一种玻璃夹层PVB的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及本发明涉及包装材料生产领域,特别是涉及一种玻璃夹层PVB的生产工艺。
背景技术
PVB玻璃夹层膜是由聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂,经增塑剂DHA塑化挤压而成型的一种高分子材料。PVB玻璃夹层膜厚度一般为0.38mm和0.76mm两种,对无机玻璃具有良好的粘结性,具有透明、耐热、耐寒、耐湿,机械强度高等特性。PVB薄膜主要用于夹层玻璃,是在两块玻璃之间夹进一层以聚乙烯醇缩丁醛为主要成分的PVB薄膜。PVB夹层玻璃具有很高的强度、韧性,而且抗碰撞能力、安全性好,透明度高。一旦破碎,内外两层玻璃的碎片仍能粘结在PVB薄膜上。PVB薄膜具有较大的韧性,在承受撞击时会拱起从而吸收一部分撞击能量,具有一定缓冲作用,其高速冲击强度要高于钢化玻璃。现场调查记录也表明钢化玻璃与夹层玻璃相比具有更高的伤亡率,其碎片扎伤眼睛的比率也较高。除安全性之处,汽车用PVB夹层玻璃同样具有防盗性、隔音性、防紫外线、节能等特点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种玻璃夹层PVB的生产工艺。
为实现这样的目的,本发明的技术方案:采用多个料口进料,再输送到挤出机中熔融塑化挤出,制作出一种多层膜,充分体现了,科学,经济的原则,同时也增强了薄膜强度。本发明的具体工艺如下:
1)配好的物料,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂,增塑剂DHA;
2)真空上料,利用真空吸力来传送颗粒和粉末状物料的无尘密闭管道输送;聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂,增塑剂DHA;
3)挤出机,把上述步骤2)传送到挤出机的物料,在挤出机中熔融塑化后再挤出,:加热,以30—40℃/h的升温速率加温至150—160℃,保持10—20分钟,塑化,加压;
4)T型口模流延,采用T型机头进行流延;
5)气刀吹贴,靠气刀吹出的压缩空气把流延料吹贴到冷却辊进行冷却;
6)冷却辊冷却,对被气刀吹到冷却辊上的流延料进行冷却;
7)测薄膜厚度,用测厚装置测量生产的薄膜厚度;
8)电晕处理,在牵引机中,薄膜要进行静电消除的处理;
9)分切边料,用修边机进行边料修剪;
10)收卷辊展平卷取,利用收卷装置进行薄膜的收卷。
所述的一种玻璃夹层PVB的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述挤出机螺杆直径50-150mm。
所述的一种玻璃夹层PVB的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述T型口模流延,T型口具有均匀的温度分布,同时机口温度为230℃-250℃。
所述的一种玻璃夹层PVB的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述冷却辊的温度20℃-30℃。
所述的一种玻璃夹层PVB的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述电晕处理:在电晕装置中进行电晕处理,时间为20-30min,电晕电压为50-60Kv;

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种玻璃夹层PVB的生产工艺,所述工艺步骤包括:
1)配好的物料,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂,增塑剂DHA;
2)真空上料,利用真空吸力来传送颗粒和粉末状物料的无尘密闭管道输送;
3)挤出机,把上述步骤2)传送到挤出机的物料,在挤出机中熔融塑化后再挤出,加热,以30℃/h的升温速率加温至150℃,保持15分钟,塑化,加压,挤出机螺杆直径80mm;
4)T型口模流延,采用T型机头进行流延,T型口具有均匀的温度分布,同时机口温度为230℃;
5)气刀吹贴,靠气刀吹出的压缩空气把流延料吹贴到冷却辊进行冷却;
6)冷却辊冷却,对被气刀吹到冷却辊上的流延料进行冷却,所述冷却辊的温度25℃;
7)测薄膜厚度,用测厚装置测量生产的薄膜厚度;
8)电晕处理,在牵引机中,薄膜要进行静电消除的处理,在电晕装置中进行电晕处理,时间为20min,电晕电压为50Kv;
9)分切边料,用修边机进行边料修剪;
10)收卷辊展平卷取,利用收卷装置进行薄膜的收卷。
实施例2
一种玻璃夹层PVB的生产工艺,所述工艺步骤包括:
1)配好的物料,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂,增塑剂DHA;
2)真空上料,利用真空吸力来传送颗粒和粉末状物料的无尘密闭管道输送;
3)把上述步骤2)传送到挤出机的物料,在挤出机中熔融塑化后再挤出,:加热,以35℃/h的升温速率加温至,160℃,保持20分钟,塑化,加压,挤出机螺杆直径80mm;
4)T型口模流延,采用T型机头进行流延,T型口具有均匀的温度分布,同时机口温度为240℃;
5)气刀吹贴,靠气刀吹出的压缩空气把流延料吹贴到冷却辊进行冷却;
6)冷却辊冷却,对被气刀吹到冷却辊上的流延料进行冷却,所述冷却辊的温度20℃;
7)测薄膜厚度,用测厚装置测量生产的薄膜厚度;
8)电晕处理,在牵引机中,薄膜要进行静电消除的处理,在电晕装置中进行电晕处理,时间为20-30min,电晕电压为50-60Kv
9)分切边料,用修边机进行边料修剪;
10)收卷辊展平卷取,利用收卷装置进行薄膜的收卷。

1.一种玻璃夹层PVB的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述工艺步骤包括:
1)配好的物料,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂,增塑剂DHA;
2)真空上料,利用真空吸力来传送颗粒和粉末状物料的无尘密闭管道输送;聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂,增塑剂DHA;
3)挤出机,把上述步骤2)传送到挤出机的物料,在挤出机中熔融塑化后再挤出,:加热,以30—40℃/h的升温速率加温至150—160℃,保持10—20分钟,塑化,加压;
4)T型口模流延,采用T型机头进行流延;
5)气刀吹贴,靠气刀吹出的压缩空气把流延料吹贴到冷却辊进行冷却;
6)冷却辊冷却,对被气刀吹到冷却辊上的流延料进行冷却;
7)测薄膜厚度,用测厚装置测量生产的薄膜厚度;
8)电晕处理,在牵引机中,薄膜要进行静电消除的处理;
9)分切边料,用修边机进行边料修剪;
10)收卷辊展平卷取,利用收卷装置进行薄膜的收卷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃夹层PVB的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述挤出机螺杆直径50-150mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃夹层PVB的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述T型口模流延,T型口具有均匀的温度分布,同时机口温度为230℃-250℃。
