本发明涉及一种固定线束的固定夹，包括夹口、吸盘和伞头，所述夹口连接吸盘，吸盘连接伞头，吸盘的盘口朝向伞头一侧，所述吸盘为船形，所述伞头上设有若干伞叶，伞叶为可发生形变的弹性制品。相较之前的圆形吸盘需300N以上的力才可实现吸盘吸附固定在固定板上，本发明的船形在保证吸附力和各种功能的情况下，占据空间小，需安装力小于100N，安装方便快捷。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车零部件领域，尤其是涉及一种固定线束的固定夹。
背景技术
汽车内的线路很多，需用专门的固定夹将其固定，特别是在汽车内部空调管线的固定定位上，对固定夹具的要求越来越高，需要加紧固定稳固可靠，还需要安装方便快捷，但是现有的固定夹吸盘如图1所示呈圆形，受力非常大,客户安装时,需要300N以上的力才能装配进装配孔,安装不便且安装效率低。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述缺陷，提供了一种固定线束的固定夹。
为了克服背景技术中存在的缺陷，本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种固定线束的固定夹，包括夹口、吸盘和伞头，所述夹口连接吸盘，吸盘连接伞头，吸盘的盘口朝向伞头一侧，所述吸盘为船形，所述伞头上设有若干伞叶，伞叶为可发生形变的弹性制品。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中，伞叶为2个。
本发明的有益效果是：相较之前的圆形吸盘需300N以上的力才可实现吸盘吸附固定在固定板上，本发明的船形在保证吸附力和各种功能的的情况下，占据空间小，需安装力小于100N，安装方便快捷。

具体实施方式
如图2和图3所示一种固定线束的固定夹，包括夹口1、吸盘2和伞头3，夹口1连接吸盘2，吸盘2连接伞头3，吸盘2的盘口朝向伞头3一侧，吸盘2为船形，伞头3上设有若干伞叶4，伞叶4为可发生形变的弹性制品；伞叶4为2个，可根据情况调整伞叶的数量。
夹口用于放置线缆，在安装固定夹时，首先用手将伞头上的伞叶捏紧，此时伞叶发生形变，伞叶和伞头可顺利的塞入固定板上的孔内，此时放开手，伞叶也恢复形状，两伞叶间的距离大于孔距，因此伞头无法脱出孔，此时吸盘也正好吸附在固定板上，由于吸盘为船型，只需使用100N以下的力就可实现吸盘安装吸附在固定板上，安装方便快捷。

1.一种固定线束的固定夹，其特征在于：包括夹口、吸盘和伞头，所述夹口连接吸盘，吸盘连接伞头，所述吸盘的盘口朝向伞头一侧，所述吸盘为船形，所述伞头上设有若干伞叶，所述伞叶为可发生形变的弹性制品。
