本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种服装面料用抗菌阻燃涂料。
背景技术
在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异。但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔软等几个方面的特点。由于户外环境复杂多变,为抵御恶劣环境对人体的伤害,保护身体热量不被散失以及快速排出运动时所产生的汗水,在登山、攀岩及其他户外运动时穿着,以适应野外各种天气变化对人体所带来的影响的服装叫做户外服。因此,需要改进现有面料的材料,使面料具有抗菌、阻燃等优异的性能。

本发明的目的是提供一种服装面料用抗菌阻燃涂料,该涂料具有更高的耐腐蚀性和抗菌性能,提高了防火性能,较现有技术具有较大改进。

本发明中丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯-醋酸乙烯三元共聚物具有优异的阻燃性,而其与有机硅改性苯丙乳液、醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液、以及氰酸酯环氧树脂共聚物的组合能够很好地提高涂膜致密性、防腐蚀性、耐水性、耐热、耐候性等性能。采用醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液,还可以极大地提高涂料抗沾粘性能,同时具有良好的弹性和韧性,其涂膜具有了良好抗开裂性能和耐沾污性和耐擦洗性能。
所述服装面料用抗菌阻燃涂料的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将聚羟丙基二甲基氯化铵、双酚A环氧树脂、有机硅改性苯丙乳液、氰酸酯环氧树脂共聚物、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、聚丙烯、单硬脂酸甘油单酯、苯二甲酸二丁酯、二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、聚溴化苯乙烯、瓜尔胶、聚乙烯醇、月桂酸加入去离子水中,加热搅拌均匀,保持温度为90-105℃,搅拌速度控制为300-400rad/min,静置2-2.5h后冷却至室温,过滤,滤液备用;
(2)按照所述重量份数将丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯-醋酸乙烯三元共聚物、云母粉、负离子添加剂、纳米氢氧化镁、纳米氢氧化铝送至球磨机,磨至粒径为30-50nm,然后混合搅拌,100-120r/min的速度搅拌40-50分钟,搅拌均匀得到混合物;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的混合物加入步骤(1)制得的滤液中,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度5500r/min,分散时间为55min;
(4)加入剩余的醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液、脂肪酸甘油酯、羟乙基纤维素、纤维素醚、2-苯基咪唑啉,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度4800r/min,分散时间为40min,得服装面料用抗菌阻燃涂料。

1.一种服装面料用抗菌阻燃涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:聚羟丙基二甲基氯化铵32~36份;双酚A环氧树脂25-28份;有机硅改性苯丙乳液23-25份;氰酸酯环氧树脂共聚物18-22份;聚乙烯醇缩丁醛27-30份;聚丙烯22-25份;单硬脂酸甘油单酯10-13份;云母粉16-20份;负离子添加剂13-15份;丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯-醋酸乙烯三元共聚物11-15份;醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液11-13份;苯二甲酸二丁酯10-16份;纳米氢氧化镁7-9份;纳米氢氧化铝5-7份;二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌15-19份;脂肪酸甘油酯5-8份;羟乙基纤维素3-6份;聚溴化苯乙烯2-3份;瓜尔胶3-5份;纤维素醚1-2份;2-苯基咪唑啉1-2份;聚乙烯醇2-3份;月桂酸1-2份;去离子水1200-1500份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的服装面料用抗菌阻燃涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:聚羟丙基二甲基氯化铵32份;双酚A环氧树脂25份;有机硅改性苯丙乳液23份;氰酸酯环氧树脂共聚物22份;聚乙烯醇缩丁醛30份;聚丙烯22份;单硬脂酸甘油单酯12份;云母粉18份;负离子添加剂14份;丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯-醋酸乙烯三元共聚物15份;醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液13份;苯二甲酸二丁酯16份;纳米氢氧化镁8份;纳米氢氧化铝5份;二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌15份;脂肪酸甘油酯5份;羟乙基纤维素6份;聚溴化苯乙烯2份;瓜尔胶5份;纤维素醚1份;2-苯基咪唑啉2份;聚乙烯醇2份;月桂酸1份;去离子水1200份。

6.根据权利要求1所述的服装面料用抗菌阻燃涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:聚羟丙基二甲基氯化铵35份;双酚A环氧树脂28份;有机硅改性苯丙乳液23份;氰酸酯环氧树脂共聚物18份;聚乙烯醇缩丁醛27份;聚丙烯24份;单硬脂酸甘油单酯11份;云母粉18份;负离子添加剂13份;丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯-醋酸乙烯三元共聚物12份;醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液12份;苯二甲酸二丁酯14份;纳米氢氧化镁9份;纳米氢氧化铝6份;二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌15份;脂肪酸甘油酯5份;羟乙基纤维素3份;聚溴化苯乙烯2份;瓜尔胶4份;纤维素醚1.5份;2-苯基咪唑啉1份;聚乙烯醇2.5份;月桂酸2份;去离子水1400-1500份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的服装面料用抗菌阻燃涂料,其特征在于:所述纳米氢氧化镁的粒径为20-50nm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的服装面料用抗菌阻燃涂料,其特征在于:所述纳米氢氧化铝的粒径为30-40nm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的服装面料用抗菌阻燃涂料,其特征在于:所述负离子添加剂采用天然带电矿物质材料。
10.根据权利要求1所述的服装面料用抗菌阻燃涂料,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯-醋酸乙烯三元共聚物中,按重量百分比计,丙烯酸酯占45%,苯乙烯占33%,醋酸乙烯占22%,共聚物的重均分子量为80000-100000,并且具有5mgKOH/g的羟基值,平均粒径为0.7-1μm。
