Abstract
本发明公开了一种真空练泥机内用涂料,涉及陶瓷制造技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:环氧树脂20-30份、火山灰15-20份、钠基膨润土10-15份、海泡石粉10-15份、顺丁橡胶8-12份、石油沥青6-10份、羟丙基纤维素6-10份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5-8份、助剂4-6份、松香酸钠3-5份、二甲基硅油3-5份、稀土0.1-0.2份、醋酸丁酯50-60份、正丁醇70-80份。本发明涂料所形成的涂层不仅具有优异的耐磨性、耐高温性和耐腐蚀性,并且其光滑的涂层表面有利于避免泥料粘附,从而保证泥料成分不受影响和延长真空练泥机的使用寿命。

技术领域:
本发明涉及陶瓷制造技术领域,具体涉及一种真空练泥机内用涂料。
背景技术:
目前,在进行陶瓷制品加工时,为保证泥料密度均匀,需要使用真空练泥机制备泥料。真空练泥机包括加料斗、混练室和真空室,真空室连接出泥装置,出泥装置包括出泥筒,出泥筒中设有出料螺旋叶片。在练泥时,通过真空练泥机中的螺旋叶片搅拌泥料,由于泥料中含有水分和粒度较大的颗粒物,因此长期使用后真空练泥机内部会出现刮痕和生锈现象。为了避免锈斑污染泥料,需要在真空练泥机内部喷涂一层涂料。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种附着力强、涂层耐磨性和耐腐蚀性好的真空练泥机内用涂料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种真空练泥机内用涂料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
环氧树脂20-30份、火山灰15-20份、钠基膨润土10-15份、海泡石粉10-15份、顺丁橡胶8-12份、石油沥青6-10份、羟丙基纤维素6-10份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5-8份、助剂4-6份、松香酸钠3-5份、二甲基硅油3-5份、稀土0.1-0.2份、醋酸丁酯50-60份、正丁醇70-80份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)将环氧树脂和二甲基硅油加入正丁醇中,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入石油沥青和松香酸钠,继续微波处理10min,即得物料I;
(2)向醋酸丁酯中加入顺丁橡胶和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,浸泡30min后加热至回流状态保温15min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、火山灰、钠基膨润土、海泡石粉、羟丙基纤维素、助剂和稀土,充分混合均匀后加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm。
所述助剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:分子筛原粉10-15份、纳米陶瓷粉10-15份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚8-11份、氟碳树脂6-9份、玻璃纤维粉5-8份、纳米滑石粉5-8份、硬脂酸钙3-6份、木质素磺酸钠2-4份、尿素1-2份、乙醇100-120份,其制备方法为:将氟碳树脂和玻璃纤维粉加入乙醇中,加热至回流状态处理15min,再加入硬脂酸钙和尿素,继续回流处理10min,然后自然冷却至室温后加入分子筛原粉、纳米陶瓷粉、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、纳米滑石粉和木质素磺酸钠,充分混合后于0-5℃静置3h,最后经真空干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末。
该助剂加入涂料后能提高所形成涂层的表面光滑度,减少泥料在真空练泥机内部的附着,从而避免生锈。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所制涂料粘度适中、附着力强,喷涂于真空练泥机内部后能快速在其表面形成一层致密而坚硬的涂层,该涂层不仅具有优异的耐磨性、耐高温性和耐腐蚀性,并且其光滑的涂层表面有利于避免泥料粘附,从而保证泥料成分不受影响和延长真空练泥机的使用寿命。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)将20份环氧树脂和3份二甲基硅油加入70份正丁醇中,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入8份石油沥青和3份松香酸钠,继续微波处理10min,即得物料I;
(2)向50份醋酸丁酯中加入8份顺丁橡胶和7份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,浸泡30min后加热至回流状态保温15min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、15份火山灰、10份钠基膨润土、10份海泡石粉、6份羟丙基纤维素、4份助剂和0.1份稀土,充分混合均匀后加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm。
助剂的制备:将6份氟碳树脂和5份玻璃纤维粉加入100份乙醇中,加热至回流状态处理15min,再加入4份硬脂酸钙和1份尿素,继续回流处理10min,然后自然冷却至室温后加入10份分子筛原粉、12份纳米陶瓷粉、8份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、6份纳米滑石粉和3份木质素磺酸钠,充分混合后于0-5℃静置3h,最后经真空干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末。
实施例2
(1)将30份环氧树脂和5份二甲基硅油加入80份正丁醇中,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入6份石油沥青和4份松香酸钠,继续微波处理10min,即得物料I;
(2)向60份醋酸丁酯中加入10份顺丁橡胶和5份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,浸泡30min后加热至回流状态保温15min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、18份火山灰、12份钠基膨润土、10份海泡石粉、8份羟丙基纤维素、5份助剂和0.1份稀土,充分混合均匀后加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm。
助剂的制备:将9份氟碳树脂和7份玻璃纤维粉加入120份乙醇中,加热至回流状态处理15min,再加入6份硬脂酸钙和2份尿素,继续回流处理10min,然后自然冷却至室温后加入12份分子筛原粉、10份纳米陶瓷粉、10份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、8份纳米滑石粉和4份木质素磺酸钠,充分混合后于0-5℃静置3h,最后经真空干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末。

1.一种真空练泥机内用涂料,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
环氧树脂20-30份、火山灰15-20份、钠基膨润土10-15份、海泡石粉10-15份、顺丁橡胶8-12份、石油沥青6-10份、羟丙基纤维素6-10份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5-8份、助剂4-6份、松香酸钠3-5份、二甲基硅油3-5份、稀土0.1-0.2份、醋酸丁酯50-60份、正丁醇70-80份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)将环氧树脂和二甲基硅油加入正丁醇中,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入石油沥青和松香酸钠,继续微波处理10min,即得物料I;

2.根据权利要求1所述的真空练泥机内用涂料,其特征在于,所述助剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:分子筛原粉10-15份、纳米陶瓷粉10-15份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚8-11份、氟碳树脂6-9份、玻璃纤维粉5-8份、纳米滑石粉5-8份、硬脂酸钙3-6份、木质素磺酸钠2-4份、尿素1-2份、乙醇100-120份,其制备方法为:将氟碳树脂和玻璃纤维粉加入乙醇中,加热至回流状态处理15min,再加入硬脂酸钙和尿素,继续回流处理10min,然后自然冷却至室温后加入分子筛原粉、纳米陶瓷粉、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、纳米滑石粉和木质素磺酸钠,充分混合后于0-5℃静置3h,最后经真空干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末。
