Abstract

本发明涉及化工领域,具体来说是一种淋膜纸的制备工艺。所述淋膜纸的制备工艺包括:原纸选择,淋膜原料选择,淋膜原料混合熔融,淋膜机淋膜,液压冷却成型。本发明,有效地减少现有淋膜纸制造方法的染色及烘干等步骤,大幅缩短有色淋膜纸的加工生产时间且降低制造成本,同时操作简单,方便投产。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工领域,具体来说是一种淋膜纸的制备工艺。
背景技术
淋膜纸因具有防潮、防油、隔离效果佳等优点,已经在广告、印刷、包装、电子等行业中广泛应用。所以一个成熟的淋膜纸的制备工艺对现在工厂生产有极大的促进作用,同时简化工艺流程,使得生产效率提高,经济效益提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种淋膜纸的制备工艺。
为实现这样的目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种淋膜纸的制备工艺,所述淋膜纸的制备工艺包括:
1)原纸选择,选用厚度为20g/m2~300g/m2的白纸;
2)淋膜原料选择,选用聚乙烯为母料,述添加剂由热熔胶、硬脂酸、聚乙烯蜡、无机粉体及低密度聚乙烯组成;
3)淋膜原料混合熔融,把淋膜原料加热熔化,然后将其加入淋膜机的料斗;
4)淋膜机淋膜,把步骤3)加入到料斗的淋膜原料喷射到原纸表面;
5)液压冷却成型,然后在经过液压轧平及冷却定型而制造出需要的淋膜纸。
所述的一种淋膜纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述选用聚乙烯材料进行淋膜加工,加工温度为150℃~350℃。
所述的一种淋膜纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述淋膜原料组分占有:聚乙烯母料占有85%—90%,添加剂占有:5%—15%。
所述的一种淋膜纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述添加剂中各组分占有量:热熔胶6%—8%,硬脂酸2%—4%,聚乙烯蜡2%—4%,无机粉体60%—80%,低密度聚乙烯15%—25%。
本发明的有益结果:
有效地减少现有淋膜纸制造方法的染色及烘干等步骤,大幅缩短有色淋膜纸的加工生产时间且降低制造成本,同时操作简单,方便投产。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种淋膜纸的制备工艺,所述淋膜纸的制备工艺包括:
1)原纸选择,选用厚度为300g/m2的白纸;
2)淋膜原料选择,选用聚乙烯为母料,述添加剂由热熔胶、硬脂酸、聚乙烯蜡、无机粉体及低密度聚乙烯组成,淋膜原料中聚乙烯母料占有85%,添加剂占有:15%,,同时添加剂中各组分占有量:热熔胶8%,硬脂酸4%,聚乙烯蜡4%,无机粉体59%,低密度聚乙烯25%;
3)淋膜原料混合熔融,把淋膜原料加热熔化,然后将其加入淋膜机的料斗;
4)淋膜机淋膜,把步骤3)加入到料斗的淋膜原料喷射到原纸表面,加工温度为150℃~350℃。
5)液压冷却成型,然后在经过液压轧平及冷却定型而制造出需要的淋膜纸。
实施例2
一种淋膜纸的制备工艺,所述淋膜纸的制备工艺包括:
1)原纸选择,选用厚度为200g/m2的白纸;
2)淋膜原料选择,选用聚乙烯为母料,述添加剂由热熔胶、硬脂酸、聚乙烯蜡、无机粉体及低密度聚乙烯组成,淋膜原料中聚乙烯母料占有85%,添加剂占有:15%,,同时添加剂中各组分占有量:热熔胶5%,硬脂酸3%,聚乙烯蜡3%,无机粉体69%,低密度聚乙烯20%;
3)淋膜原料混合熔融,把淋膜原料加热熔化,然后将其加入淋膜机的料斗;
4)淋膜机淋膜,把步骤3)加入到料斗的淋膜原料喷射到原纸表面,加工温度为250℃。
5)液压冷却成型,然后在经过液压轧平及冷却定型而制造出需要的淋膜纸。
实施例3
一种淋膜纸的制备工艺,所述淋膜纸的制备工艺包括:
1)原纸选择,选用厚度为250g/m2的白纸;
2)淋膜原料选择,选用聚乙烯为母料,述添加剂由热熔胶、硬脂酸、聚乙烯蜡、无机粉体及低密度聚乙烯组成,淋膜原料中聚乙烯母料占有90%,添加剂占有:10%,同时添加剂中各组分占有量:热熔胶7%,硬脂酸4%,聚乙烯蜡4%,无机粉体65%,低密度聚乙烯20%;
3)淋膜原料混合熔融,把淋膜原料加热熔化,然后将其加入淋膜机的料斗;
4)淋膜机淋膜,把步骤3)加入到料斗的淋膜原料喷射到原纸表面,加工温度为300℃。
5)液压冷却成型,然后在经过液压轧平及冷却定型而制造出需要的淋膜纸。
经过以上工艺步骤后,取出淋膜纸样品,待测:
由以上数据可知,生产出的淋膜纸拉伸强度在6.0MPa以上,拉伸强度高,粘合强度在7.0MPa以上,粘合性好,不会出现开裂现象,阻隔性在8.0左右,说明其隔气、隔水、隔油等性能良好,并且该淋膜纸制备工艺简单,节省成本,成品质量好,易掌握,易实现大规模生产。
显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (4)

1.一种淋膜纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述淋膜纸的制备工艺包括:
原纸选择,选用厚度为20g/m2~300g/m2的白纸;
淋膜原料选择,选用聚乙烯为母料,述添加剂由热熔胶、硬脂酸、聚乙烯蜡、无机粉体及低密度聚乙烯组成;
淋膜原料混合熔融,把淋膜原料加热熔化,然后将其加入淋膜机的料斗;
淋膜机淋膜,把步骤3)加入到料斗的淋膜原料喷射到原纸表面;
液压冷却成型,然后在经过液压轧平及冷却定型而制造出需要的淋膜纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种淋膜纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述选用聚乙烯材料进行淋膜加工,加工温度为150℃~350℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种淋膜纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述淋膜原料组分占有:聚乙烯母料占有85%—90,添加剂占有:5%—15%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种淋膜纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述添加剂中各组分占有量:热熔胶6%—8%,硬脂酸2%—4%,聚乙烯蜡2%—4%,无机粉体60%—80%,低密度聚乙烯15%—25%。
