本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗甲沟炎的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例100例，其中男55例，女45例，年龄10～70岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、早期有红、肿、热、痛等现象；
2、炎症可波及甲下，形成甲下脓肿，使指甲与甲床分离；
3、脓液自甲沟一侧蔓延到甲根部的皮肤及对侧甲沟，形成半环形脓肿；
4、若急性期未治疗或治疗不当，则可转变为慢性甲沟炎。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约600ml，每日一次，外敷加浸泡患处15～20分钟，三天一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：体征症状消失，检查正常；
2、好转：脓肿明显减轻；
3、未愈：脓肿无明显变化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药1-5个疗程，治愈77例，好转19例，未愈4例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：孙某，男，34岁。因剪趾甲过短，导致大脚趾外侧趾甲嵌甲式甲沟炎，红肿、胀痛。使用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂浸泡、外敷1个疗程后，红肿、胀痛消失，恢复正常，治愈。
病例2：刘某，女，50岁，因剪指甲时拔指甲肉刺，导致甲沟炎，指头红肿、胀痛、流脓。使用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂浸泡、外敷1个疗程后，红肿、胀痛减轻，不再流脓；继续浸泡、外敷1个疗程后，各症状消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗甲沟炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：马鞭草10-30份，黄连10-20份，乌蔹莓5-15份，苦参10-20份，山豆根10-20份，赤石脂5-15份，地肤子10-20份，珍珠莲10-20份，皂角刺5-15份，栀子10-20份，鱼腥草10-20份，乳香5-15份，镰形棘豆10-20份，王瓜根10-20份，黄柏5-15份，铜锤玉带草10-20份，田基黄10-20份，山竹子5-15份，四季青10-20份，三七5-15份，南方露珠草10-20份，木芙蓉10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗甲沟炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：马鞭草20份，黄连15份，乌蔹莓10份，苦参15份，山豆根15份，赤石脂10份，地肤子15份，珍珠莲15份，皂角刺10份，栀子15份，鱼腥草15份，乳香10份，镰形棘豆15份，王瓜根15份，黄柏10份，铜锤玉带草15份，田基黄15份，山竹子10份，四季青15份，三七10份，南方露珠草15份，木芙蓉15份，甘草10份。
