本发明的一种水泛丸的制备方法，包括：
(1)称取原料：将土龙骨、生牡蛎、煅磁石和琥珀混合，粉碎成末，过120目标准筛，得到细粉A；将飞朱砂与细粉A混合，过120目标准筛，得到细粉B；将灵芝粉碎成细粉C；将桂圆肉、生地和熟地混合，干燥，然后与剩余药材混合并粉碎，过100目标准筛，得到细粉D；
(2)将步骤(1)中的部分细粉D在丸药匾中用冷开水起模；将丸药模子置于丸药匾内用冷开水开始泛丸，当丸粒直径达到3mm时过8目标准筛，分匾，均匀分成8份，得到8份小丸粒；不成型丸粒用冷水搅拌成糊状，得到糊状药；
(3)将步骤(1)中细粉B、细粉C和剩余的细粉D均匀分成8等份；
(4)将步骤(2)中的每份小丸粒用冷开水与步骤(3)中剩余的细粉D的八分之一细粉进行泛丸，丸粒成型时加入步骤(3)中八分之一细粉C均匀泛丸，用步骤(2)中的糊状药均匀刷在丸药匾中，加入步骤(3)中细粉B进行泛丸，当直径达到5～6mm时，形圆朱润时，过标准筛，一匾的制作结束，得到水泛丸；其余七匾按同样方法操作，最后进行干燥和装袋。
所述步骤(1)中飞朱砂与细粉A的混合方式为等量递增法。
所述步骤(1)中干燥的条件为60℃恒温干燥。
所述步骤(2)中丸药模子为直径0.5～1.0mm球形丸粒。
所述步骤(2)和步骤(4)中冷开水为烧至沸腾的水冷却至室温。
本发明具有益气补血、健脾养心、镇惊安神的功效；制备的药物用于治疗阴血亏虚、心肾失调、神智不安、精神恍惚、舌红少苔、脉细数的顽固性失眠疗效显著。
所述水泛丸为口服用药，日服两次，每次服用3～4粒，每粒3～4g，早晚饭后温开水送服。
本发明可以满足少量用药和对症用药的需要，能及时调整药的配方进行相应的调理，适应个性化需要。
有益效果
本发明与大型机械化设备制丸药相比，可以满足少量用药和对症用药的需要，能及时调整药的配方进行相应的调理，适应个性化需要；与小型机械化设备相比，本发明不需要添加任何粘合剂或稀释剂，能够很好的保证药效，效果显著。

实施例1
a、准备设备：丸药匾、电子秤、中药粉碎机、8目标准筛、100目标准筛以及恒温干燥箱。
b、药材准备：黄连125g、黄芩188g、飞朱砂44g、土龙骨250g、生牡蛎250g、煅磁石250g、焦神曲750g、炙远志250g、灵芝150g、夜交藤188g、肉桂125g、茯苓250g、茯神250g、炒杜仲188g、炒菟丝子188g、当归188g、黄芪313g、桂圆肉500g、石菖蒲125g、生白芍250g、刺五加188g、生地375g、麦冬250g、炒酸枣仁313g、熟地375g、山芋肉250g、五味子250g、琥珀188g、紫河车188g、党参250g、炒白术250g。
c、将土龙骨250g、生牡蛎250g、煅磁石250g、琥珀188g中药饮片称取放置在一起，用中药粉碎机粉碎成细末，过120目标准筛，得到最细粉，备用。
d、将飞朱砂44g中药饮片单独称取与步骤c中获得的细粉混合，采用等量递增法，混合过120目标准筛备用。
e、称取灵芝150g单独粉碎成细粉备用。
f、称取桂圆肉500g、生地375g、熟地375g中药饮片放置在一起，置恒温干燥箱用60摄氏度进行低温干燥，再与剩余药材进行混合共同粉碎，过100目标准筛得到细粉，混合备用。
g、称取500g步骤f中的中药细粉，在丸药匾中用冷开水先起模，丸药模子为直径0.5～1.0mm均匀整齐的球形小丸粒。
h、将筛选合格的丸药模子置于丸药匾内用冷开水开始泛丸，当丸粒直径达到3mm大小时过8目标准筛，分匾，均匀分成8份，不成型丸粒用冷水搅拌成糊状备用。
i、将步骤d，步骤e以及步骤f中细粉均匀分成8等份，备用。
j、将步骤h的每份小丸粒用冷开水加上步骤f的剩余药材的八分之一细粉进行泛丸，待丸粒成型时加入对应的八分之一灵芝细粉均匀泛丸，用步骤h中的糊状药均匀刷在丸药匾中，加入步骤c中最细粉进行泛丸，当直径达到5～6mm大小时，形圆朱润时水泛丸即成，过标准筛，一匾的制作方法到此结束，其余七匾按同样方法操作，最后进行干燥和装袋。
冷开水为烧开的水冷却至室温。
中药粉碎机和恒温干燥箱都是现有技术，其结构不做详细描述。
实施例2
水泛丸由下列药材组成：黄连250g、黄芩376g、飞朱砂88g、土龙骨500g、生牡蛎500g、煅磁石500g、焦神曲1600g、炙远志500g、灵芝300g、夜交藤376g、肉桂250g、茯苓500g、茯神500g、炒杜仲376g、炒菟丝子376g、当归376g、黄芪626g、桂圆肉1000g、石菖蒲250g、生白芍500g、刺五加376g、生地750g、麦冬500g、炒酸枣仁626g、熟地750g、山芋肉500g、五味子500g、琥珀376g、紫河车376g、党参500g、炒白术500g；制备方法同实施例1。
制备得到的方剂作用为治疗顽固性失眠，具有益气补血、健脾养心、镇惊安神的功效。用于治疗阴血亏虚、心肾失调、神智不安、精神恍惚、舌红少苔、脉细数的顽固性失眠疗效显著。
所述水泛丸为口服用药，日服两次，每次服用3～4粒，每粒3～4g，早晚饭后温开水送服。
疗效标准：按中华人民共和国中医药行业标准《中医病症诊断疗效标准》中对不寐的证类诊断标准进行辩证论治。疗效标准分为以下四个级别，痊愈、显效、有效和无效。
痊愈：患者的临床症状消失，睡眠时间恢复正常或者在6小时以上，睡眠深沉.睡醒后精力充沛。
显效：患者的症状基本消失，睡眠明显好转，睡眠时间增加3小时以上，睡眠深度增加。
有效：患者睡眠时间较治疗之前有所增加，但增加不足3小时。
无效：治疗后失眠无改善。
服用方法：中药药剂打成粉末，每次服用10g，每日两次，温开水送服。
使用药物治疗失眠患者85例，其中男52，女33例，一个疗程时间为3个月。
痊愈及显著比率：41.2％，痊愈10例，显著25例，共35人，男20例，女15例。
有效率为52.9％，共45人，男29例，女16例。
无效率为：5.9％，共5人，男3例，女2例。

1.一种水泛丸，其特征在于，所述水泛丸的原料按重量份包括：黄连125～128份、黄芩188～190份、飞朱砂44～50份、土龙骨250～255份、生牡蛎250～255份、煅磁石250～255份、焦神曲750～755份、炙远志250～255份、灵芝150～160份、夜交藤188～190份、肉桂125～130份、茯苓250～260份、茯神250～255份、炒杜仲188～190份、炒菟丝子188～190份、当归188～190份、黄芪313～315份、桂圆肉500～530份、石菖蒲125～130份、生白芍250～255份、刺五加188～190份、生地375～480份、麦冬250～255份、炒酸枣仁313～315份、熟地375～378份、山芋肉250～260份、五味子250～255份、琥珀188～190份、紫河车188～190份、党参250～255份、炒白术250～255份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水泛丸，其特征在于，所述原料按重量份包括：黄连125份、黄芩188份、飞朱砂44份、土龙骨250份、生牡蛎250份、煅磁石250份、焦神曲750份、炙远志250份、灵芝150份、夜交藤188份、肉桂125份、茯苓250份、茯神250份、炒杜仲188份、炒菟丝子188份、当归188份、黄芪313份、桂圆肉500份、石菖蒲125份、生白芍250份、刺五加188份、生地375份、麦冬250份、炒酸枣仁313份、熟地375份、山芋肉250份、五味子250份、琥珀188份、紫河车188份、党参250份、炒白术250份。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的水泛丸的制备方法，包括：
(1)称取原料：将土龙骨、生牡蛎、煅磁石和琥珀混合，粉碎成末，过120目标准筛，得到细粉A；将飞朱砂与细粉A混合，过120目标准筛，得到细粉B；将灵芝粉碎成细粉C；将桂圆肉、生地和熟地混合，干燥，然后与剩余药材混合并粉碎，过100目标准筛，得到细粉D；
(2)将步骤(1)中的部分细粉D在丸药匾中用冷开水起模；将丸药模子置于丸药匾内用冷开水开始泛丸，当丸粒直径达到3mm时过8目标准筛，分匾，得到小丸粒；不成型丸粒用冷水搅拌成糊状，得到糊状药；
(3)将步骤(2)中的小丸粒用冷开水与剩余的细粉D进行泛丸，丸粒成型时加入步骤(1)中细粉C均匀泛丸，用步骤(2)中的糊状药均匀刷在丸药匾中，加入步骤(1)中细粉B进行泛丸，当直径达到5～6mm时，过标准筛，即得水泛丸。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种水泛丸的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤(1)中飞朱砂与细粉A的混合方式为等量递增法。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种水泛丸的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤(1)中干燥的条件为60℃恒温干燥。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种水泛丸的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤(2)中丸药模子为直径0.5～1.0mm球形丸粒。
7.一种如权利要求1所述的水泛丸的应用，其特征在于，所述水泛丸用于制备治疗阴血亏虚、心肾失调、神智不安、精神恍惚、舌红少苔、脉细数的顽固性失眠的药物。
