制备方法如下：按重量配比称取各原料，加入混合置于容器中，再加原料量重量12倍的水煎煮3次，每次用4倍的水煎煮50min，合并煎煮液，过滤去渣，滤液浓缩至55℃下相对密度为1.20g的浸膏，加入辅料，制成片剂，每片0.2g。
实施例3
一种治疗尿毒症的药物，原料药的重量配比为：
大黄7g，金银花12g，连翘10g，黄柏8g，栀子7g，茯苓6g，青黛7g，丹参6g，红花6g，地榆9g，蒺藜10g，钩藤5g，槐米8g，龙骨5g，枸杞子12g，麦冬12g，桂枝12g，白茅根12g。
制备方法如下：按重量配比称取各原料药，加入混合置于容器中，再加原料量重量14倍的水煎煮3次，每次用5倍的水煎煮55min，合并煎煮液，过滤去渣，滤液浓缩至60℃下相对密度为1.30g的浸膏，加入辅料，制成丸剂，每粒0.2g。
为了进一步证明本发明中药的临床疗效，选择收治患者中的100例，对本发明药物的疗效进行临床观察。年龄30-60岁，随机分为3组，每组为25例，分别为实验组1-4组。
实验组1-4组分别服用实施例1-4的药物，每日3次，每次内服4片／粒，9天为一个疗程，连续服用2-3个疗程。其中显效92例，有效95例，治愈90例，无效5例，治愈率90%，有效率95%。

1.一种治疗尿毒症的药物，其特征是：由下述重量份配比的原料制成：
大黄5-7份，金银花9-12份，连翘8-10份，黄柏6-8份，栀子5-7份，茯苓4-6份，青黛5-7份，丹参4-6份，红花4-6份，地榆7-9份，蒺藜8-10份，钩藤3-5份，槐米6-8份，龙骨3-5份，枸杞子8-12份，麦冬8-12份，桂枝10-12份，白茅根9-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗尿毒症的药物，其特征是：由下述重量份配比的原料制成：
大黄6份，金银花11份，连翘9份，黄柏7份，栀子6份，茯苓5份，青黛6份，丹参5份，红花5份，地榆8份，蒺藜9份，钩藤4份，槐米7份，龙骨4份，枸杞子10份，麦冬10份，桂枝11份，白茅根10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗尿毒症的药物，其特征是：
制备方法如下：按重量配比称取各原料，加入混合置于容器中，再加原料量重量10-14倍的水煎煮3次，每次用3.5-5倍的水煎煮45-55min，合并煎煮液，过滤去渣，滤液浓缩至50-60℃下相对密度为1.10-1.30g的浸膏，加入辅料，制成相应的剂型，即得。
