技术领域
本发明属于海洋生物生产加工提取技术领域,具体涉及一种牡蛎钙活性精粉的制备方法。
背景技术
碳酸氢钙是一种无机酸式盐,易溶于水,化学式Ca(HCO3)2,相对分子质量162.06。钙元素(Ca)是重要的人体组成之一,一般总以钙离子形式存在。钙在人体内含量很大,绝大部分都存在于骨骼和牙齿中,很少量存在于血液和组织里。由于新陈代谢每天都需要从食物中补充一定量的钙。钙离子是机体各项生理活动不可缺少的离子。它维持细胞膜两侧的生物电位,维持正常的神经传导功能,维持正常的肌肉伸缩与舒张功能以及神经-肌肉传导功能,还有一些激素的作用机制均通过钙离子表现出来。它的主要生理功能均是基于以上的基本细胞功能,主要有:1.钙离子是凝血因子,参与凝血过程;2.参与肌肉(包括骨骼肌、平滑肌)收缩过程;3.参与神经递质合成与释放、激素合成与分泌;4.是骨骼构成的重要物质。机体一旦钙缺乏,就会发生免疫系统功能下降、紊乱,引发疾病。如自身免疫性疾病红斑狼疮、风湿病,皮炎、痤疮等。补钙,对治疗这些病有重要作用。所以,补钙是为了纠正钙平衡,防止体内的钙代谢紊乱和骨钙丢失,同时避免钙盐异常沉积在血管、软组织内,减少动脉粥样硬化的发生。适当补钙对延缓衰老、预防疾病有相当重要的意义。随着现代科技的进步,世上已研制出名目繁多的牡蛎保健食品,而牡蛎壳在经过加工处理后可变成可以使人体吸收利用的健康、有疗效的食品。我国卫生部已批准将牡蛎列为既是药材、又是具有保健疗效的食品。牡蛎壳的主要化学成份是碳酸钙,占99%,故多作烧石灰的原料,但中医早就将其作为药材入药。牡蛎壳作为保健食品的原料,主要是因为牡蛎壳中含有大量的钙,可成为含钙品的添加剂。因它与乳酸、萍果酸、柠檬酸等食用有机酸反应成有机酸钙盐,可添加到食品中去,制成妇女、儿童、老年人食用的含钙保健营养食品。科学研究显示,用牡蛎壳等原料制成的活性化钙粉中的钙离子有防癌的作用。目前,牡蛎保健食品发展十分迅速,新产品不断出现。我们可更进一步探索,科学开发、合理利用我国丰富的牡蛎资源。
关于钙离子的制备方法已有相关报道,其中邱于恺、张肇元的发明专利“生物活性钙离子组成物及其制造方法”,专利号200810093707.6,采用经由前处理、高温烧结、特定环境下熟成及研磨等步骤,以形成活性钙离子组成物。其方法需要1000-1500℃的温度,烧结时间10-15小时,存在耗能大,时间长的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种牡蛎钙活性精粉的制备方法,制得的牡蛎钙活性精粉中碳酸氢钙含量大于95.5%,并含有丰富的微量元素和矿物质等天然活性物质。该方法制得的碳酸氢钙品质好含量高,制品稳定性佳,天然活性物质含量丰富,与传统方法相比,生产过程能耗低、节省时间,是一项制备工艺先进、高效环保卫生、经济效益显著的生产技术。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种牡蛎钙活性精粉的制备方法,牡蛎壳经清洗、碾磨、煅烧、粉碎、溶解、收集CO2气体、过滤、加热浓缩、收集粗产品、再溶解、重结晶、干燥,制得牡蛎钙活性精粉,其中碳酸氢钙含量大于95.5%。
具体步骤如下:
步骤1:清洗牡蛎壳,清除泥土、杂质;
步骤2:将牡蛎壳采用球磨机碾磨,细度5-20目;
步骤3:将牡蛎壳粉煅烧,温度为600-800℃,时间3-4小时;
步骤4:将煅烧后的牡蛎壳用气流式超微粉碎机粉碎,转速23000r/min,细度300-400目;
步骤5:溶解,收集CO2气体,过滤,得滤液;
步骤6:将滤液加热浓缩至饱和,析出;
步骤7:过量通入CO2至有大量碳酸钙析出,继续通CO2,收集碳酸钙粗产品;
步骤8:再溶解,重结晶;溶剂用量为碳酸钙粗产品重量的30-50%,热过滤温度为80-90℃,溶剂为混合溶剂,按重量百分数计:乙醇30%、乙酸乙酯5%、柠檬酸5%和水60%;采用碳酸氢钙溶液作为酸碱平衡调节剂,调节混合溶剂的pH值为10-12;
步骤9:烘干、过筛、收集牡蛎钙活性精粉;烘干温度100-120℃,时间2-3h,牡蛎钙活性精粉含水量≤1.0%,过筛细度300-400目。
