将经过适应性喂养一周的成熟未孕SD母鼠和公鼠按雌雄3∶1的比例同笼饲养，自然配种一周后，取出雄鼠，观察母鼠的怀孕状况，将确认怀孕的SD母鼠按照每笼1只进行单笼饲养直至分娩。取产仔时间前后相差不超过12h、体重在280g±10g范围内的产后母鼠作为试验对象，分为五组，每组10只。每组母鼠体重及对应每窝仔鼠总重的差异均不显著(P＞0.05)。在产后24h内进行第一次给药，第一组母鼠作为空白对照组灌服蒸馏水(1ml/只，每日两次，连续5天)外，第二组母鼠灌服0.11mg/ml的溴隐亭水溶液，0.4mg/kg。第二组至第五组，灌服0.11mg/ml的溴隐亭水溶液，0.4mg/kg，每日两次，连续5天。对于第三组，实施例1的粉末5g加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/100g体重，每日1次，连续5天；对于第四组，0.02g的化合物加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/100g体重，每日1次，连续5天；对于第五组，实施例1的粉末2.5g和0.01g的化合物加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/100g体重，每日1次，连续5天。
每天早晨母鼠灌胃给药2小时后，将母鼠取出，用电子天平称量每窝仔鼠的总重，记为W1此为隔离前的仔鼠窝重。称量并记录仔鼠的隔离前窝重后，将仔鼠和母鼠隔离，仔鼠用保温箱注意保温，母鼠正常自由采食和饮水。仔鼠和母鼠隔离4小时后，再次称量每窝仔鼠的总重，记为W2，即仔鼠哺乳前窝重。称量仔鼠哺乳前窝重后，将每窝仔鼠放回对应母鼠身边进行自由哺乳1小时，然后再次将母鼠和对应仔鼠分开，第三次称量每窝仔鼠的总重，记为W3，即仔鼠哺乳后窝重；第三次的仔鼠哺乳后窝重称量结束后，将每窝仔鼠放回对应母鼠身边自由哺乳，当天的泌乳量称量结束。连续称量七天，每天重复第一天的称量操作过程。第5天的仔鼠哺乳后窝重称量完毕后试验结束，进行相关数据的处理。
母鼠每小时泌乳量
母鼠的每小时泌乳量用所带全窝仔鼠哺乳一小时前后的体重差来计算，即母鼠每小时泌乳量等于所带全窝仔鼠哺乳一小时所吮得乳量加上全窝仔鼠在一小时内的基础代谢量。用公式表示如下：
母鼠每小时泌乳量＝W3-W2+(W1-W2)/4
其中：W1为隔离前的每窝仔鼠总重，W2为仔鼠哺乳前窝重，W3为仔鼠哺乳后窝重。

1.一种用于产后催乳的中药药剂，其特征在于，它包含下列重量份的物质：方海50份、黑豆75份、当归30-45份、川芎15份、炒白芍30份、天花粉30份、漏芦30份、烫穿山甲粉3-6份、通草10份、炒王不留行15份、黄芪30-45份、党参30份、炒白术15份、防风15份、盐菟丝子20-30份、盐补骨脂20-30份、枸杞子20-30份、炙淫羊藿20-30份、续断30份、盐杜仲30份、怀牛膝15份、制肉苁蓉30份、山海螺15-30份、醋莪术15份、甘草10份和鹿鞭片3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于产后催乳的中药药剂，其特征在于，它包含下列重量份的物质：方海50份、黑豆75份、当归40份、川芎15份、炒白芍30份、天花粉30份、漏芦30份、烫穿山甲粉5份、通草10份、炒王不留行15份、黄芪40份、党参30份、炒白术15份、防风15份、盐菟丝子25份、盐补骨脂25份、枸杞子25份、炙淫羊藿25份、续断30份、盐杜仲30份、怀牛膝15份、制肉苁蓉30份、山海螺20份、醋莪术15份、甘草10份和鹿鞭片4份。
