基纤维素钠3份。
制备方法:
(1)按上述质量份,将聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸丁酯、环氧树脂和乙酸乙酯置于混合搅拌机中,在80℃温度下搅拌20min,得到混合物一;
(2)向步骤(1)所得混合物一中加入乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、柠檬酸钾、氨基己酸、透明质酸和羧甲基纤维素钠,150℃温度下搅拌40min,得到混合物二;
(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物二室温冷却后调节PH至6-8,经钴60辐照后即得。
实施例2
一种适用于绷带的胶粘剂,由以下质量份的各组分组成:聚乙烯醇59份、丙烯酸丁酯16份、环氧树脂18份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯14份、乙酸乙酯33份、柠檬酸钾10份、氨基己酸17份、透明质酸12份、羧甲基纤维素钠12份。
制备方法:
(1)按上述质量份,将聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸丁酯、环氧树脂和乙酸乙酯置于混合搅拌机中,在120℃温度下搅拌40min,得到混合物一;
(2)向步骤(1)所得混合物一中加入乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、柠檬酸钾、氨基己酸、透明质酸和羧甲基纤维素钠,200℃温度下搅拌60min,得到混合物二;
(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物二室温冷却后调节PH至6-8,经钴60辐照后即得。
实施例3
一种适用于绷带的胶粘剂,由以下质量份的各组分组成:聚乙烯醇48份、丙烯酸丁酯7份、环氧树脂8份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯7份、乙酸乙酯22份、柠檬酸钾3份、氨基己酸6份、透明质酸7份、羧甲基纤维素钠4份。
制备方法:
(1)按上述质量份,将聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸丁酯、环氧树脂和乙酸乙酯置于混合搅拌机中,在90℃温度下搅拌25min,得到混合物一;
(2)向步骤(1)所得混合物一中加入乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、柠檬酸钾、氨基己酸、透明质酸和羧甲基纤维素钠,160℃温度下搅拌45min,得到混合物二;
(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物二室温冷却后调节PH至6-8,经钴60辐照后即得。
实施例4
一种适用于绷带的胶粘剂,由以下质量份的各组分组成:聚乙烯醇54份、丙烯酸丁酯13份、环氧树脂13份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯11份、乙酸乙酯30份、柠檬酸钾8份、氨基己酸14份、透明质酸10份、羧甲基纤维素钠9份。
制备方法:
(1)按上述质量份,将聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸丁酯、环氧树脂和乙酸乙酯置于混合搅拌机中,在110℃温度下搅拌35min,得到混合物一;
(2)向步骤(1)所得混合物一中加入乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、柠檬酸钾、氨基己酸、透明质酸和羧甲基纤维素钠,180℃温度下搅拌55min,得到混合物二;
(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物二室温冷却后调节PH至6-8,经钴60辐照后即得。
实施例5
一种适用于绷带的胶粘剂,由以下质量份的各组分组成:聚乙烯醇51份、丙烯酸丁酯12份、环氧树脂9份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯10份、乙酸乙酯26份、柠檬酸钾5份、氨基己酸9份、透明质酸8份、羧甲基纤维素钠6份。
制备方法:
(1)按上述质量份,将聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸丁酯、环氧树脂和乙酸乙酯置于混合搅拌机中,在100℃温度下搅拌30min,得到混合物一;
(2)向步骤(1)所得混合物一中加入乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、柠檬酸钾、氨基己酸、透明质酸和羧甲基纤维素钠,180℃温度下搅拌45min,得到混合物二;
(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物二室温冷却后调节PH至6-8,经钴60辐照后即得。
对比例
与实施例5的区别是未添加透明质酸。
一种适用于绷带的胶粘剂,由以下质量份的各组分组成:聚乙烯醇51份、丙烯酸丁酯12份、环氧树脂9份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯10份、乙酸乙酯26份、柠檬酸钾5份、氨基己酸9份、、羧甲基纤维素钠6份。
制备方法:
(1)按上述质量份,将聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸丁酯、环氧树脂和乙酸乙酯置于混合搅拌机中,在100℃温度下搅拌30min,得到混合物一;
(2)向步骤(1)所得混合物一中加入乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、柠檬酸钾、氨基己酸和羧甲基纤维素钠,180℃温度下搅拌45min,得到混合物二;
(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物二室温冷却后调节PH至6-8,经钴60辐照后即得。
性能测试:
实施例1-5和对比例制得的胶粘剂用于绷带后,其性能测试结果如下表所示:
从上表中可以看出:实施例1-5制得的胶粘剂用于绷带后防护时间在55-57h之间,透气率在41.3-42.9%之间,金黄色葡萄球菌抑制率在99.4-99.8%之间;而对比例中未添加透明质酸,制得的胶粘剂用于绷带后防护时间为42h,透气率为35.0%,金黄色葡萄球菌抑制率为98.6%;由此可知,本发明制得的胶粘剂通过组分之间的协同作用,提高防护时间和透气率,同时能达到抗菌的效果,可广泛用于临床治疗中。

Claims (5)

1. 一种适用于绷带的胶粘剂,其特征在于,由以下质量份的组分组成:聚乙烯醇45-59份、丙烯酸丁酯4-16份、环氧树脂4-18份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯5-14份、乙酸乙酯19-33份、柠檬酸钾1-10份、氨基己酸4-17份、透明质酸5-12份、羧甲基纤维素钠3-12份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于绷带的胶粘剂,其特征在于,由以下质量份的组分组成:聚乙烯醇48-54份、丙烯酸丁酯7-13份、环氧树脂8-13份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯7-11份、乙酸乙酯22-30份、柠檬酸钾3-8份、氨基己酸6-14份、透明质酸7-10份、羧甲基纤维素钠4-9份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于绷带的胶粘剂,其特征在于,由以下质量份的组分组成:聚乙烯醇51份、丙烯酸丁酯12份、环氧树脂9份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯10份、乙酸乙酯26份、柠檬酸钾5份、氨基己酸9份、透明质酸8份、羧甲基纤维素钠6份。
4.权利要求1至3任何一项所述的一种适用于绷带的胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述质量份,将聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸丁酯、环氧树脂和乙酸乙酯置于混合搅拌机中,在80-120℃温度下搅拌20-40min,得到混合物一;
(2)向步骤(1)所得混合物一中加入乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、柠檬酸钾、氨基己酸、透明质酸和羧甲基纤维素钠,150-200℃温度下搅拌,得到混合物二;
(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物二室温冷却后调节PH至6-8,经钴60辐照后即得。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种适用于绷带的胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)步骤(2)搅拌时间为40-60min。
