本发明公开了一种治疗阴寒凝滞型乳腺增生的中药汤剂，由以下重量份原料制备而成：当归812克、瓜蒌812克、乳香812克、没药510克、红花510克、砂仁1015克、高良姜1015克、甘草1015克、山慈菇1015克、桂枝1012克。本发明诸药合用，配伍合理，疗效明确，活血通径，温中散寒，消痈散结，治疗阴寒凝滞型乳腺增生效果显著。

一种治疗阴寒凝滞型乳腺增生的中药汤剂
技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗阴寒凝滞型乳腺增生的中药汤剂。
背景技术
乳腺增生病是女性常见病及多发病，以中青年女性多发，尤以未婚或未生育、未哺乳及精神抑郁的女性最易罹患该病。临床以乳房疼痛、肿块等表现为主，且多与月经周期、情志变化、劳累过度等因素有关。一般在生理周期出现前比较明显，周期结束后可缓解或消失。严重者可呈持续性疼痛，引起患侧肩、腋窝、肋部、背部疼痛。中医认为，乳腺增生发病原因多与脏腑机能失调、气血失和有关，病变脏腑责之肝脾，尤其是脾土虚弱之人或过食辛辣肥甘厚味，损伤脾土，而致脾土运化功能失常，聚湿为痰或天生性格内向，情绪压抑，好生闷气或性情急躁、动则易怒或因七情所伤，忧思过度，而致肝失疏泄，郁而成痰等，均可导致痰湿结聚，气血凝滞而形成肿块。治疗时应根据个人的具体情况辨证分型、对症下药，其按照发病原因和临床表现将乳腺增生分为四型：肝郁气滞痰凝型、冲任失调型、肝郁血瘀型、阴寒凝滞型。
发明内容
阴寒凝滞型乳腺增生主要症状为：乳房钝痛，遇冷加剧，遇热则缓，肿块质韧，四肢凉，伴痛经，舌淡苔白或腻，脉沉迟。治疗时应以温里祛寒，通络散结为主。
针对上述，本发明的目的是提供一种治疗阴寒凝滞型乳腺增生的中药汤剂。
本发明采取的具体技术方案是：
一种治疗阴寒凝滞型乳腺增生的中药汤剂，由以下重量份原料制备而成：当归8-12克、瓜蒌8-12克、乳香8-12克、没药5-10克、红花5-10克、砂仁10-15克、高良姜10-15克、甘草10-15克、山慈菇10-15克、桂枝10-12克。
优选地，所述的治疗阴寒凝滞型乳腺增生的中药汤剂，由以下重量份原料制备而成：当归10克、瓜蒌10克、乳香10克、没药7.5克、红花7.5克、砂仁12.5克、高良姜12.5克、甘草12.5克、山慈菇12.5克、桂枝10克。
上述治疗阴寒凝滞型乳腺增生的中药汤剂的制备方法为：将上述各中药原料净选、清洗、灭菌、按重量份数比称取，烘干，分别粉碎成细粉，混合，加水至药物总量的4倍，浸泡30分钟，加热回流60分钟，滤液，再加水至药物总量的2倍，回流50分钟，后弃渣，制成中药汤剂。
本发明各原料药的药理作用如下：
当归：味甘、辛，性温。功效：补血活血，调经安胎，止痛润肠。
瓜蒌：味甘、微苦，寒。功效：清热涤痰，宽胸散结，润燥滑肠。
乳香：味苦、辛，性温。功效：活血行气，止痛生肌。
没药：味苦，性平。功效：活血散瘀，消肿止痛。
红花：味辛，性温。功效：活血通径，散瘀止痛。
砂仁：味辛，性温。功效：理气宽中，化湿和脾，安胎。
高良姜：味辛，性热。功效：温中散寒，理气止痛。
甘草：味甘，性温。功效：补中益气，润肺祛痰，缓急解毒，调和诸药。
山慈菇：味甘、微辛，性凉。功效：清热解毒，消痈散结。
桂枝：味辛、甘，性温。功效：发汗解肌，温通经脉，助阳化气，平冲降气。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明诸药合用，配伍合理，疗效明确，活血通径，温中散寒，消痈散结，治疗阴寒凝滞型乳腺增生效果显著。

实施例1
一种治疗阴寒凝滞型乳腺增生的中药汤剂，由以下重量份原料制备而成：当归8克、瓜蒌8克、乳香8克、没药5、红花5克、砂仁10克、高良姜10克、甘草10克、山慈菇10克、桂枝8。
实施例2
一种治疗阴寒凝滞型乳腺增生的中药汤剂，由以下重量份原料制备而成：当归10克、瓜蒌10克、乳香10克、没药7.5克、红花7.5克、砂仁12.5克、高良姜12.5克、甘草12.5克、山慈菇12.5克、桂枝10克。
实施例3
一种治疗阴寒凝滞型乳腺增生的中药汤剂，由以下重量份原料制备而成：当归12克、瓜蒌12克、乳香12克、没药10克、红花10克、砂仁15克、高良姜15克、甘草15克、山慈菇15克、桂枝12克。
临床试验：
患者资料：选取50腺增生患者，其临床表现均有阴寒凝滞型乳腺增生的典型症状。B超检查可见不同程度的乳腺增生，质地中等，边界不清。
治疗方法：使用实施例2配方制得的中药汤剂进行治疗，一天1剂，1个月为1个疗程，连续服用3个疗程。
疗效标准：
参照国家中医药管理局发布的《中医病症诊断疗效标准》来制定。1、痊愈：乳房胀痛和肿块消失，结合B超检查证实乳腺增生征象消失。停药后3个月不复发。2、显效：乳房胀痛消失，肿块最大直径缩小50％以上，B超检查证实乳腺增生结节缩小或增生腺体密度减轻与临床相符。3、有效：乳房胀痛减轻，临床触诊肿块缩小，但不及50％，B超检查证实乳腺增生好转，与临床症状和触诊基本相符。4、无效：乳房胀痛和肿块与治疗前相比较无明显改善，且B超检查检查证实。
经过有3个疗程的治疗，35者符合痊愈的标准，15患者符合显效的标准，并且在整个治疗期间未观察到明显的不良反应。

1.一种治疗阴寒凝滞型乳腺增生的中药汤剂，其特征在于由以下重量份原料制备而成：当归8-12克、瓜蒌8-12克、乳香8-12克、没药5-10克、红花5-10克、砂仁10-15克、高良姜10-15克、甘草10-15克、山慈菇10-15克、桂枝10-12克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗阴寒凝滞型乳腺增生的中药汤剂，其特征在于由以下重量份原料制备而成：当归10克、瓜蒌10克、乳香10克、没药7.5克、红花7.5克、砂仁12.5克、高良姜12.5克、甘草12.5克、山慈菇12.5克、桂枝10克。
