本发明公开了一种门诊小手术切口用医疗胶以及制备方法,其包括由下列重量份的原料:芦荟蛋白3‑5、山药蛋白3‑5、可溶性银杏多糖7‑9、聚氧化乙烯水溶液12‑15、a‑氰基丙稀酸酯3‑5、壳聚糖2‑3、聚乙烯醇12‑14、多醛基海藻酸钠4‑6、果胶1‑3、明胶1‑3、氢化茶花油12‑13等。本发明采用功能性添加液,具有黏胶性质好,能够消毒抑制伤口感染的功效;采用处理的壳聚糖、醛基海藻酸钠、果胶、明胶作为主料具有凝固速度小,促进门诊小手术切口消炎愈合不留疤的功效,同时采用氢化茶花油,能够给患者良好的体验效果;本发明能够满足门诊小手术切口的需要;原材料来源广泛,医疗效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗胶领域,具体地说是涉及一种门诊小手术切口用医疗胶制备方法。
背景技术
在外科手术中,门诊小手术是很重要的一部分,而手术带来的疼痛程度、伤口愈合后外观的好坏、疤痕额大小往往对患者的心理和生理都造成一定的影响,采用医用胶代替缝针来减少门诊小手术的缝针的不良后果,具有很大的医疗价值。
目前医用胶的主要成分是a-氰基丙稀酸酯,其在生物体组织的聚合速度最快,在创面血液和组织液中阴离子的作用下,能快速聚合固化成膜并与创面镶嵌紧密,可牢固地保持伤口的对合状态,且胶膜可阻止血球、血小板通过,在凝血酶和纤维蛋白原的共同作用下,封闭创面断裂的小血管可以有效止血,同时胶膜将组织和细菌隔离,还具有抗感染和保护创面的作用。但是目前医用胶因原材料限制以及使用过程中凝固慢等原因受到限制。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种门诊小手术切口用医疗胶以及制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种门诊小手术切口用医疗胶,包括由下列重量份的原料:芦荟蛋白3-5、山药蛋白3-5、可溶性银杏多糖7-9、干酪素1-3、聚氧化乙烯水溶液12-15、a-氰基丙稀酸酯3-5、壳聚糖2-3、聚乙烯醇12-14、乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物10-13、多醛基海藻酸钠4-6、果胶1-3、明胶1-3、氢化茶花油12-13。
一种门诊小手术切口用医疗胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚氧化乙烯水溶液加热至52-55℃,之后芦荟蛋白、山药蛋白、可溶性银杏多糖、干酪素、聚氧化乙烯水溶液混合搅拌反应20-30min均匀,得混合液备用;将氢化茶花油加热至180-190℃,之后冷却至100-120℃加入混合液中,搅拌15-20min至均匀,得功能性混合液一备用;
(2)将聚乙烯醇、乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物混合,在68-72℃加热搅拌12-15min,之后加入壳聚糖、醛基海藻酸钠、果胶、明胶混合搅拌均匀,得复合液二备用;
(3)在68-72℃将功能性混合液一缓慢加入复合液二,搅拌25-35min至均匀,之后在加入a-氰基丙稀酸酯高速1000r/min搅拌3-5min,至均匀,冷却至室温,即得。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明采用可溶性银杏多糖改性芦荟蛋白、山药蛋白作为功能性添加液,具有黏胶性质好,能够消毒抑制伤口感染的功效;采用乙烯醇、乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物处理的壳聚糖、醛基海藻酸钠、果胶、明胶作为主料具有凝固速度小,促进门诊小手术切口消炎愈合不留疤的功效,同时采用氢化茶花油,使得该医用胶具有医疗功效的同时,还具有淡淡的香味,能够给患者良好的体验效果;本发明能够满足门诊小手术切口的需要;原材料来源广泛,医疗效果好。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明所述技术方案作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
一种门诊小手术切口用医疗胶,包括由下列重量(kg)的原料:芦荟蛋白3、山药蛋白3、可溶性银杏多糖7、干酪素1、聚氧化乙烯水溶液12、氢化茶花油12、a-氰基丙稀酸酯4、聚乙烯醇14、乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物13、壳聚糖3、多醛基海藻酸钠6、果胶3、明胶3。
一种门诊小手术切口用医疗胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚氧化乙烯水溶液加热至53.5℃,之后芦荟蛋白、山药蛋白、可溶性银杏多糖、干酪素、聚氧化乙烯水溶液混合搅拌反应20-30min均匀,得混合液备用;将氢化茶花油加热至185℃,之后冷却至105℃加入混合液中,搅拌17.5min至均匀,得功能性混合液一备用;
(2)将聚乙烯醇、乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物混合,在70℃加热搅拌13.5min,之后加入壳聚糖、醛基海藻酸钠、果胶、明胶混合搅拌均匀,得复合液二备用;
(3)在70℃将功能性混合液一中缓慢加入复合液二,搅拌30min至均匀,之后在加入a-氰基丙稀酸酯高速1000r/min搅拌4min,至均匀,冷却至室温,即得。
实施例2:
一种门诊小手术切口用医疗胶,包括由下列重量(kg)的原料:芦荟蛋白4、山药蛋白4、可溶性银杏多糖4、干酪素4、聚氧化乙烯水溶液13.5、氢化茶花油12.5、a-氰基丙稀酸酯4、聚乙烯醇13、乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物11.5、壳聚糖2.5、多醛基海藻酸钠5、果胶1.5、明胶1.5。
一种门诊小手术切口用医疗胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚氧化乙烯水溶液加热至53.5℃,之后芦荟蛋白、山药蛋白、可溶性银杏多糖、干酪素、聚氧化乙烯水溶液混合搅拌反应20-30min均匀,得混合液备用;将氢化茶花油加热至185℃,之后冷却至105℃加入混合液中,搅拌17.5min至均匀,得功能性混合液一备用;

一种门诊小手术切口用医疗胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

以小白鼠外科手术为例,分别采用本发明实施例1-3的医疗胶,发现实施例2的医疗胶的凝固时间要比实施例1的医疗胶的凝固时间短2-3min,比比实施例1的医疗胶的凝固时间短5-6min,当医疗医疗胶作用6-8d逐渐降解完,观察小白鼠切口的愈合情况,发现使用实施例2医疗胶的和3医疗胶的小白鼠切口愈合情况更好,使用实施例2医疗胶的和3医疗胶的小白鼠切口愈合处还能看到轻微的伤口情况。

1.一种门诊小手术切口用医疗胶,其特征在于,包括下列重量份的原料:芦荟蛋白3-5、山药蛋白3-5、可溶性银杏多糖7-9、干酪素1-3、聚氧化乙烯水溶液12-15、a-氰基丙稀酸酯3-5、壳聚糖2-3、聚乙烯醇12-14、乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物10-13、多醛基海藻酸钠4-6、果胶1-3、明胶1-3、氢化茶花油12-13;
所述的门诊小手术切口用医疗胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚氧化乙烯水溶液加热至52-55℃,之后芦荟蛋白、山药蛋白、可溶性银杏多糖、干酪素、聚氧化乙烯水溶液混合搅拌反应20-30min均匀,得混合液备用;将氢化茶花油加热至180-190℃,之后冷却至100-120℃加入混合液中,搅拌15-20min至均匀,得功能性混合液一备用;
(2)将聚乙烯醇、乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物混合,在68-72℃加热搅拌12-15min,之后加入壳聚糖、多醛基海藻酸钠、果胶、明胶混合搅拌均匀,得复合液二备用;
(3)在68-72℃将功能性混合液一缓慢加入复合液二,搅拌25-35min至均匀,之后再加入a-氰基丙稀酸酯高速1000r/min搅拌3-5min,至均匀,冷却至室温,即得。
