实施例5
一种治疗中耳炎的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：白花蛇舌草30g、罗汉果10g、青黛15g、四季青5g、大九节铃20g、天葵子12g、薏苡仁25g、茅莓5g、苍耳子20g、车前子10g、鸡血藤25g、挖耳草5g、穿山甲20g、芙蓉叶10g、鬼针草25g、滑石5g、磨盘草20g、破布草12g、黄花稔25g、山竹子5g、蜂房20g、玄参10g、仙人掌25g、甘草5g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗中耳炎的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例65例，男39例，女26例，年龄10～65岁。
二、诊断依据：
1、以鼓膜穿孔，耳内流脓为主要临床表现。伴有听力下降，急性期可有发热及耳深部痛；
2、急性脓耳发病急，病程短。病情重或治疗不彻底者迁延成漫性脓耳，病程长。慢性脓耳在感冒、疲劳、耳内进水时常有急性发作；
3、耳部检查：急性期初见鼓膜充血，色深红。继则穿孔，耳内流脓。慢性期鼓膜穿孔不愈合，长期或间歇性流脓；
4、 听力检查呈传导性耳聋。慢性脓耳乳突X线摄片有阳性表现。若听力检查呈混合性耳聋，X线摄片见有骨质破坏腔，提示属重症，可出现颅内外并发症可能；
5、小儿脓耳应与旋耳疮相鉴别。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。五天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：耳内流脓停止，鼓膜穿孔愈合，听力明显改善；
2、有效：耳内流脓减少，听力改善；
3、无效：临床症状和体征无改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈48例，随访未见复发；有效14例，无效3例。治疗期间对中药品临床引起各类型的过敏反应、疑为药物引起人体各系统、器官、组织的功能和形态方面的异常、疑为药物引起癌症等致突变反应、药物的依赖性以及认为重要或有价值的其他不良反应进行了评价，即中药品不良反应（ADR）评价，未发生不良反应和毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
姚某，男，19岁。两周前因着凉感冒，发热恶寒，流涕，低热，服用感冒胶囊，体温降至正常，5天前，无明显诱因出现左耳堵塞闭气感，听力下降，有轻微头痛。经检查诊断为：中耳炎。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，左耳堵塞感减轻，头痛消失，听力有所恢复；继续服用2个疗程，耳部不适症状消失，听力恢复正常。半年内随访未复发。
病例2：
薛某，女，31岁。患者主述右耳流脓液，并伴有耳痛、头痛、发热、恶寒、口苦等症，服用西药治愈，但常间歇复发。耳镜检查：耳内有脓性分泌物渗出，中耳内粘膜充血，听力测试，听力下降。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，外耳道分泌物减少，耳痛减轻，头痛、发热等症状消失；继续服用3个疗程，耳内无分泌物渗出，耳痛消失，听力恢复正常，治愈。

1.一种治疗中耳炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白花蛇舌草10-30份、罗汉果5-25份、青黛5-20份、四季青5-25份、大九节铃5-25份、天葵子5-20份、薏苡仁5-25份、茅莓5-25份、苍耳子5-20份、车前子5-25份、鸡血藤5-25份、挖耳草5-25份、穿山甲5-20份、芙蓉叶5-25份、鬼针草5-25份、滑石5-25份、磨盘草5-25份、破布草5-20份、黄花稔5-25份、山竹子5-25份、蜂房5-20份、玄参5-25份、仙人掌5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗中耳炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白花蛇舌草20份、罗汉果15份、青黛10份、四季青15份、大九节铃15份、天葵子10份、薏苡仁15份、茅莓15份、苍耳子10份、车前子15份、鸡血藤15份、挖耳草15份、穿山甲10份、芙蓉叶15份、鬼针草15份、滑石15份、磨盘草15份、破布草10份、黄花稔15份、山竹子15份、蜂房10份、玄参15份、仙人掌15份、甘草10份。
