Description
本发明涉及用作包装材料的分层材料,该分层材料包含至少2层纸板和/或纸,所述的至少2层纸板和/或纸以材料结合的方式彼此连接。此外,本发明涉及由分层材料生产的三维结构,以及用于生产分层材料的装置和方法,其中所述的分层材料用作包装材料,所述的分层材料包含至少2层纸板和/或纸,所述的至少2层纸板和/或纸以材料结合的方式彼此连接。
已知有相当多的用作包装材料的分层材料。因此例如DE3513579A1描述了具有覆盖带(coverweb)的波纹状纸板以及粘附于该纸板上的波纹状带。为了赋予这种波纹状纸板用于发生负荷情况时大幅增加的强度,提供的是在彼此粘附的波纹状带的2个波纹状层之间插入加强的网状物。其中,加强的网状物具体由塑料线或者纤维或天然纤维构成。还可以使用玻璃纤维。但是,在这种已知的波纹状纸板中,不利的是2种波纹状层均是由所谓的牛皮纸内衬构成。其中,牛皮纸内衬为纸或纸板原材料,其由至少80%的新鲜纤维构成。通过使用牛皮纸内衬,出现了特别强且稳定的纸或纸板。这种情况还适用于已知的饮料架,其主要地也是由牛皮纸纤维素生产的,由此能够取得所需的强度特征。但是,在牛皮纸内衬和牛皮纸纤维素各自的使用中,不利的是,一方面高的原材料成本,另一方面自然资源的消耗。

本发明的第四个方面涉及用于生产根据本发明的第一个方面的分层材料的方法。其中,所述的方法至少包括以下步骤:将粘合剂和/或淀粉溶液施加至第一和/或第二纸板或纸网状物上,以及将第一纸板或纸网状物与第二纸板或纸网状物,以及用于形成分层材料的网状或纤维状加强材料的网状物结合,其中网状或纤维状加强材料的网状物导入至第一纸板或纸网状物与第二纸板或纸网状物之间。其中,在第一纸板或纸网状物与第二纸板或纸网状物,以及用于形成分层材料的网状或纤维状加强材料结合过程中,纸板或纸的第一和/或第二层的水分含量可以低于或等于40重量%。此外,存在这样的可能性,即,在干燥的涂料中施加粘合剂和/或淀粉溶液,其中所施加的量为1–40g/m2,特别是10–20g/m2。根据本发明的方法允许分层材料的高效生产,这种生产一方面具有增加的机械强度,另一方面可以环境友好且廉价的方式生产。
通过第一发明方面的描述,由使用根据第一发明方面的分层材料得到的特征和益处是显而易见的,其中第一发明方面的有利构造被认为是第四以及第二和第三发明方面的有利构造,反之亦然。

图1示出了用作包装材料的分层材料10的示意性剖视图。人们认为,代表性的分层材料10具有2层12,14纸板和/或纸,其通过粘合剂层42,44以材料结合的方式彼此连接。网状或纤维状加强材料18的中间层16排布在纸板和/或纸层12,14之间。中间层16还通过粘合剂层42,44粘附在层12,14上。一个纸板层或纸层12,14至少具有相对于纸板层或纸层的总重量的至少80重量%比率的再利用纤维。该比率可以升高至相对于纸板层或纸层的总重量的高达高于99重量%。这意味着再利用纤维相对于纸板或纸层的总重量的比率可以为80重量%,80.5重量%,81重量%,81.5重量%,82重量%,82.5重量%,83重量%,83.5重量%,84重量%,84.5重量%,85重量%,85.5重量%,86重量%,86.5重量%,87重量%,87.5重量%,88重量%,88.5重量%,89重量%,89.5重量%,90重量%,90.5重量%,91重量%,91.5重量%,92重量%,92.5重量%,93重量%,93.5重量%,94重量%,94.5重量%,95重量%,95.5重量%,96重量%,96.5重量%,97重量%,97.5重量%,98重量%,98.5重量%,99重量%或99.5重量%。中间量也是可行的。

在示意性的实施方案中,底层14是由GD纸板制成的。而且,由GD内衬、灰板纸、箱板纸和/或纸层生产底层14也是可行的。在所述的实施方案中,底层14是额外地涂敷生产的。而且,底层14也可以是未涂敷生产的。在所示的实施方案中,覆盖层12也是由GD纸板生产的。而且,GD内衬或涂敷的纸层用于生产覆盖层12也是可行的。
网状或纤维状加强材料18可以基本上由合成和/或天然纤维和/或纤维材料构成。例如使用塑料的窦状粗纱(sinusoidalroving)取得优异的结果。斜线粗纱(Diagonalroving)形式或具有双线的粗纱还显示相当高的撕裂强度,这转而有助于分层材料10的高机械强度。其中,网状或纤维状加强材料18可以具有1–30g/m2的面积相关质量,特别是1–15g/m2。这意味着可以使用面积相关质量为1g/m2,2g/m2,3g/m2,4g/m2,5g/m2,6g/m2,7g/m2,8g/m2,9g/m2,10g/m2,11g/m2,12g/m2,13g/m2,14g/m2,15g/m2,16g/m2,17g/m2,18g/m2,19g/m2,20g/m2,21g/m2,22g/m2,23g/m2,24g/m2,25g/m2,26g/m2,27g/m2,28g/m2,29g/m2,30g/m2的网状或纤维状加强材料18。中间量也是可行的。而且,还可以想象到,使用具有较高的面积相关质量的网状或纤维状加强材料18。
图2示出如图1所示并描述,用于生产分层材料10的装置40的示意图。人们认为,装置40具有用于运输形成第一纸板或纸层12的第一纸板或纸网状物22的第一运输装置20;用于运输形成第二纸板或纸层14的第二纸板或纸网状物26的第二运输装置24;用于运输网状或纤维状加强材料18的网状物30的第二运输装置28;用于将粘合剂和/或淀粉溶液施加在第一和第二纸板或纸网状物22,26上的2个装置32,34;以及用于将第一纸板或纸网状物22与第二纸板或纸网状物26,以及用于形成分层材料10的网状物30结合的装置36。人们认为,网状或纤维状加强材料18的网状物30导入在第一纸板或纸网状物22与第二纸板或纸网状物26之间。图2中T所示的箭头表明纸或纸板网状物以及网状或纤维状加强材料18的网状物30的各运输方向。
Claims (18)
1.一种用作包装材料的、包含至少2层(12,14)纸板和/或纸的分层材料,所述的至少2层纸板和/或纸以材料结合的方式彼此连接,所述的分层材料的特征在于:网状或纤维状加强材料(18)的至少一个中间层(16)排布在所述的纸板和/或纸的层(12,14)之间,并且所述的至少一个纸板层或纸层(12,14)具有相对于所述的纸板层或纸层(12,14)的总重量的至少80重量%比率的再利用纤维。
2.根据权利要求1的分层材料,其特征在于所述的纸板和/或纸的层(12,14)及所述的中间层(16)彼此粘附。
3.根据上述权利要求的任意一项所述的分层材料,其特征在于所述的纸板和/或纸的层(12,14)包含作为背对包装项目的覆盖层的、纸板或纸的第一层(12),以及作为面对包装项目的底层的、纸板或纸的第二层(14)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的分层材料,其特征在于至少所述的纸板和/或纸的第一和第二层(12,14)具有相对于所述的纸板层或纸层(12,14)的总重量的至少80重量%比率的再利用纤维。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的分层材料,其特征在于所述的第一和/或第二层(12,14)以疏水性和/或防水防水形成。
6.根据权利要求3至5的任意一项所述的分层材料,其特征在于所述的底层的面积相关质量为40–600g/m2,和/或厚度为80–1000μm,特别是厚度为80–800μm。
7.根据权利要求3至6的任意一项所述的分层材料,其特征在于所述的覆盖层的面积相关质量为40–600g/m2,和/或厚度为80–1000μm,特别是厚度为80–800μm。
8.根据权利要求3至7的任意一项所述的分层材料,其特征在于所述的底层是由GD纸板、GD内侧、灰板纸、箱板纸和/或纸层生产的,其中所述的底层是涂敷生产的和/或未涂敷生产的。
9.根据权利要求3至8的任意一项所述的分层材料,其特征在于所述的覆盖层是由GD纸板、GD内衬或涂敷的纸层生产的。
10.根据上述权利要求的任意一项所述的分层材料,其特征在于所述的网状或纤维状加强材料(18)是由合成的和/或天然纤维和/或纤维材料构成的。
11.根据上述权利要求的任意一项所述的分层材料,其特征在于所述的网状或纤维状加强材料(18)具有1–30g/m2、特别是1–15g/m2的面积相关质量。
12.根据权利要求1至11的任意一项所述的由分层材料(10)生产的三维结构。
13.根据权利要求12所述的三维结构,其特征在于所述的三维结构是可折叠盒、产品载体、展示器,特别是用于物品的呈现等。
14.一种用于用作包装材料的分层材料(10)的装置,其中所述的分层材料包含至少2层(12,14)纸板和/或纸,所述的至少2层纸板和/或纸以材料结合的方式彼此连接,所述的装置至少包含:
-用于运输形成第一纸板或纸层(12)的第一纸板或纸网状物(22)的第一运输装置(20);
-用于运输形成第二纸板或纸层(14)的第二纸板或纸网状物(26)的第二运输装置(24);
-用于运输网状或纤维状加强材料(18)的网状物(30)的第三运输装置(28);
-用于将粘合剂和/或淀粉溶液施加至所述的第一和/或第二纸板或纸网状物(22,26)上的至少一个装置(32,34);以及
-用于将所述的第一纸板或纸网状物(22)与所述的第二纸板或纸网状物(26),以及用于形成所述的分层材料(10)的网状或纤维状加强材料(18)的网状物(30)结合的装置(36),其中所述的网状或纤维状加强材料(18)的网状物(30)导入在所述的第一纸板或纸网状物(22)与所述的第二纸板或纸网状物(26)之间。
15.根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于所述的装置(40)进一步包含至少一个压延机,和/或至少一个移除装置,和/或用于添加剂的至少一个施加装置,和/或至少一个切割装置,和/或用于干燥所述的多层的分层材料的至少一个的干燥装置。
16.一种用于生产根据权利要求1至11的任意一项所述的分层材料(10)的方法,其中所述的方法至少包括以下步骤:
-将粘合剂和/或淀粉溶液施加于第一和/或第二纸板或纸网状物(22,26)上;以及
-将所述的第一纸板或纸网状物(22)与所述的第二纸板或纸网状物(26),以及用于形成所述的分层材料(10)的网状或纤维状加强材料(18)的网状物(30)结合,其中所述的网状或纤维状加强材料(18)的网状物(30)导入在所述的第一纸板或纸网状物(22)与所述的第二纸板或纸网状物(26)之间。
17.根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于在所述的第一纸板或纸网状物与所述的第二纸板或纸网状物,以及用于形成所述的分层材料的网状或纤维状加强材料的网状物结合的过程中,所述的纸板或纸的第一和/或第二层的水分含量为低于或等于40重量%。
18.根据权利要求16或17所述的方法,其特征在于在干燥的涂料中施加所述的粘合剂和/或淀粉溶液,其中所述的施加的量为1–40g/m2,特别是10–20g/m2。
