本发明提供了一种板材自动赋码机,包括底座,底座一侧设有控制电气柜,底座两边分别设有放料机和卷料机, 底座上设有主动辊支架、从动辊支架、真空吸板支架及喷印支架,所述主动辊支架上设有主动辊,主动辊通过联轴器与主动辊伺服电机连接在一起,主动辊上设有辊子平衡装置,从动辊支架上设有从动辊,真空吸板支架上设有真空吸板,真空吸板上设有限位销,喷印支架上安有丝杠,导轨、原点开关、喷头支架、喷码伺服电机,喷头支架上设有板材传感器、喷头和固化灯。本发明板材自动赋码机,生产工艺及结构简洁,设备自动化程度高,通过直接对PE板材进行赋码,再覆膜冲压生产成二维码垫片,大大节省生产成本。

技术领域
本发明属于机械领域,具体地说涉及一种板材自动赋码机。
背景技术
当前,二维码技术应用已经推广到各行各业,特别是包装行业,尤其是瓶盖内垫上如何进行低成本二维码赋码,已经成为众多厂家亟待需要解决的问题。现有的内垫二维码赋码,是通过在PE塑料膜上进行赋码,然后赋码的PE膜再对板材进行覆膜,赋好膜的板材进行冲压成二维码垫片。在PE膜进行二维码赋码,工艺复杂,设备昂贵,赋码成本高。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种板材自动赋码机,解决了背景技术中二维码赋码工艺复杂、设备昂贵、赋码成本高的缺点。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:板材自动赋码机,包括底座,底座一侧设有控制电气柜,底座两边分别设有放料机和卷料机,底座上设有主动辊支架、从动辊支架、真空吸板支架及喷印支架,所述主动辊支架上设有主动辊,主动辊通过联轴器与主动辊伺服电机连接在一起,主动辊上设有辊子平衡装置,从动辊支架上设有从动辊,真空吸板支架上设有真空吸板,真空吸板上设有限位销,喷印支架上安有丝杠,导轨、原点开关、喷头支架、喷码伺服电机,喷头支架上设有板材传感器、喷头和固化灯;
所述放料机上设有放料辊、放料传感器和放料电机;
所述卷料机上设有卷料辊、卷料传感器和卷料电机;
真空吸板支架上设有视觉检测相机;
喷头支架上还设有电晕机。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明板材自动赋码机,生产工艺及结构简洁,设备自动化程度高,通过直接对PE板材进行赋码,再覆膜冲压生产成二维码垫片,大大节省生产成本。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解与实施,下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述:板材自动赋码机,包括底座1,底座1一侧设有控制电气柜8,底座1两边分别设有放料机6和卷料机7,底座1上设有主动辊支架2、从动辊支架4、真空吸板支架3及喷印支架5,主动辊支架2上设有主动辊9,主动辊9通过联轴器10与主动辊伺服电机11连接在一起,主动辊9上设有辊子平衡装置14,从动辊支架4上设有从动辊12,真空吸板支架3上设有真空吸板13,真空吸板13上设有限位销15和视觉检测相机16,喷印支架5上安有丝杠17,导轨18、原点开关32、喷头支架19、喷码伺服电机20,喷头支架19上设有板材传感器21、电晕机22、喷头23和UV固化灯24,放料机6上设有放料辊28、放料传感器26和放料电机27,卷料机7上设有卷料辊30、卷料传感器25和卷料电机29。
PE板材31在手工牵引下从放料机6中进入,经过从动辊12、主动辊9到达卷料机7上进行粘贴安装,为自动喷码做准备工作。在控制系统电气柜8上利用启动按钮进行整体设备启动,设备启动后喷码伺服电机20通过联轴器10带动丝杠17转动,在丝杠17的带动下喷头支架19移动到原点开关32位置停下进行机械原点定位,来确保丝杠移动的准确度。喷头支架19原点定位结束后,在程序的控制下,真空吸板13动作,产生真空将PE板材31平整的吸附在真空吸板13上,然后喷头支架19带动PE板材传感器21、电晕机22、喷头23和UV固化灯24由左向右匀速移动,当PE板材传感器21检测到PE板材31时,电晕机22启动,电晕机22对PE板材31进行表面处理,来增加油墨的附着力,紧随喷头23在程序控制下根据排版模式开始喷码工作,最后在UV固化灯24的烘烤下将喷印码烘干固化。整个喷码结束后,喷头支架19在喷码伺服电机20的带动下返回起始点。同时,起张紧作用的从动辊12配合主动辊伺服电机11带动的主动辊9按照程序预设值进行PE板材31送料,限位销15能够保障整卷PE板材31左右位置,提高喷头23左右喷码精度。送料结束后,喷头支架19继续带动PE板材传感器21、电晕机22、喷头23和UV固化灯24按排版模式进行循环喷码工作。放料机6和卷料机7在放料传感器26、卷料传感器29的的控制下进行放、卷料工作。视觉检测相机16检测板材赋码行间距的准确度,对其偏移量进行自动补偿,提高板材赋码的整体质量。

1.板材自动赋码机,包括底座(1),底座(1)一侧设有控制电气柜(8),底座(1)两边分别设有放料机(6)和卷料机(7),底座(1)上设有主动辊支架(2)、从动辊支架(4)、真空吸板支架(3)及喷印支架(5),其特征在于所述主动辊支架(2)上设有主动辊(9),主动辊(9)通过联轴器(10)与主动辊伺服电机(11)连接在一起,主动辊(9)上设有辊子平衡装置(14),从动辊支架(4)上设有从动辊(12),真空吸板支架(3)上设有真空吸板(13),真空吸板(13)上设有限位销(15),喷印支架(5)上安有丝杠(17),导轨(18)、原点开关(32)、喷头支架(19)、喷码伺服电机(20),喷头支架(19)上设有板材传感器(21)、喷头(23)和固化灯(24)。
2.如权利要求1所述的板材自动赋码机,其特征在于所述放料机(6)上设有放料辊(28)、放料传感器(26)和放料电机(27)。
3.如权利要求1所述的板材自动赋码机,其特征在于所述卷料机(7)上设有卷料辊(30)、卷料传感器(25)和卷料电机(29)。
4.如权利要求1所述的板材自动赋码机,其特征在于真空吸板支架(3)上设有视觉检测相机(16)。
5.如权利要求1所述的板材自动赋码机,其特征在于喷头支架(19)上还设有电晕机(22)。
