本发明公开了一种快建车库，涉及建筑改造技术领域，包括由多根轻钢柱搭建的轻钢顶架，在所述轻钢顶架上设有木铺地模块、绿化种植模块和空置模块，所述轻钢顶架设有通往地面的梯子。较之现有技术，本发明可以解决现有以解决现有住宅老社区停车位少的问题。

本发明涉及建筑改造技术领域，尤其是一种临时搭建的车库。
背景技术
随着人们收入的增加和生活的需要，越来越多的轿车进入了老百姓的家中，目前解决车辆停放的方法有露天停车场、地下车库和地上多层立体停车库，但这些停车方工均不适合在老建筑群旁建造，因为老社区的地面面积不可能增加，更不能拆除老旧建筑来建造新的立体停车库；尤其是在老老建筑群内组织公共集会或是展销会，停车就是老大难的问题，由于没有车库，人们就将车辆乱停，甚至占用绿化带和活动场地，严重影响了当地居民的生活；因此，住宅老社区新的停车方式亟待发现，以此来解决日益尖锐的人车矛盾。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种快建车库，以解决现有老社区停车位少的问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案为：这种快建车库包括由多根轻钢柱搭建的轻钢顶架，在所述轻钢顶架上设有木铺地模块、绿化种植模块和空置模块，所述轻钢顶架设有通往地面的梯子。
上述快建车库技术方案中，更具体的技术方案还可以是：所述木铺地模块包括正方形的轻钢框架和设在所述轻钢框架上的轻钢龙骨，在所述轻钢龙骨上设有木铺地；所述绿化种植模块包括方形的轻钢框架和设在所述轻钢框架上的轻钢种植箱，在所述轻钢种植箱内自下而上依次设有防水层、保护层、卵石排水层、泡沫塑料蓄水层、聚酯纤维土工布隔离层和种植土层；所述空置模块具有正方形的轻钢框架。
进一步的：所述轻钢框架由四根等长的轻钢条通过四个节点组合件拼接而成，四个所述节点组合件分别通过螺栓装在四根轻钢柱上。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：1、由于在老建筑群旁的通道上方搭建有轻钢顶架，并在轻钢顶架上设有由木铺地模块、绿化种植模块构成的绿化、活动和行走区域，进入老建筑群旁的快建车库区域，上层的人行系统和底层的车行系统即可分别连成整体，实现人车分离，人车各有所得；同时上层也为活动的分流、休闲提供了品质良好的空间，改善了在老社区建筑内的生活环境；2、由于是轻钢结构且主要模块均通过节点组合件拼接并通过螺栓装在轻钢柱上，标准化程度高，制造，安装快捷，适用于临时集会或展销会旁搭建。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详述：
如图1所示的快建车库包括由多根轻钢柱3搭建的轻钢顶架2，轻钢顶架2包括有木铺地模块、绿化种植模块和空置模块，轻钢顶架2设有多个通往地面的梯子1；木铺地模块包括正方形的轻钢框架4，正方形的轻钢框架由四根等长的轻钢条通过四个节点组合件14拼接而成，四个节点组合件14分别通过螺栓装在四根轻钢柱3上；在轻钢框架4上设有轻钢龙骨5，在轻钢龙骨5上扣接有木铺地6，本实施例的木铺地6为将带有木油保护层的木地板，如图2所示；绿化种植模块包括方形的轻钢框架4和装在轻钢框架4上的轻钢种植箱13，在轻钢种植箱13内自下而上依次设有防水层12、保护层11、卵石排水层10、泡沫塑料蓄水层9、聚酯纤维土工布隔离层8和种植土层7，如图3所示；空置模块具有正方形的轻钢框架。
搭建时，将轻钢顶架2的木铺地模块和绿化种植模块进行布局形成绿化、活动和行走区域，并使轻钢顶架2下方的原有树木从多个空置模块中穿出，即保护了原有的树木，又给上层的人行系统多一点绿荫。
在其他实施例中，木铺地中的木地板可为实木地板或复合木地板。

Claims (3)

1.一种快建车库，其特征在于：包括由多根轻钢柱（3）搭建的轻钢顶架（2），在所述轻钢顶架（2）上设有木铺地模块、绿化种植模块和空置模块，所述轻钢顶架（2）设有通往地面的梯子（1）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快建车库，其特征在于：所述木铺地模块包括正方形的轻钢框架和设在所述轻钢框架上的轻钢龙骨（5），在所述轻钢龙骨（5）上设有木铺地（6）；所述绿化种植模块包括方形的轻钢框架和设在所述轻钢框架上的轻钢种植箱（13），在所述轻钢种植箱（13）内自下而上依次设有防水层（12）、保护层（11）、卵石排水层（10）、泡沫塑料蓄水层（9）、聚酯纤维土工布隔离层（8）和种植土层（7）；所述空置模块具有正方形的轻钢框架。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的快建车库，其特征在于：所述轻钢框架由四根等长的轻钢条通过四个节点组合件（14）拼接而成，四个所述节点组合件（14）分别通过螺栓装在四根轻钢柱（3）上。
