Abstract
一种液化气低温储罐的绝热保冷方法,是采用具有榫接结构的保温板相互榫接相连,在储罐的表面形成整体保温结构,每一块保温板分别通过固定支座与储罐固定相连,在储罐上相应设有用于与固定支座螺纹连接的螺栓。保温板之间的榫接面使用硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料以注射发泡的方式进行密封,并在接缝处外表面采用硅胶密封。其中的保温板包括顺序设置的第一保温层、第二保温层和第三保温层,三层保温层错位设置,并且在四个侧面都形成榫接结构,相邻保温层之间用低温胶水粘结相连,在第一保温层上表面设有外防护层。本发明具有使用范围广、安全可靠、密闭性能优异和安全维护方便的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及保温材料,特别涉及一种液化气低温储罐的绝热保冷方法。
背景技术
现有技术的液化气低温储罐绝热保冷方法一般是采用保温板保温,但现有技术的保温板存在以下几个问题:
(1)保温板安装结构不紧密;
(2)保温板与储罐的连接不稳固。
目前市场上采用粘合剂将保温板与保温板、保温板与储罐进行粘结,由于其粘结性能受到湿度、温度、施工工艺等因素的影响,当上述因素不满足相关要求时,即会产生粘结失效,从而造成上述问题的产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的,就是为了解决上述问题,提供一种液化气低温储罐的绝热保冷方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种液化气低温储罐的绝热保冷方法,采用具有榫接结构的保温板相互榫接相连,在储罐的表面形成整体保温结构,每一块保温板分别通过固定支座与储罐固定相连,所述储罐上相应设有用于与固定支座螺纹连接的螺栓。
保温板之间的榫接面使用硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料以注射发泡的方式进行密封,并在接缝处外表面采用硅胶密封。
所述具有榫接结构的保温板包括顺序设置的第一保温层、第二保温层和第三保温层,三层保温层错位设置,并且在四个侧面都形成榫接结构,相邻保温层之间用低温胶水粘结相连,在第一保温层上表面设有外防护层。
各保温层的保温材料选自硬质聚苯乙烯发泡塑料、硬质聚氨酯发泡塑料、酚醛泡沫塑料中的一种或多种,并用玻璃纤维增强。
所述外防护层采用金属或非金属硬质材料制作。
所述第二保温层相对于第一保护层向第一侧和第二侧伸出,并且在伸出部分的下面以及凹进去的两个侧面分别设有缓冲保温层。
所述第三保温层相对于第一保护层和第二保温层向第三侧和第四侧伸出,并且在伸出部分的上面嵌装有固定盘,以及一个穿过该固定盘并上下贯通的安装孔,在伸出部分的两个侧面分别设有缓冲保温层。
所述固定盘用桦木板制成。
所述缓冲保温层的保温材料为玻璃棉。
所述低温胶水是由MacroplastUK5400和MacroplastUK8202混配而成的双组份胶水。
本发明由于采用了以上技术方案,具有以下的优点和特点:
1、使用范围广:可用于储存各种液化气体的储罐,及不同形状的储罐;
2、安全可靠:采用硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料作为密封材料,保证了保温板之间的隔热保冷性能;
3、密闭性能高:
4、榫接的连接方式最大程度降低了接口处产生缝隙的可能性;
5、硅胶作为外表面密封材料,具有高的耐化学性和耐候性,防水性能优异;
6、维护方便:实施简便、可控性高。

具体实施方式
参见图1、图2,配合参见图3、图4、图5、图6,本发明的液化气低温储罐的绝热保冷方法,是采用具有榫接结构的保温板1相互榫接相连,在储罐6的表面形成整体保温结构,每一块保温板分别通过固定支座2与储罐固定相连,在储罐上相应设有用于与固定支座螺纹连接的螺栓3。各保温板1之间的榫接面使用硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料4以注射发泡的方式进行密封,并在接缝处外表面采用硅胶5密封。图2中所示,7为垫片。
本发明中的保温板1包括顺序设置的第一保温层11、第二保温层12和第三保温层13,三层保温层错位设置,并且在四个侧面都形成榫接结构,相邻保温层之间用低温胶水14粘结相连,在第一保温层上表面设有外防护层15。
本发明中各保温层的保温材料选自硬质聚苯乙烯发泡塑料、硬质聚氨酯发泡塑料、酚醛泡沫塑料中的一种或多种,并用玻璃纤维增强。
本发明中的外防护层15采用金属或非金属硬质材料制作。
本发明中的第二保温层12相对于第一保护层向第一侧和第二侧伸出,并且在伸出部分的下面以及凹进去的两个侧面分别设有缓冲保温层16。
本发明中的第三保温层13相对于第一保护层11和第二保温层12向第三侧和第四侧伸出,并且在伸出部分的上面嵌装有固定盘17,以及一个穿过该固定盘并上下贯通的安装孔18,在伸出部分的两个侧面分别设有缓冲保温层16。
本发明中的固定盘17用桦木板制成。
本发明中的缓冲保温层16的保温材料为玻璃棉。
本发明中的低温胶水是由MacroplastUK5400和MacroplastUK8202混配而成的双组份胶水。
Claims (10)
1.一种液化气低温储罐的绝热保冷方法,其特征在于:采用具有榫接结构的保温板相互榫接相连,在储罐的表面形成整体保温结构,每一块保温板分别通过固定支座与储罐固定相连,所述储罐上相应设有用于与固定支座螺纹连接的螺栓。
2.如权利要求1所述的液化气低温储罐的绝热保冷方法,其特征在于:保温板之间的榫接面使用硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料以注射发泡的方式进行密封,并在接缝处外表面采用硅胶密封。
3.如权利要求1所述的液化气低温储罐的绝热保冷方法,其特征在于:所述具有榫接结构的保温板包括顺序设置的第一保温层、第二保温层和第三保温层,三层保温层错位设置,并且在四个侧面都形成榫接结构,相邻保温层之间用低温胶水粘结相连,在第一保温层上表面设有外防护层。
4.如权利要求3所述的液化气低温储罐的绝热保冷方法,其特征在于:各保温层的保温材料选自硬质聚苯乙烯发泡塑料、硬质聚氨酯发泡塑料、酚醛泡沫塑料中的一种或多种,并用玻璃纤维增强。
5.如权利要求3所述的液化气低温储罐的绝热保冷方法,其特征在于:所述外防护层采用金属或非金属硬质材料制作。
6.如权利要求3所述的液化气低温储罐的绝热保冷方法,其特征在于:所述第二保温层相对于第一保护层向第一侧和第二侧伸出,并且在伸出部分的下面以及凹进去的两个侧面分别设有缓冲保温层。
7.如权利要求3所述的液化气低温储罐的绝热保冷方法,其特征在于:所述第三保温层相对于第一保护层和第二保温层向第三侧和第四侧伸出,并且在伸出部分的上面嵌装有固定盘,以及一个穿过该固定盘并上下贯通的安装孔,在伸出部分的两个侧面分别设有缓冲保温层。
8.如权利要求3所述的液化气低温储罐的绝热保冷方法,其特征在于:所述固定盘用桦木板制成。
9.如权利要求3所述的液化气低温储罐的绝热保冷方法,其特征在于:所述缓冲保温层的保温材料为玻璃棉。
