技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻纤布生产设备,具体说是一种特氟龙输送带上胶烘干机。
背景技术
特氟龙高温布以其优异的各项性能,故被广泛应用在航空、造纸、食品、环保、印染、服装、化工、玻璃、医药、电子、绝缘、建筑(棚顶膜结构基布)、砂轮切片、机械等领域。可用于防腐包覆、内衬及衬垫、防粘运输带、高频覆铜板、建筑膜材、绝缘材料、微波干燥输送带、柔性补偿器、摩擦材料等。特氟龙高温布是以聚四氟乙烯乳液为原料,浸渍高性能玻璃纤维布而成的纤维布,是一种高性能,多用途的复合材料新产品。传统生产过程中,盛放浸制乳液的胶槽为固定结构,胶槽固定不便于更换、维修、清洗,其内残留乳液在更换乳液成分时影响后续产品的性能。盛放浸制乳液的胶槽为固定结构,胶槽固定不便于更换、维修、清洗,其内残留乳液在更换乳液成分时影响后续产品的性能。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种结构紧凑,能便捷更换、维修盛放乳液的胶槽,确保产品性能的特氟龙输送带上胶烘干机。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种特氟龙输送带上胶烘干机,包括机架、送料辊和收料辊,送料辊和收料辊分别设置于机架的前端和后端,其特征在于:所述机架内下层为浸制区,上层为烘干区,所述浸制区的机架下部从前至后挂接有多个胶槽,烘干区的机架上设有轨道,轨道上滑动设置胶槽起吊架,胶槽起吊架对应胶槽伸出机架的两端;所述胶槽包括槽体,槽体的截面底部为圆弧形,槽体的一侧设有隔板,隔板将槽体分为一侧中转进料槽和另一侧的乳液浸制槽,隔板下部设有连通两侧的通孔,乳液浸制槽内设支座,支座架空穿接上料辊,中转进料槽的底部设有带阀门的出液口,槽体两端底部设有万向轮,所述料辊上设有沿料辊轴向方向螺旋延伸的径向螺纹。
浸制区内具有设在浸制乳液中的上料辊,烘干区内设有转料辊,上料基材绕接在上料辊和转料辊间依次完成多道次的上料、烘干。
本发明采用可更换胶槽挂接在机架上,配合机架上对应胶槽的胶槽起吊架在轨道上移动运输胶槽,胶槽更换、维修、清洗便捷,胶槽采用隔板分隔中转进料槽和乳液浸制槽,通过中转进料槽添加或排放乳液,避免生产过程中的添料冲击乳液浸制槽内乳液影响乳液浸制效果,采用支座架空穿接料辊,满足玻纤布绕接料辊充分浸制乳液,料辊上设有沿料辊轴向方向螺旋延伸的径向螺纹,在对应将胶槽内乳液上胶操作时具有较好的流平,上胶量充分、均匀,配合万向轮结构使胶槽可移动更换、维修、清洗便捷,以确保高温布产品的性能。

图1、2所示:一种特氟龙输送带上胶烘干机,包括机架2、送料辊1和收料辊3,送料辊1和收料辊3分别设置于机架2的前端和后端,所述机架内下层为浸制区4,上层为烘干区,浸制区的机架下部从前至后挂接有多个胶槽6,烘干区的机架上设有轨道,轨道上滑动设置胶槽起吊架7,胶槽起吊架对应胶槽伸出机架的两端。胶槽6包括槽体61,槽体的截面底部为圆弧形,槽体的一侧设有隔板62,隔板62将槽体61分为一侧中转进料槽63和另一侧的乳液浸制槽66,隔板62下部设有连通两侧的通孔621,乳液浸制槽66内可架空穿接上料辊68的支座67,中转进料槽63的底部设有带阀门65的出液口64,槽体61两端底部设有万向轮69,所述上料辊上设有沿上辊轴向方向螺旋延伸的径向螺纹。

1.一种特氟龙输送带上胶烘干机,包括机架、送料辊和收料辊,送料辊和收料辊分别设置于机架的前端和后端,其特征在于:所述机架内下层为浸制区,上层为烘干区,所述浸制区的机架下部从前至后挂接有多个胶槽,烘干区的机架上设有轨道,轨道上滑动设置胶槽起吊架,胶槽起吊架对应胶槽伸出机架的两端;所述胶槽包括槽体,槽体的截面底部为圆弧形,槽体的一侧设有隔板,隔板将槽体分为一侧中转进料槽和另一侧的乳液浸制槽,隔板下部设有连通两侧的通孔,乳液浸制槽内设支座,支座架空穿接上料辊,中转进料槽的底部设有带阀门的出液口,槽体两端底部设有万向轮,所述上料辊上设有沿上料辊轴向方向螺旋延伸的径向螺纹。
