Description

一种抗高温差玻璃纤维增强卷材
技术领域
本发明涉及一种屋顶用抗高温差玻璃纤维增强卷材。
背景技术
现阶段,屋顶做防水处理的量非常大,对于防水卷材的需求量也逐渐增多。但由于防水卷材使用的高分子材料,在室外环境下,尤其是高温环境下容易发生裂解,或是由于高温膨胀,夜晚温度降低,导致的膨胀和收缩造成防水卷材硬化、开裂,最终导致失效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种能够抵抗高温差由玻璃纤维增强的卷材,该卷材能够减少卷材内部温差、减少由于温差带来的膨胀和收缩。
为了实现上述目的,本发明包括,一个沥青胶质层,该沥青胶质层的下侧面附着下覆面层,所述沥青胶质层的上端包括一个上玻璃纤维层以及一个下玻璃纤维层,所述上下玻璃纤维层、之间包夹有一层相变层,该相变层由包裹有三水合醋酸钠粉料的圆柱体或球体均布形成,所述沥青胶质层的顶端附着有防水层,所述防水层、上玻璃纤维层、相变层、下玻璃纤维层以及沥青胶质层和下覆面层利用一体热模压工艺结合。
通过设置相变层,在室外高温下,相变层内的圆柱体或球体中装填的三水合醋酸钠会逐渐变为液态,从而吸收大量的热,降低沥卷材内部的温度,当室外温度降低,变为液态的三水合醋酸钠又转为固态,从而大大减小了卷材内部的温差,进而缩小了卷材的膨胀量和收缩量。同时由于相变层的存在提高了卷材自身温度的稳定性,减少了由于高温以及高温差给高分子材料带来的裂解的风险。将上玻璃纤维网设置在沥青胶质层上端面处,距离卷材最顶层非常近,利用玻璃纤维网的刚性限制卷层的上表面以及沥青胶质层上侧在高温和高温差下的膨胀量和收缩量,从而减少卷材表面开裂的风险。以上三点能够大幅提高卷材使用寿命和使用效果。
所述包裹三水合醋酸钠的圆柱体水平设置,所述圆柱体的底面直径不大于三厘米,所述包裹三水合醋酸钠的球体的直径不超过三厘米。限制直径最大值,可将圆柱体或球体做的尽可能小,提高比表面积,增加吸热的面积,提高热传导量,改善吸热和放热效果。
所述上玻璃纤维层与沥青胶质层的顶面重合。尽可能保护沥青胶质层表面不开裂。
所述防水层的厚度不大于二厘米。使热量尽快传入相变层。
所述圆柱体或球体中的三水合醋酸钠粉料中添加有硅酸钠作为成核剂,当温度降低,成核剂能够使液态的三水合醋酸钠尽快结晶。

下面结合附图对本发明做详细描述。
如图所示,本发明包括,包括一个沥青胶质层5,该沥青胶质层5的下侧面附着下覆面层6,所述沥青胶质层5的上端包括一个上玻璃纤维层2以及一个下玻璃纤维层4,所述上下玻璃纤维层2、4之间包夹有一层相变层3,该相变层3由包裹有三水合醋酸钠粉料的圆柱体或球体均布形成,所述沥青胶质层5的顶端附着有防水层,所述防水层1、上玻璃纤维层2、相变层3、下玻璃纤维层4以及沥青胶质层5和下覆面层6利用一体热模压工艺结合。
所述包裹三水合醋酸钠的圆柱体水平设置,所述圆柱体的底面直径不大于三厘米,所述包裹三水合醋酸钠的球体的直径不超过三厘米。
所述上玻璃纤维层2与沥青胶质层5的顶面重合。
所述防水层1的厚度不大于二厘米。
所述圆柱体或球体中的三水合醋酸钠粉料中添加有硅酸钠作为成核剂。

Claims (5)

1.一种抗高温差玻璃纤维增强卷材,包括一个沥青胶质层(5),该沥青胶质层(5)的下侧面附着下覆面层(6),其特征在于,所述沥青胶质层(5)的上端包括一个上玻璃纤维层(2)以及一个下玻璃纤维层(4),所述上下玻璃纤维层(2、4)之间包夹有一层相变层(3),该相变层(3)由包裹有三水合醋酸钠粉料的圆柱体或球体均布形成,所述沥青胶质层(5)的顶端附着有防水层,所述防水层(1)、上玻璃纤维层(2)、相变层(3)、下玻璃纤维层(4)以及沥青胶质层(5)和下覆面层(6)利用一体热模压工艺结合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高温差玻璃纤维增强卷材,其特征在于,所述包裹三水合醋酸钠的圆柱体水平设置,所述圆柱体的底面直径不大于三厘米,所述包裹三水合醋酸钠的球体的直径不超过三厘米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高温差玻璃纤维增强卷材,其特征在于,所述上玻璃纤维层(2)与沥青胶质层(5)的顶面重合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高温差玻璃纤维增强卷材,其特征在于,所述防水层(1)的厚度不大于二厘米。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的高温差玻璃纤维增强卷材,其特征在于,所述圆柱体或球体中的三水合醋酸钠粉料中添加有硅酸钠作为成核剂。
