本发明公开了一种治疗肩周炎的药物组合物，由以下重量组分的活性成分构成：15-20份干姜，卷叶贝母2-3份，5-7份颠茄草，3-5份玉米须，2-3份大金钱草，4-7份薏米，3-5份西洋蒲公英，1-2份鹅肠草，0.3-0.5份蝉蜕，艾叶3-4份。本发明具有祛风除湿，清热解毒的功效，能有效的治疗肩周炎引起的疼痛，解除肩关节活动限制、肌肉痉挛和萎缩等症状，达到有效的治疗肩周炎的目的，好转率98％。

一种治疗肩周炎的药物组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗肩周炎的药物组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
肩周炎是以肩部逐渐产生疼痛，夜间为甚，逐渐加重，肩关节活动功能受限而且日益加重，达到某种程度后逐渐缓解，直至最后完全复原为主要表现的肩关节囊及其周围韧带、肌腱和滑囊的慢性特异性炎症。肩周炎是以肩关节疼痛和活动不便为主要症状的常见病症。本病的好发年龄在50岁左右，女性发病率略高于男性，多见于体力劳动者。如得不到有效的治疗，有可能严重影响肩关节的功能活动。肩关节可有广泛压痛，并向颈部及肘部放射，还可出现不同程度的三角肌的萎缩。
目前，对肩周炎主要是保守治疗：口服消炎镇痛药，物理治疗，痛点局部封闭，按摩推拿、自我按摩等综合疗法。口服消炎镇痛药对人体的副作用较大。物理、按摩治疗效果较差，反复发作，经久不愈、病程延长，给患者带来了极大的经济负担和精神痛苦。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗肩周炎的药物组合物，本发明以传统中药为主要活性成分，施药方便，副作用小，治愈率高。
根据本发明的一个方面，本发明提供了一种治疗肩周炎的药物组合物，由以下重量组分的活性成分构成：
15-20份干姜，卷叶贝母2-3份，5-7份颠茄草，3-5份玉米须，2-3份大金钱草，4-7份薏米，3-5份西洋蒲公英，1-2份鹅肠草，0.3-0.5份蝉蜕，艾叶3-4份。
干姜含挥发油2%～3%，为淡黄色或黄绿色的油状液体，油中主成分为姜酮(zingiberone)，其次为β-没药烯（β-bisabolene）、α-姜黄烯(α-curcumene)、β-倍半水芹烯（β-sesqui-phellandrene）及姜醇(zingiberol)；另含d-茨烯，桉油精，枸椽醛（citral）、龙脑等萜类化合物及姜烯（zingiberene）等。此外，尚含天冬酰胺、1-派可酸（1-pipecolinicacid）及多种氨基酸。
卷叶贝母鳞茎含生物碱：川贝碱（fritimine）、西贝素（sipeimine）蝉蜕疏散风热，利咽开音，透疹，明目退翳，息风止痉。玉米须有利尿消肿；清肝利胆的功效。
鹅肠草含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、胡罗卜素，清血解毒，利尿，下乳汁，产妇鹅肠草宜食;能去恶血，生新血，适用于产妇腹痛有块，对阑尾炎有妙效，功用与白花蛇舌草相似。
颠茄草叶含莨菪烷类生物碱，总碱含量0.1%～1.3%(中国药典规定以莨菪碱计算不得少于0.3%)。其中L-莨菪碱占总碱的75%～90%，另含少量东莨菪碱，阿朴阿托品(apoatropine)、颠茄碱(belladonnine)，去甲基莨菪碱(norhyscyamine)以及东莨菪内酯和芸香甙等。
蒲公英植物体中含有蒲公英醇、蒲公英素、胆碱、有机酸、菊糖等多种健康营养成分，有利尿、缓泻、退黄疸、利胆等功效。蒲公英同时含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、微量元素及维生素等，有丰富的营养价值，可生吃、炒食、做汤，是药食兼用的植物。
薏米具有清热利湿，除风湿，利小便，益肺排脓，健脾胃，强筋骨的功效，可以治疗风湿身痛，湿热脚气，湿热筋急拘挛，湿痹，水肿，肺萎肺痈，咳吐脓血，喉痹痈肿，肠痈热淋。
大金钱草含有过路黄全草含酚性成分、甾醇、黄酮类、氨基酸、鞣质、挥发油及胆碱，具有清热，利湿，消肿，解毒的功效。可以治疗治黄疸，水肿，胆结石、肾结石、膀胱结石，反胃噎膈，跌打损伤，疔疮肿毒。
优选的，一种治疗肩周炎的药物组合物，由以下重量组分的成分构成：18份干姜，卷叶贝母3份，6份颠茄草，4份玉米须，2份大金钱草，7份薏米，4份西洋蒲公英，1份鹅肠草，0.3份蝉蜕，3份艾叶。
根据本发明的另一个方面，本发明提供了一种治疗肩周炎的药物组合物的提取方法：
1）提取工序：按重量配比取上述活性成分，加水浸没，升温至35-45℃搅拌提取2-3小时，然后过滤得一次滤液；滤除药渣，药渣置于50%V的乙醇水溶液中，超声回流提取8-12小时，然后过滤，得二次滤液；药渣继续加水采取水蒸气蒸馏的方法提取药液中活性成分得三次滤液；
2）合并三次滤液，采取45-50℃真空浓缩，浓缩至剩余1/4体积时停止浓缩，加入0.1N的醋酸水溶液于40℃下搅拌8-10小时，然后加入乙酸乙酯提取，收集乙酸乙酯层；乙酸乙酯层于38℃下浓缩至干得药物提取物。
根据本发明的又一方面，本发明提供的一种治疗肩周炎的药物组合物可根据不同患者的年龄和施药适应性制备成丸剂、冲剂、散剂剂型。
本发明具有祛风除湿，清热解毒的功效，能有效的治疗肩周炎引起的疼痛，解除肩关节活动限制、肌肉痉挛和萎缩等症状，达到有效的治疗肩周炎的目的，好转率98％。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了，下面结合具体实施方式，对本发明进一步详细说明。应该理解，这些描述只是示例性的，而并非要限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
配料：15份干姜，卷叶贝母2份，5份颠茄草，3份玉米须，2份大金钱草，4份薏米，3份西洋蒲公英，1份鹅肠草，0.3份蝉蜕，艾叶3份。
按照以下提取方法进行提取：
1）提取工序：按重量配比取上述活性成分，加水浸没，升温至35-45℃搅拌提取2-3小时，然后过滤得一次滤液；滤除药渣，药渣置于50%V的乙醇水溶液中，超声回流提取8-12小时，然后过滤，得二次滤液；药渣继续加水采取水蒸气蒸馏的方法提取药液中活性成分得三次滤液；

实施例2
配料：20份干姜，卷叶贝母3份，7份颠茄草，5份玉米须，3份大金钱草，7份薏米，5份西洋蒲公英，2份鹅肠草，0.5份蝉蜕，艾叶4份。
按照实施例1的提取方法进行提取，区别在于配料组成不同。
实施例3
配料：18份干姜，卷叶贝母3份，6份颠茄草，4份玉米须，2份大金钱草，7份薏米，4份西洋蒲公英，1份鹅肠草，0.3份蝉蜕，3份艾叶。
提取方法同实施例1。
对实施例1-3提取的活性成分，按照常规的制备方法加工成丸剂、冲剂或散剂。
临床效果评价：
1）患者情况：颈型颈椎病人数200人，女性120例（40-60周岁），男性80例（45-65周岁），病程1-36个月；患者具有不同程度的肩部疼痛；
2）安慰剂：采取与实施例制备所得药物外观、大小、颜色、剂型、重量、味道相同的乳糖制备成安慰剂做对比；
3）试验方案：采取双盲法进行对照，即半数受试者给本发明制备的药物，半数给安慰剂，给药人员和病人均不知受试药物和安慰剂的区别；试验结束，比较本发明制备的药物和安慰剂的效果。
4）给药方案：每日两次，早晚各一次，每次100mg，连续服用15天，仅对无效的患者继续服用15天，统计药效。
5）评价标准：参照《中医病症诊断疗效标准》(国家中医药管理局.中医病症诊断疗效标准.ZY/T001.1-001.9-94.北京:中国标准出版社，2012:14-15.)。治愈:患者肩部疼痛消失，肩关节功能完全恢复，活动正常。显效:肩关节活动正常，劳累后肩关节有轻微不适。好转:肩部疼痛明显减轻，肩关节活动度较治疗前增大，生活基本能自理。无效:症状无明显改善。
试验结果如下表1：

以上数据表明，本发明制备的药物组合物效果确切，对颈型颈椎病的治疗15天好转率高达98%，治愈率高达90%；30天治愈率高达96%。
尽管已经详细描述了本发明的实施方式，但是应该理解的是，在不偏离本发明的精神和范围的情况下，可以对本发明的实施方式做出各种改变、替换和变更。

1.一种治疗肩周炎的药物组合物，由以下重量组分的活性成分构成：
15-20份干姜，卷叶贝母2-3份，5-7份颠茄草，3-5份玉米须，2-3份大金钱草，4-7份薏米，3-5份西洋蒲公英，1-2份鹅肠草，0.3-0.5份蝉蜕，艾叶3-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗肩周炎的药物组合物，其特征在于：由以下重量组分的活性成分构成：18份干姜，卷叶贝母3份，6份颠茄草，4份玉米须，2份大金钱草，7份薏米，4份西洋蒲公英，1份鹅肠草，0.3份蝉蜕，3份艾叶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗肩周炎的药物组合物的制备方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：
提取工序：按重量配比取上述活性成分，加水浸没，升温至35-45℃搅拌提取2-3小时，然后过滤得一次滤液；滤除药渣，药渣置于50%V的乙醇水溶液中，超声回流提取8-12小时，然后过滤，得二次滤液；药渣继续加水采取水蒸气蒸馏的方法提取药液中活性成分得三次滤液；
