Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量份配比为：响铃草10-30份，玄参10-20份，白鲜皮5-15份，紫草10-20份，两面针10-20份，大黄10-20份，赤芍5-15份，芦根10-30份，黄柏10-20份，地榆5-15份，四季青10-20份，垂盆草10-20份，赤石脂5-15份，珍珠菜10-20份，算盘子根10-20份，地肤子5-15份，山竹子10-20份，知母10-20份，茵陈10-20份，五倍子5-15份，甘草5-15份。本发明中药组合物具有清热解毒、凉血泻火、消肿止痛、活血化瘀的功效，其治疗放射性皮炎疗效显著，作用可靠，其组分药源广、配制简便、无毒副作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物。
背景技术
放射性皮炎，是由于放射线（主要是β和γ射线及X线）照射引起的皮肤黏膜炎症性损害。本病主要见于接受放射治疗的患者及从事放射工作而防护不严者。可引起一系列皮肤反应和损伤，表现为可逆性的毛发脱落、皮炎、色素沉着及不可逆的皮肤萎缩，皮脂腺、汗腺的毁灭和永久性的毛发缺失，以致放射性坏死，继之形成溃疡。目前，临床上治疗放射性皮炎多采用病灶处涂抹炉甘石洗剂，维生素E，或者重组人表皮生长因子类类软膏，其疗效存在不理想的问题。
中医认为，放射性皮炎，属中医“烧伤”范畴。放射线是“火热毒邪”，放射性皮炎是由于热邪伤阴，引起热蕴肌腠脱屑、瘙痒、溃疡、血热产生红斑、血瘀致色素沉着、气血凝滞、经络阻塞而致灼痛。
根据中医理论，针对放射性皮炎的发病机理，以清热解毒、消肿止痛、活血化瘀为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中激素类、维生素类、重组人表皮生长因子类药物治疗放射性皮炎存在疗效不理想的不足，本发明提供一种配制方便、药源广、成本低、疗效显著、作用可靠、无副作用的治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：响铃草10-30份，玄参10-20份，白鲜皮5-15份，紫草10-20份，两面针10-20份，大黄10-20份，赤芍5-15份，芦根10-30份，黄柏10-20份，地榆5-15份，四季青10-20份，垂盆草10-20份，赤石脂5-15份，珍珠菜10-20份，算盘子根10-20份，地肤子5-15份，山竹子10-20份，知母10-20份，茵陈10-20份，五倍子5-15份，甘草5-15份。
本发明的优选技术方案是：一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：响铃草20份，玄参15份，白鲜皮10份，紫草15份，两面针15份，大黄15份，赤芍10份，芦根20份，黄柏15份，地榆10份，四季青15份，垂盆草15份，赤石脂10份，珍珠菜15份，算盘子根15份，地肤子10份，山竹子15份，知母15份，茵陈15份，五倍子10份，甘草10份。
本发明中药组合物是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选药物组方。本发明中药组合物中：响铃草具有敛肺气、补脾肾、利小便、消肿毒的功效；玄参具有凉血滋阴、泻火解毒的功效；白鲜皮具有清热燥湿、祛风解毒的功效；紫草具有清热凉血、活血化瘀、解毒透疹的功效；两面针具有活血化瘀、行气止痛、祛风通络、解毒消肿的功效；大黄具有泻火消积、清热解毒、凉血止血、祛瘀止咳的功效；赤芍具有清热凉血、散瘀止痛的功效；芦根具有清热生津、除烦、止呕、利尿的功效；黄柏具有清热燥湿、泻火除蒸、解毒疗疮的功效；地榆具有凉血止血、清热解毒、消肿敛疮的功效；四季青具有清热解毒、生肌敛疮、活血止血的功效；垂盆草具有清利湿热、解毒的功效；赤石脂具有涩肠、止血、生肌敛疮的功效；珍珠菜具有清热化湿、消肿止痛的功效；算盘子根具有清热利湿、活血解毒的功效；地肤子具有利小便、清湿热的功效；山竹子具有消炎止痛、收敛生肌的功效；知母具有清热泻火、生津润燥的功效；茵陈具有清热利湿、保肝利胆的功效；五倍子具有敛肺降火、涩肠止泻、敛汗、止血、收湿敛疮的功效；甘草具有补脾益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、调和诸药的功效。本发明组合物中的药物组分经辩证配伍，在作用上相辅相成，具有协同作用，共奏清热解毒、凉血泻火、消肿止痛、活血化瘀之功效，对放射性皮炎达到标本兼治的目的。
本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。其遵循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著，作用可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，总有效率92%，治愈率达72%。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：响铃草20g，玄参15g，白鲜皮10g，紫草15g，两面针15g，大黄15g，赤芍10g，芦根20g，黄柏15g，地榆10g，四季青15g，垂盆草15g，赤石脂10g，珍珠菜15g，算盘子根15g，地肤子10g，山竹子15g，知母15g，茵陈15g，五倍子10g，甘草10g。
实施例2
一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：响铃草10g，玄参20g，白鲜皮5g，紫草20g，两面针10g，大黄20g，赤芍5g，芦根30g，黄柏10g，地榆15g，四季青10g，垂盆草20g，赤石脂5g，珍珠菜20g，算盘子根10g，地肤子15g，山竹子10g，知母20g，茵陈10g，五倍子15g，甘草5g。
实施例3
一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：响铃草30g，玄参10g，白鲜皮15g，紫草10g，两面针20g，大黄10g，赤芍15g，芦根10g，黄柏20g，地榆5g，四季青20g，垂盆草10g，赤石脂15g，珍珠菜10g，算盘子根20g，地肤子5g，山竹子20g，知母10g，茵陈20g，五倍子5g，甘草15g。
实施例4
一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：响铃草15g，玄参18g，白鲜皮8g，紫草18g，两面针12g，大黄18g，赤芍8g，芦根25g，黄柏12g，地榆13g，四季青12g，垂盆草18g，赤石脂8g，珍珠菜18g，算盘子根12g，地肤子13g，山竹子12g，知母18g，茵陈12g，五倍子13g，甘草8g。
实施例5
一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：响铃草25g，玄参12g，白鲜皮13g，紫草12g，两面针18g，大黄12g，赤芍13g，芦根15g，黄柏18g，地榆8g，四季青18g，垂盆草12g，赤石脂13g，珍珠菜12g，算盘子根18g，地肤子8g，山竹子18g，知母12g，茵陈18g，五倍子8g，甘草13g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例50例，其中男30例，女20例，年龄15～60岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、有放射线接触史；2、损害发生在放射线接触部位，呈境界清晰的皮损，可有红斑、水肿、脱毛、色素变化及溃疡或瘢痕等。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服用，五天一疗程。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：患处皮肤愈合，红肿消除，检查正常；
2、好转：皮肤受伤面积减小，红肿明显减轻；
3、未愈：症状和体征无明显变化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-8个疗程，治愈36例，好转10例，未愈4例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：周某，男，15岁。X射线照射后，膝盖部出现不适，第一晚患处为鲜红，有灼热和瘙痒感，三天后患处呈暗红色斑，有轻度水肿，灼热和瘙痒感增强。2周后出现脱屑及色素沉着。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程后，患处红肿和瘙痒感明显减轻；继续服用1个疗程，各症状消失，治愈。
病例2：田某，女，52岁，放射治疗后腹部皮肤有灼热疼痛感，皮肤红肿，两周后皮肤表面紧张有光泽，有水疱形成，疱破后成糜烂面。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，糜烂处疼痛缓解，糜烂面积减小，灼热感减轻；续服3个疗程后，皮肤愈合，结痂；继续服用1个疗程后，结痂脱落，红肿消失，仅余疤痕，治愈。

1.一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：响铃草10-30份，玄参10-20份，白鲜皮5-15份，紫草10-20份，两面针10-20份，大黄10-20份，赤芍5-15份，芦根10-30份，黄柏10-20份，地榆5-15份，四季青10-20份，垂盆草10-20份，赤石脂5-15份，珍珠菜10-20份，算盘子根10-20份，地肤子5-15份，山竹子10-20份，知母10-20份，茵陈10-20份，五倍子5-15份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：响铃草20份，玄参15份，白鲜皮10份，紫草15份，两面针15份，大黄15份，赤芍10份，芦根20份，黄柏15份，地榆10份，四季青15份，垂盆草15份，赤石脂10份，珍珠菜15份，算盘子根15份，地肤子10份，山竹子15份，知母15份，茵陈15份，五倍子10份，甘草10份。
