技术领域
本发明涉及一种可广泛用于内外墙,混凝土表面,绝大多数无机和有机材料表面的保护、装饰、装修等领域的水漆,尤其是一种抗污型弹性拉花水漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,环境保护越来越受到人们的重视,人们对色彩的认识和追求也在提高,所以以后的建筑物会是五颜六色,色彩缤纷。环保的水性漆可以呈现这个斑斓的世界。我们都知道普通平涂的乳胶漆的漆膜厚度只要30微米左右,对我们的建筑物的保护是远远不够的,普通乳胶漆如果一次性涂装厚了就不行,所以我们需要可以一次性厚涂的涂料。现在工程涂装人工费用是个重头,施工的遍数越多费用也越高,而且安全的风险也越大,所以我们做工程有朝着简易化方向发展的趋势。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗污型弹性拉花水漆及其制备方法,能够解决现有技术的不足,可以提高漆膜质量,性能优越。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下。
一种抗污型弹性拉花水漆,包括以下组分:

A、按配比在分散缸中加入水和乙二醇,在搅拌下按配比加入镁铝硅酸盐,搅拌使其浸润后再高速分散至细度小于60微米,按配比加入有机胺;
B、按配比在搅拌下依次在分散缸中加入分散剂和消泡剂;
C、按配比在搅拌下加入钛白粉,重质碳酸钙和蜡浆,刮净缸边后高速分散至细度小于60微米;
D、按配比按顺序在搅拌中依次加入弹性树脂、成膜助剂,防腐剂;
E、根据实际需要调至所需的颜色后,用100目的过滤网过滤包装。
采用上述技术方案所带来的有益效果在于:本发明以弹性树脂为基料,以纳米镁铝硅酸盐的电荷性和乳液及体系的离子形成稳定的卡片屋结构作为支撑骨架,可以一次性获得厚的涂膜而形成高凹不平的荔枝面美丽花纹;通过单独使用纳米镁铝硅酸盐为增稠触变剂,克服了水性涂料常用的纤维素、丙烯酸等增稠剂对泡沫的稳定作用;因为润湿剂在水性漆里面可以制造泡沫和稳定泡沫,通过使用纳米镁铝硅酸盐,由于其亲水的电离性能可以不用在此漆里添加润湿剂,而获得无针孔的完整漆膜。加入蜡浆来提高疏水性、耐污性,经高速分散和低速混合搅拌而成。本方法生产过程简单,配方组成稳定,加工效率高,无三废的排放。该水漆有较好的弹性和可以一次性获得较厚的涂膜,涂膜美观无针孔,有效的保护墙体,其涂膜具有立体感,提高了装饰效果,很大程度地提高施工效率,降低了高空作业风险;克服了现行单一功能涂料的缺陷,聚多种功能于一体的功能性涂料。本发明为环境友好物质,完全符合国家对节能环保建材的环保要求,是国家重点推广的绿色建材。
与现有的普通水性涂料相比,本发明的有益效果是:选用了弹性树脂,能满足基材的温变能力,使用范围广。选用了镁铝硅酸盐为支撑骨架,,以纳米镁铝硅酸盐的电荷性和乳液及体系的离子形成稳定的卡片屋结构作为支撑骨架,可以一次性获得厚的涂膜而形成高凹不平的荔枝面美丽花纹;通过单独使用纳米镁铝硅酸盐为增稠触变剂,克服了水性涂料常用的纤维素、丙烯酸等增稠剂对泡沫的稳定作用;因为润湿剂在水性漆里面可以制造泡沫和稳定泡沫,通过使用纳米镁铝硅酸盐,由于其亲水的电离性能可以不用在此漆里添加润湿剂,而获得无针孔的完整漆膜,提高了施工应用效率,提高了装饰效果和对基材的保护作用。选用了蜡浆作为防污剂,提高了耐污性。
具体实施方式
本发明各实施例中所用的水为普通自来水、乙二醇为工业级、镁铝硅酸盐为浙江华特集团的BP-188B、有机胺为工业级的三乙醇胺。分散剂为陶氏化学的特好散963、消泡剂为巴斯夫的FOAMASTERMO2155、钛白粉为四川龙蟒的R-996、重质碳酸钙为江西金源的CC-700、蜡浆为翁开尔的ULTRALUBEMD-2000、弹性树脂为河北新光化工的XG-2135、成膜助剂为伊斯曼的TEXNAL、防腐剂为罗门哈斯的ROCIMAMBX。
实施例1
一种抗污型弹性拉花水性面漆,其制备原料包括:水、乙二醇、镁铝硅酸盐、有机胺、分散剂、消泡剂、钛白粉、重质碳酸钙、蜡浆、弹性树脂、成膜助剂、防腐剂。
本发明还提供了上述的一种抗污型弹性拉花水性面漆的制备方法,具体步骤为:
第一步:在分散缸中加入水10重量份后开始慢速搅拌,在搅拌中加入乙二醇2重量份和在搅拌下按配比加入镁铝硅酸盐0.5重量份,搅拌使其浸润后再高速分散至细度小于60微米,按配比加入有机胺0.1重量份;
第二步:在搅拌下依次在分散缸中加入分散剂0.7重量份和消泡剂0.5重量份;
第三步:在搅拌下加入钛白粉13重量份,重质碳酸钙40重量份和蜡浆2重量份,刮净缸边后高速分散至细度小于60微米;
第四步:按顺序在搅拌中依次加入弹性树脂35重量份、成膜助剂0.5重量份,防腐剂0.3重量份、
第五步:用氧化铁黄2重量份调成黄色后,用100目过滤网过滤包装。
实施例2
一种抗污型弹性拉花水性面漆,其制备原料包括:水、乙二醇、镁铝硅酸盐、有机胺、分散剂、消泡剂、钛白粉、重质碳酸钙、蜡浆、弹性树脂、成膜助剂、防腐剂。
本发明还提供了上述的一种抗污型弹性拉花水性面漆的制备方法,具体步骤为:
第一步:在分散缸中加入水13重量份后开始慢速搅拌,在搅拌中加入乙二醇1.5重量份和在搅拌下按配比加入镁铝硅酸盐0.8重量份,搅拌使其浸润后再高速分散至细度小于60微米,按配比加入有机胺0.1重量份;
第二步:在搅拌下依次在分散缸中加入分散剂0.6重量份和消泡剂0.8重量份;
第三步:在搅拌下加入钛白粉15重量份,重质碳酸钙35重量份和蜡浆3重量份,刮净缸边后高速分散至细度小于60微米;
第四步:按顺序在搅拌中依次加入弹性树脂40重量份、成膜助剂0.8重量份,防腐剂0.3重量份、
第五步:用氧化铁红2重量份调成红色后,用100目过滤网过滤包装。
实施例3
一种抗污型弹性拉花水性面漆,其制备原料包括:水、乙二醇、镁铝硅酸盐、有机胺、分散剂、消泡剂、钛白粉、重质碳酸钙、蜡浆、弹性树脂、成膜助剂、防腐剂。
本发明还提供了上述的一种抗污型弹性拉花水性面漆的制备方法,具体步骤为:
第一步:在分散缸中加入水15重量份后开始慢速搅拌,在搅拌中加入乙二醇1.重量份和在搅拌下按配比加入镁铝硅酸盐1重量份,搅拌使其浸润后再高速分散至细度小于60微米,按配比加入有机胺0.1重量份;
第二步:在搅拌下依次在分散缸中加入分散剂0.5重量份和消泡剂1重量份;
第三步:在搅拌下加入钛白粉18重量份,重质碳酸钙30重量份和蜡浆4重量份,刮净缸边后高速分散至细度小于60微米;
第四步:按顺序在搅拌中依次加入弹性树脂45重量份、成膜助剂1重量份,防腐剂0.3重量份、
第五步:用碳黑色浆1重量份调成灰色后,用100目过滤网过滤包装。

以下份数均为重量份数,
水:10~15份;乙二醇:1~2份;镁铝硅酸盐:0.5~1份;有机胺:0.1~0.2份;分散剂:0.5~1份;消泡剂:0.5~1份;钛白粉:10~20份;重质碳酸钙:30~40份;蜡浆:2~5份;弹性树脂:35~45份;成膜助剂:0.5~1份;防腐剂:0.2~0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗污型弹性拉花水漆,其特征在于:所述镁铝硅酸盐为硅酸镁锂盐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗污型弹性拉花水漆,其特征在于:所述有机胺为三乙醇胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗污型弹性拉花水漆,其特征在于:所述分散剂为聚羧酸盐。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗污型弹性拉花水漆,其特征在于:所述蜡浆为聚乙烯蜡分散体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗污型弹性拉花水漆,其特征在于:所述弹性树脂为有机硅改性的丙烯酸聚合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的抗污型弹性拉花水漆,其特征在于:所述成膜助剂为2,2,4-三甲基-1,3戊二醇单异丁酸酯。
8.一种权利要求1-7任意一项所述的抗污型弹性拉花水漆的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A、按配比在分散缸中加入水和乙二醇,在搅拌下按配比加入镁铝硅酸盐,搅拌使其浸润后再高速分散至细度小于60微米,按配比加入有机胺;
B、按配比在搅拌下依次在分散缸中加入分散剂和消泡剂;
C、按配比在搅拌下加入钛白粉,重质碳酸钙和蜡浆,刮净缸边后高速分散至细度小于60微米;
D、按配比按顺序在搅拌中依次加入弹性树脂、成膜助剂,防腐剂;
E、根据实际需要调至所需的颜色后,用100目的过滤网过滤包装。
