Abstract
一种防起雾汽车后尾灯,由灯罩(1)、灯壳(2)、装饰框(3)与线束总成(4)组成,所述装饰框(3)固定在灯壳(2)上,灯罩(1)覆盖在装饰框(3)上方与灯壳(2)密封连接,灯壳(2)与线束总成(4)密封连接;所述装饰框(3)在转向灯反射碗(33)与倒车灯反射碗(32)外壁外设置有若干个凸起结构(35),在后雾灯反射碗(31)和制动灯反射碗(34)外部位置处设置有数个条状装饰纹(36),并在装饰纹(36)两端中设有通气口(37)。本发明,通过装饰框上的通气口与通气孔增强周缘外壁的空气流动性,以消除流动死角,再通过灯罩上的防雾涂层彻底解决车灯起雾问题,并使车灯外观更加美观。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车车灯技术领域,特别是涉及一种防起雾汽车后尾灯。
背景技术
随着经济建设对运输行业的要求,以及汽车工业的迅猛发展,大型和重型运输车的发展越来越快,但是大型和重型运输车由于车身较长、重力较重,安全事故也较多。
车灯作为机动车的眼睛,既起到了美观作用,同时也确保了机动车夜间行驶的安全性。现有车灯主要由灯壳、装饰框、灯泡、配光镜等部件组成。目前车灯出现的主要问题有灯内起雾,起雾不仅影响车灯使用寿命和外观,而且使得照明效果大打折扣,进而影响行车安全。车灯内起雾的原因是灯内水气在低于其饱和温度的配光镜表面形成水珠状凝结。灯泡点亮后灯泡周围的空气温度升高,从灯泡中心到车灯内部的各侧壁气温是递减的,其中靠近配光镜内表面附近温度最低。灯泡点亮后将产生大量热量,这部分热量主要集中在灯泡周围,对于那些空气流动不到的区域温度较低,这样的区域则容易形成雾气。
发明内容
根据上述问题,本发明提供了一种防起雾汽车后尾灯,其光源发射出的光线照射到装饰框的反射碗上,通过装饰框上的通气口与通气孔增强周缘外壁的空气流动性,以消除流动死角,再通过灯罩上的防雾涂层彻底解决车灯起雾问题,并使车灯外观更加美观。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:一种防起雾汽车后尾灯,由灯罩、灯壳、装饰框与线束总成组成,所述装饰框固定在灯壳上,灯罩覆盖在装饰框上方与灯壳密封连接,灯壳与线束总成密封连接;其特征在于:所述装饰框上分别设置有后雾灯反射碗、倒车灯反射碗、转向灯反射碗和制动灯反射碗,所述转向灯反射碗与倒车灯反射碗外壁上设置有若干个凸起结构,所述后雾灯反射碗和制动灯反射碗对称地设置在转向灯反射碗的两侧,所述后雾灯反射碗和制动灯反射碗外部位置处还设置有数个条状装饰纹,并在装饰纹两端中设有通气口。所述的凸起结构上一侧立面上设有通气孔。
所述灯罩的内表面涂覆有一层防雾涂层。
所述防雾涂层的厚度为0.1~50μm。
本发明,通过装饰框上的通气口与通气孔增强周缘外壁的空气流动性,以消除流动死角,再通过灯罩上的防雾涂层彻底解决车灯起雾问题,并使车灯外观更加美观。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
由图1知,一种防起雾汽车后尾灯,由灯罩1、灯壳2、装饰框3与线束总成4组成,所述装饰框3固定在灯壳2上,灯罩1覆盖在装饰框3上方与灯壳2密封连接,灯壳2与线束总成4密封连接;其特征在于:所述装饰框3上分别设置有后雾灯反射碗31、倒车灯反射碗32、转向灯反射碗33和制动灯反射碗34,所述转向灯反射碗33与倒车灯反射碗32外壁相连,并外壁上设置有若干个凸起结构35,所述后雾灯反射碗31和制动灯反射碗34对称地设置在转向灯反射碗33的两侧,所述后雾灯反射碗31和制动灯反射碗34外部位置处还设置有数个条状装饰纹36,并在装饰纹36两端中设有通气口37,所述的凸起结构35上一侧立面上设有通气孔38。通过装饰框3上的通气口37与通气孔38增强周缘外壁的空气流动性,以消除流动死角,所述灯罩1的内表面涂覆有一层防雾涂层,防雾涂层的厚度为0.1~50μm;再通过灯罩1上的防雾涂层彻底解决车灯起雾问题,并使车灯外观更加美观。

1.一种防起雾汽车后尾灯,由灯罩(1)、灯壳(2)、装饰框(3)与线束总成(4)组成,所述装饰框(3)固定在灯壳(2)上,灯罩(1)覆盖在装饰框(3)上方与灯壳(2)密封连接,灯壳(2)与线束总成(4)密封连接;其特征在于:所述装饰框(3)上分别设置有后雾灯反射碗(31)、倒车灯反射碗(32)、转向灯反射碗(33)和制动灯反射碗(34),所述转向灯反射碗(33)与倒车灯反射碗(32)外壁相连,并外壁上设置有若干个凸起结构(35),所述后雾灯反射碗(31)和制动灯反射碗(34)对称地设置在转向灯反射碗(33)的两侧,所述后雾灯反射碗(31)和制动灯反射碗(34)外部位置处还设置有数个条状装饰纹(36),并在装饰纹(36)两端中设有通气口(37)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防起雾汽车后尾灯,其特征在于:所述的凸起结构(35)上一侧立面上设有通气孔(38)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防起雾汽车后尾灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩(1)的内表面涂覆有一层防雾涂层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防起雾汽车后尾灯,其特征在于:所述防雾涂层的厚度为0.1~50μm。
